Not Again!!!-(3)

Not Again!!!-(3)

NIGHT--7:00 P.M,

...

RED'S P.O.V,

It had been a day, and I still had not reached the Land of Water.

"Ugh!"

I was truly bored, and the journey was no longer fun after gazing at the sea for 10 hours straight!

I mean, it would have been interesting if there were some islands or something else occasionally, but still, no one could tolerate being surrounded by never-ending water for days!

Now, I noticed the stoic and no-nonsense faces of everybody, and I suddenly felt so embarrassed at my behavior at the beginning.

But then, I forgot all and started eating the meal I packed at the Inn.

The meal contained a bowl of rice, two fried fishes, and miso soup. I truly didn't think it was a good choice to eat them as I was not Japanese in my previous life, but I still ate them fully. Not even leaving a single grain of rice in the bowl, except fish bones.

After having a good night meal, I ventured around the ship from start to finish. No one seemed to care about me, and even I didn't give a damn about them as long as they did not bother me.

Though, it would have been a different matter if there was a lonely beautiful/average/mother/big sister/girl sitting there; then, I would have liked to talk to them, but there were none! (<_<)

I would have also liked to talk with my bros, but there were also none of them there. This whole ship was filled with old men and middle-aged fat merchants.

Even though they looked shady, I left them alone as I was not concerned about their puny tricks.

Since I had nothing to do, I started writing and improvising my Chakra-N refining method to make it better or the best.

Just like that, three hours passed, and nothing happened. I noted my errors and mistakes while also adding some new points to the research.

One more thing, I, Shin/Red, was not a mad researcher or scientist! Please remember that!

Also, I disdained those people who would use humans or other animals as their experiments. When they failed, they all said, "It's for the greater good!"

But, they never admitted that the reason for failure was not that they had some wrong data but because they were just curious to know what happens with their half-knowledge.

These people never reached their dreams as they couldn't even perfect their research before experimenting on it.

Stolen novel; please report.

Back to the present,

I suddenly felt uneasy about something. I truly didn't know why, but my brain was constantly telling me something, and I couldn't grasp it.

"Hey! Brother, do you know when this ship will reach the Water Country?"

"Yes, brother, 'THE TITANIC' will reach by tomorrow afternoon, and I will also be able to see my wife!"

While my brain was in turmoil, I heard two of the crewmates talking about something. But when I heard the name of the ship, I just couldn't help but feel dread! (OoO)

When I just wanted to jump from that ship, I saw a giant violet Sphere coming towards 'THE TITANIC'!

And I was on this cursed ship!

However, when I saw that Sphere that was coming at my place, I was truly mesmerized by seeing its beauty.

I knew that sphere was the Tailed Beast Bomb that must have been used by Three Tails Isobu as we were going to the Land of Water.

The TBB! (Tailed Beast Bomb) was coming at our side, and it was slowly enlarging in all of our vision, but no one reacted to the sudden death threat in front of them.

They were just too stunned to even move from their places. On the other hand, I was too busy observing the nature of the dense chakra in the TBB!

I truly didn't even try to evade it as it was coming at the speed of sound, and it was already just fifty meters away from my place.

I watched it approaching the ship, getting closer with every pulse, and I saw everything frame by frame as it enlarged to a sphere, bigger than the ship itself!

Swish!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!

"THUD!" × 100

The bomb flew over my head and blasted just ten meters away from the cursed ship "THE TITANIC".

And then, there was a large boom and my whole world was painted with blinding white light, followed by a monstrous pressure and shockwave...

It broke the ship to crumbles and all of the crew and I was thrown like ants in a storm.

"Not again..."

It was the only thing I heard before I lost my consciousness.

TIME-- ?????? A.M,

(Note: To the fellas wondering about these '????' I ain't telling you about them right now, 'Kay?)

...

The desolate seashore, a barren expanse of sand and salt, bore witness to a tragedy unfolding beneath the unforgiving glare of the sun.

A frail figure lay sprawled upon the coarse grains, a mere shell of a child, stripped of all dignity and hope.

His body, ravaged by the merciless hands of some tragedy, bore the scars of countless beatings.

Not a shred of clothing adorned his fragile form, his nakedness a stark testament to the cruelty of his circumstances...

As the gentle breeze whispered its mournful lament, the child remained motionless, his shallow breaths a feeble echo of life's fading melody.

Each rise and fall of his chest seemed to herald the impending demise, a grim reminder of the fragility of his existence.

But then, as if summoned by some unseen force, a flicker of light pierced the darkness that shrouded the child's form.

A brilliant radiance, pure and untainted, shimmered forth from his frail body, bathing him in its ethereal glow!

And in that moment, a miracle unfolded before the eyes of the silent shore.

The wounds... that marred the child's flesh began to mend!

The jagged edges of his suffering smoothed away by the gentle caress of the light. Yet, as his injuries healed, a new torment emerged from the depths of his unconscious mind.

"AAAAAA...!!!"

...

A primal scream tore through the stillness of the air, a raw outpouring of agony that echoed across the desolate landscape.

It was a cry born of unimaginable anguish, a symphony of pain that reverberated through every fiber of the child's being.

.....

And then, as suddenly as it had begun, the scream fell silent, swallowed by the vast expanse of the sea.

All that remained was the eerie stillness of the shore, a haunting reminder of the suffering endured by the child who lay crumpled upon the sand. And...

Thump-Thump!

The Vigorous heartbeat the child...
