Inside a cave,
A person could be seen rubbing his eyes. He is about to wake up from his last sweet sleep in this place.
After opening his eyes, he saw a girl wrapping him with her soft arms. She has a calm and lovely smile on her face which makes her look like an angel due to her Ashen hairs, Milky White skin, and a beautiful face that puts earth's model's to shame.
The person unknown is not anyone but Shin a.k.a Red Shirogane and the girl is Aina Takama.
Shin looked at her face which looked cute because of her baby face and sighed inwardly as thinking about the time it started.
He remembered clearly till today that after Aina got better. She instead of remaining with her brother, would remain with Shin whenever he's in the cave.
She also refused to separately sleep away from him but she said that Shin was a lonely child and needed the love of family. Hence, as a big sister she had to take care of Shin. It was even more outrageous that Kai also agreed to it. I mean See is your own sister! bloody fool!

After thinking about it Shin could not help but smile and stare at Aina's cute face that he would miss for quiet a long time in the future.
Actually He doesn't want to leave but he has to do so because of his promise with his aunt. Also, it's been a year since he came to the land of rain and his plans are on the right track.

In this year, he had successfully acquired some sketchy information about some big businessmen and it will help in his future endeavors.
During this year he also trained his and his friends' bodies to the limit and even made them reach their current limit due to their age.
Everyone of his friends can escape from a jonin and fight special-Jonin's. The weakest of them is elite chunin and strongest of them is Kai, at the level of jonin. Someone from Great villages knows that there is a nine year old jonin. they would go crazy over it. |O_O|
One more thing, Shin had already designed and applied the structure of the organization with different departments.
They are;
1. The Ravens
2. The Caladrius
3. The Doves
4. The Tengu
These four groups have their own power and roles to do as, The Ravens are main combat power's of organization.
The Caladrius are mainly healer's of our organization with some tweaks and specialties.
The Doves are diplomats and money bringers of the organization and control finance department.
And at last the Tengu's are responsible for recruiting, teaching and maintaining defence of the organization.
Well, all of these departments are not fully functional as there are only 12 member's( Excluding Shin as he is not a member) members in their organization.
If, in the future, there are more members then Shin has already written the steps in the constitution of his organization.
And, yeah they do have proper rules and regulations that are not so flexible like modern earth.
For example, If someone betrays the organization then, damage his/her brain before throwing him out of the organization! or If someone fights with other members/ Ridicules them. Then, he would be the one to lead all the life threatening missions to prove his strength and obtain the right to ridicule others.
While they might sound extreme but they will help in smooth running of organization.
There's also a voting system and every department has 3 votes to cast as they have three leaders. And the leader of the organization, Ho-Oh, had 5 votes that he could cast individually.
They might not be needed now but what could we say for the future. right!
