Being teleported inside of a dark room. Trying to look around and seeing nothing but darkness. Hearing a voice coming in front of and a light turning on. Seeing the man, he looks like a monk. Old, bald, and meditating.
「Floor 18
Objective: Defeat the monks and reach at least room 10.」
Looking at the objective and then at the man in front of me.
"I have to defeat you to move forward correct?"
"Yes."
Hearing the words being muttered out of his mouth and rushing forwards. Not wanting to waste anytime in reaching the 20th Floor.
"Haste"
Swinging my sword and cutting the opponent on the arm. Looking towards him, his face is calm, acting as if nothing happened. Thinking of a plan to defeat the monk in the fastest time possible.
Rushing towards him again, preparing to strike.
"Blood Configuration"
Making the shape of a gun in one hand and striking with another. My scythe being blocked but my bullet is fired. Seeing the blood splash into the air, ready to go into the next room.
"Absorb"

Heading towards the door with the huge letters 'Room 2'. Opening the door and noticing the room is darker. Looking towards the monk and the gathered Mana is greater. Assuming each room has less light and a stronger opponent, what will the 10th room be like?
Looking at the monk in front of me, almost identical to the last. Watching him as he gets up from his meditating position. Preparing to fight with the same plan.
Rushing towards him and getting ready to strike.
"Blood Configuration"
However, unlike the last monk, he does not get startled. Rushing towards me ready to counter my attack. Noticing this I slow down, deciding no to attack with my scythe, only with my gun. Distracting him with the bullet of blood.
"Teleport"
Teleporting in front of him preparing my strike. Raising my sword upwards as a feint. Watching the poor monk fall for my trick raising his guard upwards. Kicking him in the stomach and sending him flying towards the wall.
Running towards him as he gets back up.
"Thunderclap Palm"
Attack the monk with a viscous combo of lightning palms. The first strike hits his right shoulder, causing his arm to be dislocated. The second strike, hitting his liver, making his body get forcefully shut down. Feeling my Mana being channeled into electricity as I strike. After the second strike anyone could tell the monk has passed.
Moving the monks body out of the way to head into the 3rd room. Upon walking to the room, I can feel my senses being reduced. The darkness has increased again. looking at the man and his Mana gathered. Seeing how much stronger the monk has become.

Preparing for a harder battle to come. Looking towards the monk with caution. Not knowing whether or no he would strike first. Prepared for battle I charge. Hearing Drak awake from his slumber. Although there isn't much for Drak to do on this Floor.
"Ice Sword"
Feeling the Mana being drawn from my hands and into the blade being created. Immediately throwing the blade into the monks direction.
"Teleport"
Imagining the space behind the monk and teleporting there. Ready to attack when the sword reaches him. Hearing the sword clatter against the floor, preparing my attack.
"Shadowless Strike - Hyeonmu's Whisper"
Striking the man in the back with all the Mana in my right arm. Hearing his back being shattered from the force of the strike. Looking at the man on the floor trying his hardest to get back up. Looking at him in pity.
Letting my scythe fall down onto his body, ending his despair

Feeling better by absorbing the souls of the monks. With how powerful they are the stats I gain from them are crazy. Proceeding to the next floor with ease, reading for the challenge that awaits.
Walking inside of the room, noticing that my sense of taste has been blocked. Although the sense of taste doesn't matter in battle as much as other senses. You can still notice the difference.
Looking ahead of me at the monk. Noticing how he isn't much stronger compared to the last one. He only has a bit more Mana gathered. Meaning he is good at combat or techniques. Watching his eyes lock onto me like a target.
Blinking once and the monk is already rushing towards me.
"Teleport"
Going back to the place where the monk came from. Hearing the monks fist slam into the wall. Knowing if I get hit from something like that it will take awhile to recover.
"Ice Sword"
The monk is much more aggressive than the others. Knowing I need to change my game plan. Remembering the skills I just gained from yesterdays battle. Confident in those skills I rush forwards. Dual wielding my scythe and my sword, striking his sword like it was the only move I knew. Eventually I could feel it. Power is being granted back to me, with each strike feeling like no energy was used.
Powering through his defense as if it wasn't there. Striking him and pushing him back towards the wall.
"Ghost Phase"
Striking right through his sword and canceling the skill when it reaches his body. Cutting the monks body directly in half. Seeing his intestines drop onto the floor, his body falling onto the ground splashing blood.
"Absorb"

Looking over towards Drak. Watching him as he sits down in the corner. Regretting bringing him along to this floor.
"Call Admin"
Watching as an Admin of a huge structure gets teleported into the room.
"Am I able to send my pet back to my room?"
"It is possible, however you will need to spend 500G as a fee."
"That's fine"
Shaking hands with the Admin watching Drak being teleported. Hoping that he will be safe for when I return.
Finally looking behind me and to the next room.
Room 5
Walking inside and my hearing is gone. Seeing the Monks mouth move but hearing nothing. Looking at him smile makes me uncomfortable. Wanting to just clear the floor already. Deciding to end this quickly and hurry onto the next room.
"Teleport"
"Vampiric Grasp"
Slashing the man with my scythe and feeling his life force being drawn towards me. Watching as his smiles fades as I keep hitting him. Eventually dropping my weapons and just hitting him with my fists. Preparing to hit him with a basic combo to end the match.
Hitting him with the good old 'Left, Right, Goodnight'. Watching him as his head gets hit of his body.
"Absorb"

Looking at the next room in front of me. Feeling that ominous feeling as I walk towards it.
Entering the room and not being able to see anything.
