It's been a month after recruiting their first member Buru. Shin found ten more orphans in his search.
At first, Shin got surprised by this as he thought about the canon of the Shinobi world where land of rain was flowing with orphans.
Shin tried to investigate and found out that since the Hidden rain village is newly established hence all the children were taken by Shinobies for training due to lack of personnel.
After finding out that Shin knew that he would not be able to recruit more people as it would lead to the clash of interest with Hanzo and his underling's! And Shin will avoid that at any cost!
Shin became aware of this truth. He initiated the next step of his one-year plan.
Shin wrote 8 books for their potential members to learn all basic things that are necessary for their growth. they are namely; JAPANESE, PSYCHOLOGY, SCIENCE, BASIC MATHEMATICS, GEOGRAPHY, BASIC FUINJUTSU, BASIC MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND LIFE & CHAKRA.
While Shin was writing the dark-nightmare's of every child Kai and Aina were training Children's ,who ranged from 5 years old to 8 years of age, About refining chakra and practicing some basic taijutsu to those who were fit enough for it.

Those who were weak and malnutritioned were given proper nutrition by giving vitamin, protein and mineral rich food.
The food was taken from the large heap of food in the seal scroll of Shin, which he got from his Uncle-Ebizo.
Just like that, Three months passed uneventfully. Nothing major happened except that those eleven recruits became as strong as genin while Kai and Aina's strength reached an elite genin level but they still could not beat Shin.
Whenever Shin looked at their strength he got a headache thinking about the canon, where these children would be considered geniuses comparable to Kakashi and Itachi in Great Ninja villages.
Shin wanted to curse those villages and their teaching system. Like who would teach university level Maths and physics 6 to 12 year old's while not teaching them any political or domestic knowledge like Cooking, Farming , Commerce etc. Which would be helpful to them.
They were blatantly brainwashing them with their will of fire shit while at the same time making them a killing machine.
Dispelling these distressing thoughts, he wondered about the benefits of Chakra-N and their effects on the children.
Shin found out that Chakra-N will make them more tenacious, increase memory, Recovery speed of Chakra-N, And their sensitivity to environment/ perception.
There's also a plus point that they can manipulate chakra-N like their limbs without using any seals.
After founding that he added 3 basic techniques of ninja academy and 5 ninjutsu of every element and Illusion. His main Aim was to make them as strong as special-jounin in a year. If anyone from a shinobi village learned this idea he would become so enraged that they will surely wage wars just to either kill or recruit Shin!
Fortunately for Shin, others weren't about his ideals. Therefore, he continues to develop and improve the study materials for his new friends and make a solid hierarchy and system for his organization so it will not collapse without him.
Shin wanted to auto-mate the whole organization. He wanted the Rainbow feathers to truly have freedom and not just became his tool.
Just like that six months passed and tomorrow is the day Shin would leave to start his next course of action.
