Oh and of course since I did not go over it before a bit of a preface on our MC. He is a sanctioned grand necromancer for a large empire, by sanctioned I mean he is allowed to do things within certain boundaries with necromancy but is often involved with other important matters. Besides his necromancy he is also a veteran commander in the army and a landholder with jurisdiction over a pretty significant portion of land while also a member of the imperial academy reponsible for much of the civil, magical, and military training for our empire. He has fought many campaigns in battles and has dirtied his hands before if needed personally, besides his direct military contributions his role as a necromancer allows him to do many things to improve the military.  Of course his limits means that he contributes through what seems like unconventional ways from what is seen as simply go to a graveyard raise everyone then fling them at the next foe, I always felt that this sort of necromancy is rather limited in scope so I made my own little branch of it that incorporates other things in the story. By the point where we have the MC he is pretty much on the edge of retirement from leading things to go to more armchair general sort of thing with his research and overseeing training. If you have read all this you should know that this will not really be a reincarnation thing, maybe if you all agree to it then I will include reincarnated or transported characters but it really feels like if I did it would be for parody purposes then for story progression. Our MC will be transported or transmigrated whichever is a better term but anymore on that point is a little too much spoilers. Rather large amounts of dry humour and sarcasm to add that nice spice to things in the story.

For those who care about age and apearance of our MC it is old enough by this point to have great-granchildren but his appearance for those who read my previous fiction is of course not looking that age. Our MC will be looking middle aged, still quite physically fit but a few strands of gray in his hair, he will not be a clean shaved young man or bearded grandpa. For other physical descriptions since they will not be part of the main story itself he has black hair, blue-grey eyes, a hawkish nose and sharply defined facial features in general. His height will be 5'11  and relatively muscular but not bulky warrior type, an atheletic fit build is more that. Typical good clothes will be a set of embroidered mages robes with shorter length to the knee and an embrodiered leather padded shoulder mantle and hood with simple brooches and an inner stole. He will have leather and metal cuffs and half gloves, many amulets, talismans etc, A waist belt with shoulder straps for attachment of pouches, bags, etc. He will be wearing trousers and heavy boots and has a dagger and mages staff. To finish this off a circlet on his head and several rings on his hand. His battle wear will be similar except for armour being incorporated into everything, instead of a circlet it will be a full face blank mask and helmet while weapons will of course be the staff, hatchet/warhammer and shortsword.
