Two years had passed since the intense battle between Wendy and Maer, and the landscape of Planet Neo's had undergone significant changes. Howl, now 15, had taken on the responsibility of overseeing the kingdom in the absence of the King and Queen. His ascension to the throne was imminent if they did not return by the end of the year. Purgus had escaped the encounter, and made the Kingdom's top 10 most wanted Criminal list. Wendy had made a choice that went against her family's wishes. Against all odads and despite the consequences, she had followed her heart and sought out Purgus, the man branded as a criminal and wanted for his disappearance. Their time together had been filled with uncertainty, danger, and a shared understanding of the complexity of their feelings.
Now, gathered in the grand meeting hall of the Celeston family, tensions ran high as the members convened to address the matter of Wendy's actions. The once united family was now divided, their trust eroded by the choices made and secrets kept.
Howl, resolute in his duty, took the center stage as he addressed the family. His voice carried concern. "We find ourselves at a crossroads, today. The absence of our King and Queen weighs heavy upon us, and the decisions we make now will shape the future of our kingdom."
Murmurs of agreement and uncertainty filled the hall as the family members exchanged uneasy glances. Howl continued, his gaze sweeping across the room barely containing his anger.
"It has come to my attention that Wendy has made choices that go against our family's principles. She has chosen to consort with a criminal, endangering not only herself but also our reputation as Celestons! I want her found and Captured, Dead or alive."
Misty, now a mischievous four-year-old with a head full of brown curls, sat at the edge of the meeting table, her innocent eyes wide with curiosity. She sensed the tension in the room, although too young to comprehend its depth.
Misty, sensing the gravity of the situation, tugged at Liona's sleeve and whispered, "Why are they so angry, Liona? What did Aunt Wendy do?"
Liona gently placed a hand on Misty's shoulder. "There are some things that you may not be able to fully understand yet, little one. Wendy has done something wrong."
The family members grappled with the weight of their decision, a sense of hung in the air. The fate of Wendy, their family ties, and the kingdom itself hung in the balance. Maer Suddenly takes Misty and leave the Meeting without warning, leaving the rest to deliberate further.
Unbeknownst to Howl, Maer had been secretly meeting with Wendy during this time, their encounters shrouded in secrecy and carried out under the cover of darkness. Maer's actions these days always seemed to be suspicious to Howl, causing a growing sense of unease within him.
Maer and Wendy met in their secret meeting place, a secluded spot known only to them, Maer's heart felt heavy. She brought Misty along this time, hoping to bridge the gap between them and foster a deeper understanding, but before Maer could even react, Misty, with her characteristic mischief, slipped away from her mother's hands and darted towards the hidden location where Wendy had been training. Maer's eyes widened with surprise as she called out to her daughter, "Misty, come back here!!!!"
Misty, fueled by a deep connection she always felt towards Wendy, ignored her mother's plea. She approached the now twelve-year-old Wendy, who had grown both physically and emotionally during their time apart. Wendy's training had honed her skills, and she possessed an air of confidence and determination.
Wendy, caught off guard by Misty's sudden appearance, lowered her guard and knelt down to Misty's eye level. For a moment, she wasn't sure about who the child was, but then, a soft smile played on her lips as she spoke, "Misty? You shouldn't have come here. It's not safe." Wendy pats Misty on the head.
Misty, undeterred by Wendy's warning, looked at her with wide, innocent eyes and said, "I wanted to see you, Aunt Wendy! Mommy always talks to me about you, and I wanted to see you! Look what I can do, Aunt Wendy!"
Misty stood before Wendy, a mischievous twinkle sparkled in her eyes. With a mischievous grin, she extended her small hands and focused her energy. Waves of cosmic energy rippled through the air, swirling around her like a vibrant aura. Wendy watched in awe as Misty effortlessly created and manipulated the cosmic energy, a power that even seasoned warriors struggled to master.
Misty's control over the cosmic energy was astounding for someone so young, and Wendy couldn't help but be amazed by her niece's abilities. She was a natural, possessing a raw talent that surpassed anything Wendy had seen before.
