Vey: Skeleton granted sentience by a necromancer that he later killed. Has since become a wizard, rescued Sera, made a pact with Sera, and doesn’t really know what he wants to do with his unlife. Events not necessarily in order. Unbeknownst to him or Sera, he is an Untouchable, making him immune to any magic originating from a god he’s killed a priest of. Is of the ‘White’ evolution path, granting greater intelligence, emotions, and senses. He can evolve another time, but hasn’t yet.
Sera Eranda Eclir Luvil: An elf originally kidnapped and [Redacted] by a necromancer. After being ‘rescued’ and temporarily enslaved by Vey, has since forged what is otherwise commonly known as a ‘marriage pact’ with Vey. Became a swordsman and Spellblade, killed her dad, and is currently acting the part of leader for undead and several mortals. She also has a mysterious curse/blessing that grants her incredible beauty and charisma, and seemingly has other effects.
Ter: A member of the original skeletons the necromancer raised, since ascended to intelligence. She is a spearman and the original skeleton to call Vey and Sera “Glorious Leader” and “Queen” respectively. Is of the ‘Blue’ evolution path, granting enhanced durability.
Dragon squad: The original skeletons that survived until evolution, and the group Ter is a part of. They consist of Kai, Poa, and Mel, a trio of green evolution path archers, Woi, the smartest among them and self-appointed leader, and Jyu, a swordsman. They are named dragon squad because just as with Vey, they are named in draconic after pieces of a dragon’s skeleton.
Sheo: The reanimated skeleton of Sheo, Sera’s father. Leads his own squad of skeletons all reanimated from corpses of people from Sera’s village. Has since ascended to intelligence without evolving. Retains no memories from the person he was, but does show more deference to Sera over Vey.

Max/Kaz/The Reincarnated Hero: Max Caul is a hero with a curse to reincarnate by subsuming someone else’s body whenever he dies. He is also cursed not to speak or be ‘recognized’ by those not incredibly close to him somehow. Further he is cursed or potentially blessed by a deity that existed only in the world he came from. Has a habit of sacrificing himself for members of his harem, forcing them to search for his newest body. Last seen entering a dungeon with his party in an attempt to hunt down Vey. Most people can't say his 'real' name and instead inadvertently refer to him by an alias(Kaz, or 'That Hero', etc.).
Violet: A paladin and adventurer with a separate party of equal renown to the reincarnated hero’s own, though each of her party’s members are notably weaker. Was the perspective of the prophecy that originally lead to Vey being hunted down as a calamity. Last seen in a lost in a dungeon with her party.
King Solomon: A king trying his hardest to win a war and avoid the prophesized calamity that is Vey. Has a daughter with prophetic powers and a son that can open a portal to hell via ritual suicide.
Marietta: A princess with a blessing of prophecy who originally foresaw Vey becoming a destructive calamity. Is incestuously in love with her brother, and willing to abuse her status and prophetic abilities for his sake. If she had to choose between letting her kingdom die or her brother die, the choice would be easy.
Prince James: A prince with the ability to doom an entire city or battlefield with his death. Incestously in love with his sister, he was last seen heading towards the battlefront with a neighboring kingdom.
Sathris, Rlar’thotepmon Kanethiek, Efrati, Numeriaa: The surviving members of an ancient group of sentient undead aligned in creating a world where sentient undead can live and rule. Hearing of Vey, some of them agreed to track Vey down to meet and recruit him.
