Looking at the list of all the thing unlocked on the new lobby and being astonished. More than 10 new features of the Tower were unlocked upon reaching the new lobby. Although, there are only 3 things that truly amaze me.
The first one being the hunting ground. Being able to hunt monsters and gain combat experience without the risk of not being able to flee is good. Also being able to gain exclusive item drops.
The second being quests. The Tower rewards you for interacting with the NPC's in the Tower. By talking to them more often they can give you a quest with rewards.
The third is shops. The amount of things you can sell within a shop is limitless. You can sell items, information, weapons, armor, guides, etc. Also being able to hire other people to do it for you.
All of the features that the Tower added are amazing. Wanting to experience all of them firsthand. Immediately walking outside of my room and towards the first shop I see. Getting close to the shop I can see the details better. It's a shop for potions, it's rundown, and has vines growing around it. It seems to be abandoned but I need to walk closer to make sure.
Upon reaching the , I walk towards the counter and seeing a bell. Assuming it's to alert the owner that a customer is here I tap it slightly. Hearing a tiny ding and hearing a voice.
"Coming!"
A voice of a woman in her 30's. Upon the door opening, finally seeing the voice of the woman I heard. A blonde, short, somewhat skinny, woman. Looking at her more closely, seeing the beauty of the woman. Hearing her voice once more.
"All the items up for sale are only the menu. Just click the little button on the counter and it should pop up."
Upon hearing her voice I start to blush from habit. Reminding myself that this is a NPC. She was something made from the Tower.
Pushing the topic out of my head and looking downwards at the counter. Seeing a button next to the bell I didn't notice before. Pushing downwards on the button and seeing a window pop up.

Looking at the long list of potions and seeing there is only 3 types of potions. Looking at the top of the page and seeing the woman's name. Bringing back an old memory of a crush I used to have back in middle school. Knowing that she would never talk to me or even look at me for that matter. Wondering where she is now.
Wanting to put aside the memory and focus on what's happening now. Deciding what potions I should buy.
"Buy Mid Tier Mana Regeneration Potion"
The potion teleports into my hands as I feel the chill coming from the glass. Looking at it and seeing the azure blue color it emits. Starting to walk away from the shop as I put the potion in my inventory. Remembering the new features that were just released.
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
Remembering the state of the shop and running back. Giving a slight tap to the bell awaiting for the woman to appear.
"Coming!"
"Oh it's you again. Did you forget to buy something?"
"No, that's not the issue. You see, I was walking past your shop and looked at the state of it. Looking at all of the vines covering the shop and knowing that I could help remove them. I just wanted to ask if you wanted me to help you remove them."
"Hmmm, I guess I could use some help cutting down all the vines. Sure, knock yourself out."
Watching her as she walks back into the shop and feeling disappointed. No quest window appeared in front of me. Looking back at the quest feature and remembering something. To obtain a quest you need to reach a certain affinity with the NPC. Seeing to how I'm doing her a favor it must increase my affinity right?
Heading to the side of the building and looking at the overgrown vines.
"Ice Sword"
Creating a sword smaller than usual for the job. Grabbing each vine one by one and cutting them from the wall. Grabbing into one of the vines and feeling the thorns stick into me. Watching the blood come out from my hand and drop onto the ground.
Ain't no way I just got damaged from a stupid vine. Feeling disappointed in my durability.
Continuing with the job, being more cautious of the thorns than before. Finishing with one side of the building and heading towards the back. Looking at an even more overgrown garden of vines that grew onto the wall. Wondering how the vines even grew this big.
Looking at all the vines and wondering how long this will take to finish. Cutting through the vines with a blank face. Wanting to test out other features of the new lobby. Continuing with the job and not thinking about the time that's past.
Finally finishing cutting all the vines off the walls and looking at a job well done. Knowing I would've gotten paid well if I was back on earth. Heading towards the front of the shop and dinging the bell once more. Watching as the woman comes out the same door from before.
"I finished cutting down all the vines."
"Thank you."
Watching her walk back into the shop as if it didn't concern her. Walking away from the shop promising myself I would never buy from there again. Feeling enraged as she didn't even say more than 2 words to me.
Going back to the feature menu and looking at things that I should do. Stuck between the hunting grounds and establishing a guild.
If I established a guild, I wouldn't let people join. The purpose of the guild would be solely for clearing floors of the guild tower. However, the hunting grounds I could just walk onto and start killing some monsters. Trying to decide between the two, coming up with an idea to do both.
I'm still inside of the village right now. Assuming that the hunting grounds is quite the distance away, I can just create the guild while walking over there.
Thus, starting my walk towards the hunting grounds.
"Guild Window"
Seeing a window pop up with all these text boxes that need to be filled in.
「Guild Window
Guild Name:
Guild Description:
Guild Rules:
Guild House: (Can be changed later)
Create Guild: 20,000G Required」
Looking at the first text box and trying to think of a name. Seeing as how I don't really care for the guild I say a random name.
"Ice Cream"
I guess I said something a little to random. However, I'm only creating this for the tower so it doesn't matter.
Moving to the next text box. Trying to relate it to something about ice cream.
"Cookies and Cream is my favorite flavor."
At this point I'm just saying random shit. Never the less, I continue on with making the guild.
"Attempt the Tower at least once a month."
Not knowing how long I could be stuck in the real tower. I don't want to break my on rule of clearing the guild tower.
"Room"
It's not like I have a different place to use.
Clicking down on the button feeling a lose financially. Spending a lot my gold on something I won't be using for it's purpose.
Arriving at the hunting grounds and seeing the scnenery before me.