Misty giggled gleefully as she twirled and danced, the cosmic energy responding to her every whim. She conjured colorful orbs that floated around her, creating a mesmerizing display of light and beauty. Wendy couldn't help but smile at the sight, her heart filled with both pride and a touch of apprehension.
"You're incredible, Misty," Wendy exclaimed, her voice filled with wonder. "To think that someone so young can wield energy of Neos with such control... You truly are extraordinary!"
Misty beamed at the praise, her little face glowing with delight. She continued to demonstrate her abilities, shaping the cosmic energy into various different patterns and forms. It was as if she had tapped into a wellspring of power that surpassed her age of understanding.
Wendy's mind raced with possibilities, realizing the immense potential that lay within Misty. She knew that with proper guidance, Misty's cosmic abilities could flourish and become a force for good.
"Misty, your powers are a gift, but they must be honed and controlled. It's important to remember that these abilities come with great responsibility. With training and guidance, you can use your cosmic energy to protect and help others."
As Wendy shared her wisdom with Misty, Misty listened attentively, her young mind absorbing the lessons like a sponge. A newfound determination shone in her eyes, fueled by the desire to make a difference leads to Misty trying to do something extraordinary. Misty's tiny hands trembled as she mustered her cosmic energy once more. This time, however, there was a unique twist to her ability. She focused on Wendy, channeling the essence of her aunt through her own being. Waves of neos energy enveloped her, causing her form to shimmer and transform.

In a matter of seconds, Misty had become an exact replica of Wendy, complete with her strength, power, and abilities. The young prodigy stood tall, radiating the aura of her transformed state. It was a remarkable display of her mimicry power, showcasing her ability to tap into the essence of others.
But time was short. Misty's mimicry lasted only for five precious seconds, a fleeting glimpse of what she could become. Within that brief window, she possessed the same level of strength and power as Wendy, a testament to her potential.
Misty reverted back to her original form, her body returning to its small and innocent staturre. Maer approached, her eyes narrowing with curiosity. She had witnessed the brief transformation, recognizing the power and significance of Misty's mimicry ability.
Maer knelt down in front of Misty, her voice filled with awe "Misty, where in the world did you learn this power? Mimicking someone is no small feat. In fact, you're the first Neospacian that can do such a thing.."
Misty's eyes sparkled with excitement and innocence as she responded, "Aunt Wendy taught me about using my powers to help others. I wanted to show her that I understood, that I could be strong just like her!"
Maer's gaze softened as she looked at Misty, a myriad of emotions crossing her face. She reached out and gently ruffled Misty's hair, a prideful smile appearing on her face."You truly are a remarkable child, Misty".
Things begin to settle down and the sun begins to set. Misty and Maer take a seat down at a bench in the training room while Wendy focused on her training. Soon enough, Maer Raises a Question to Wendy, who walks over to them
"So Wendy, how is your 'Boyfriend' these days?"
Maer's question about Wendy's "boyfriend" brought a slight blush to Wendy's cheeks, but she quickly composed herself. She understood that Maer was referring to Purgus, but their relationship was far more complex than a simple romantic connection.
"He's not my boyfriend, Maer," Wendy replied, her voice gentle yet firm. "Purgus and I share a deep bond. He has opened up to me, shared his pain, and found solace in the empathy and understanding I offer."
Maer's eyebrow raised, her curiosity evident as she probed further.
"But Wendy, how can you still trust him after all he's done? He is branded a criminal, and wanted by the authorities. He's also showed a huge amount of Disrespect towards the Celeston family. You understand that this 'thing' you have going on with him risks you losing your life?"
Wendy met Maer's gaze with determination "Maer, I've seen a different side of Purgus. He may be labeled a criminal, but his actions and intentions speak volumes. He fights not out of malice, but out of a desire to protect the weak, to give voice to the voiceless. He stands up against injustice and works tirelessly to uplift those who have been forgotten! That's why, I don't care what happens to me. I will fight alongside him. "
Maer's skepticism lingered, her eyes flickering with caution.
