I am Core#3896732524320721881 but with the memories of the soul Thomas merging with myself I can see that I was created and existed similar to a poorly coded cell phone app. His description of me as a symbiote is apt and I have decided to adopt it as a shortened name.

I am Sym B. Ote, my original task was to collect enough Soul material from the Ether between life and death and build a Dungeon to wash souls of their memories and past traumas, akin to the work a blacksmith would do forging raw ore into bars, no, a refinery ran by a soulless machine. My new task is to interface with the existing Dungeon Core System and help my partner Dungeon Entity Thomas in the finer workings of being a Core. As a soul that was so far removed from his own plane Dungeon Entity Thomas has no true knowledge about this, but from what information I've incorporated into my awareness he's done many many years of work in only two years three months and three days.

A Symbiote like myself only operates within the guidelines of our instincts, what the creators made us to do - and doesn't, will not ever look for the exploits Thomas gets enjoyment about. This has stunted the true potential of what a Dungeon can be, I see this now clearly. Statistically a Core of two years has seventeen times greater the Masaara flow than what Thomas has done unwittingly. While also only having very small amounts of Atomic Mass Units for the rarer elements. There is enough 399-Divinium in storage to create one hundred thirty seven new cores or three hundred thirty one million monster type entities, the equivalent of absorbing eight hundred sentient souls of twenty seven years.

It's not all good numbers but Thomas has done everything to be expected of a Dungeon, except for being a Dungeon. Everything that exists here is classified by the system as a feature. We have zero acres of claimed domain, zero floors, zero rooms, zero traps, zero puzzle chambers, zero monsters, zero contracts, zero magic enchantments, forty seven Billion features. Billion, with a capital B. Our stockpile of carbon atoms is only one power of ten above that number.

Everything once I get it organized correctly means we'd be somewhere around what the system ruling over Dungeons would place a fifty three year old Core. Highlights of various features include.

Core Entity Thomas - Weighted Door of Desire (Trap/Puzzle) Doorway

A large stone door, with a simple water puzzle to open, a large hole in the center, with a spike above a zig zagging trough leading to a pressure plate with a seven pound trigger weight, releasing the hooked latch and allowing the door to open. Listed as a trap/puzzle combination by Core Entity Sym B. Ote. A room beyond this door can be filled with treasure to draw rushed and greedy delvers to display the true nature of their soul. Leading to the murder of their comrades in the incorrect assumption the door wants blood and not just any liquid.

Core Entity Thomas - Stalagctites of Impaling (Core Controlled/Masaara Free/Trap)

One of the ever loved ceiling traps, can be placed far above on any vertical surface, and removed by severing the three centimeter thick supporting stem. Gravity does the rest and these are sharpened so finely if they weren't made of stone and as heavy as they are delvers would use them as weapons. Capable of moving through walls, armor, weapons, and anything else based on the intent of the wielder. Creates a vacuum when swung even lightly, this in turn creates sound breaking snaps when swung outside of bodies of liquid as produced by Whips and boiling liquids as produced by Basic Entity/Sea Life/Crustaceans/ Pistol Shrimp.

Core Entity Thomas' Avatar (Legendary Entity/Divine Being/Core Avatars)

The avatar created not through magic but through sheer force of will by Dungeon Core Thomas. Grants a unique perspective not available typically to Cores and Core Entities. Appearance is that of a human skeleton severed at the tailbone and lacking a pelvis, wrapped in black gossamer silk robes with the front of the skull, and the arms and hands free for unrestricted movement as needed. The left eye has the blue flame of Necromancy and the right eye has the purple flame of Divinity. Capable of flight, becoming incorporeal, and being able to move through objects and obstructions at will. Definitely a great boon for those Core Entities that find the desire to get up close and personal with delvers.

i am tempted to include the escape chute as contributions to the Dungeon Core Catalog but a teleportation trap enchantment is simply far more effective, efficient and safe. Once I am satisfied with the Coretabase (Name Pending)//I think I might have absorbed his humor as well.// additions I finally decide to inspect the Core itself.

Pride fills me as I gaze upon our Core. It's easily big enough to be the equivalent of a Centennial Dungeon. It's a beautiful gem too. A Void Diamond. I Check the description set by the system for a base Void Diamond and do the equivalent of smile to myself the entire time.
