Jeriah awoke to light cascading through a window and into his eyes. At first he thought he had died, but realizing that he was in a bed then came to the conclusion that someone probably took him to some form of nurses office.
"How many times am I gonna end up waking up in places like this, hasn't even been three days since the last time, well probably, no idea how long I was out." He quietly muttered to himself, unaware of the nurse nearby who intended to respond.
"Judging by how you got here, you'll most likely be here a lot. Not many suffer from battle lust as badly as you do, that kind of thing makes you think you can take on the world. Most of the world won't take kindly to such an opinion."
Jeriah turned to look at the generic nurse whom had just spoken, she looked to be around her younger 30's with blonde hair in a bun, a massive rack, and glasses that screamed 'sexy librarian'. He couldn't see her butt but suspected it was nice as well.
"Are you just going to keep checking me out or say something?" The nurse said smirking coyly.
"So exactly how long have I been out? Last time it was 2 weeks, I'd rather not miss that much class, based off of how I got here I apparently have a lot to learn. "
"Just a few hours realy, healing magic works well on internal injuries and your external injuries healed before we got to them. I don't know how high your constitution and regen rate is, but you're a tough guy. We didnt even have to do much to heal you. Might be your class, but thats your business. You've been cleared to leave, so do so at your leisure. If you hurry you might make it to lunch." She said before leaving the room her hips swaying as she walked out, confirming Jeriahs theory as she did. It sucked that he had missed a class, but he would make it tommorow.
Jeriah then quickly put on the new uniform beside the bed and went about finding wherever people around the academy got lunch from. Eventually he asked a student for directions and Jeriah was directed towards a large cafeteria building. He stepped inside and was briefly under siege from the noise level, there were many people in the cafeteria and most of them were conversating with friends. He scanned the room looking for the food, and soon noticed the line on the far side of the room. He got in the line picked up a tray got food and soon enough found the nearest unoccupied table.

It wasn't hard to spot all the people sitting at all tables around him whispering while taking the occasional glance at him. They were likely talking about him for some reason or another. He could guess as to why, and could only wonder how news of loli sensei thrashing him spread so fast.
Little did he know that loli sensei beat a student like she did Jeriah once or twice a week. She was rather well known for being harsh in that way and sending students to the sexy nurse who looks like a sexy librarian. They were actually talking about him and looking at him because he was a handsome new first year student and seeing as how guys like him were pretty rare, he was a popular topic. Of course, he knew none of this, being as dense as he is. (God damn harem protagonists and their denseness)
He was most of the way through his meal before anyone actually approached him, a 4th year guy well known around campus as one of the most eligible bachelors made his way to Jeriahs table and sat down in front of him. He had light brown hair cut short a handsome but warm looking face with blue eyes and a seemingly permanent friendly smile plastered to his face. Jeriah looked up from his meal in time for him to begin speaking.
"Hey new guy, I couldn't help but notice you sitting alone and ignoring all the ladies giving you the 'I want him inside me' look. So I feel that it's my duty as a senior to make sure you know how to score, know what I mean?" He said in a laid back ans suave tone as Jeriah just stared back at him both eyebrows raised before attempting to say something clever to the implications. Unfortunately all that came out was,
"Uhhhh."
"I'm Matthew, call me Matt. I could tell you weren't a ladies man the second you walked in, so I thought I'd come help you before these women tore you limb from limb in a fight over you. Because trust me, they will, what was saving you was nobody wanted to be the first to approach you, now they're likely to come over once I leave, so we better get out of here all quick like." He then grabbed Jeriah before Jeriah knew what was happening and pulled both himself and a highly confused red head out of the cafeteria.
The coming talk would make him much more enlightened as to why they were staring and all the more awkward and uncomfortable because of it. Needless to say Jeraih would be conflicted in his lust for the ladies for several days afterward.