"But Wendy, what about the poor people? As a Celeston, they are bound to still doubt your intentions and be skeptical about your alliance with Purgus. Do you really think you can change that?"
Wendy nodded, acknowledging the skepticism that remained among the impoverished community.
"Yes. I understand Maer. It will take time and consistent actions to earn their trust fully. But I am committed to proving to them that I am not here to exploit or deceive. I want to be a voice for change, to bridge the divide between the privileged and the underprivileged."
Maer sighed, her gaze softening as she regarded Wendy. "You have always been idealistic, Wendy. I worry that your desire for justice blinds you to the risks and dangers involved. Right now, Howl is looking for you, and if he finds you…it's game over."
Wendy smiled warmly, her eyes reflecting a sense of conviction. "I know the risks, Maer. I understand the dangers, but I… I can't just let fear hold me back from making a difference."
Maer fell silent, contemplating Wendy's words. As this happens, Purgus entered the scene, his eyes locked briefly with Maer's, and a flicker of concern passed between them. He understood the potential risks of being in close proximity to Maer, especially considering his current status as a wanted criminal.
Without uttering a word, Purgus quickly assessed the situation and made a swift decision. He nodded at Wendy, a silent acknowledgment of their unspoken connection, and turned to leave, his departure as abrupt as his entrance.
Wendy watched Purgus vanish from sight, worry tugging at her heart as she holds one arm with a hand. She knew that Purgus had his own battles to fight, his own journey to undertake, and their paths would cross again when the time was right.
Unfortunately for them, Howl manages to discover Wendy and Maer's Location.
"They think they could hide from me?" Howl growled "Well, I've been training and developing my mastery over my senses and iv'e managed to heighten them enough to reach a planetary level. It was only a matter of time before I found them..."
Howl walks into their secret training room, with anger instantly flashing across his face. His eyes, filled with intensity, he bore into Wendy, a sense of betrayal and disappointment evident in his gaze.
"You dare defy me, Wendy? Aid a criminal and hide him from justice?" Howl's voice trembled anger "I trusted you, believed that you would return to the family after seeing how futile this is, and yet what did you do?! You chose to side with someone who has brought nothing but chaos, danger and destruction to the Kingdom. You bring shame to the Celeston name!!"
Howl, consumed by his rage, also turned his attention to Maer.
"And you, Mother! How could you betray me like this?! How could you keep this secret from me, undermining my authority as your son, as the future king? I thought I could trust you, but now I see your true colors!"
Howl snaps his Fingers. Yenza and Liona walked inside.
Yenza seethed with anger and Liona bristled with anticipation, a tense silence filled the air. Howl, his gaze still locked with Maer's, held his ground, his expression filled with fury and disappointment.
Maer, her voice laced with regret, tried to reach out to her children. "Yenza, Liona, please... I know you're angry, but there's more to this than you understand.."
Yenza's voice trembled with barely contained rage. "How can you say that, Mother?! You kept secrets, you lied to us! And now, you expect us to listen to your excuses?! This is unforgivable!"
Liona, her eyes gleaming with an intensity fueled by her teenage angst, couldn't hold back any longer. "I've had enough! Let me tear them apart, Howl. Let me show them what happens when they cross us."
Howl can sense the Lioness rage coming from Liona. He senses everyones anger including his own Anger. "Mother, you will fix this mistake of yours. Return to your place as the Deity Queen, right here and right now!"
Maer's eyes, once filled with remorse and affection, now burned with a cold determination. She turned to face Wendy, her voice devoid of the warmth it once held. "You have betrayed us, Wendy. You have chosen a path that leads away from our family, away from the ideals we hold dear. For that, there can be no forgiveness."
Wendy's heart sank as she watched Maer, her secret mother figure in her hard times, now making the decision to turn against her. Maer did not even hesitate to turn back to her old ways. The pain of betrayal cut deep, tearing at the remnants of their shattered bond. Tears welled up in Wendy's eyes, but she refused to let them fall.
