Chapter 8: System Update
Several weeks have passed since the incident.
Obviously Ruka received punishment, but apparently everyone was more worried by the fact that I did not wake up for a whole day, even with healing magic.
When I woke up, it was a surprise when Rudy, Ruka, Runa, and my mother jumped me and started crying all over me.
For the next few days after, I was barely able to move. With no power to escape, I had to endure constant questioning on how did I learn magic.
I just told them that I learnt how to use mana on my own after experimentation. Then everyone started to say that I was a great genius or something. Honestly, it was really easy because I just made a simple arrow shooting skill.
So for the past few days, I spent my days slowly recovering.

Ever since the system update finished, I suddenly felt the information on the changes go into my head. Basically, the only major changes were the [Full Command List] and the last four system commands.
[Beast Spirit List] tells what beast spirits you have and what bonuses you got.
[Racial Origin List] tells details about my race story, which my dad told me already, and what benefits my race gives.
[Gate Factors List] tells what adds up to the probabilities in a successful attempt of acquiring a beast spirit.
[Details] just gives an explanation on what a certain term means.
...the more I stay in this world, the more I think it's a game.
