Chapter 2 - Teachers, Brothers, and Hentai Main Characters

Hanna sat in class focusing all her attention on the English professor, Ms. Barns. With notebook open and pencil in hand to write any tidbit that might be on the test, she was ready to learn.

But, there was something getting increasingly hard to ignore.

The vibrating coming from behind the teacher's desk.

Did everyone else, seriously not hear that?! Because it sounded pretty fucking obvious to her!

And who was the asshole messing with Ms. Barns?

Jeremy Hancock. The creepy guy, with light brown bangs hiding his eyes holding a pink remote.

Seriously, did no one else see this?

Ms. Barns, like a fucking pro, continued with her lesson. Her large hips swayed back and forth as she wrote a complex sentence on the board.

The classroom started to take on that scent. And still, nobody said a thing.

Were they all just... Used to this?

Hanna pinched herself to get her focused on the words instead of the buzz and started writing more notes.

If her body’s original owner was this observant, it was no wonder why her grades were so low.

But the good news was that Hanna seemed to be a mere background character in this hentai world. There were several male leads and female leading ladies. All of whom were easy to spot with their exaggerated hair and special-exception clothes.

While Hanna’s new animated body was very pretty, it certainly wasn’t ’I have drills for hair,’ noticeable, like on her desk neighbor Tina Starfort.

But this not only made her happy, it made her extremely satisfied. Women in hentai —to put it mildly— did not always get the best end of the silicon dildo.

And her not being a leading lady meant that she wouldn't get involved in any hanky-panky and could study peacefully.

The professor let out a light moan and dropped her marker. She paused for a very long time, not picking it up.

Jeremy Hancock, with a smug grin on his face, asked calmly, ”Ms. Barns, are you okay?”

Several others also echoed his statement.

”I’m fine, Mr. Hancock. Just a little... Anemic today. I believe I’ll end the lesson here. You’re all free to go to lunch.”

Why did she feel like she was getting a subpar education?

One of the few things Hanna did when she first arrived was unfriended the two girls who kept distracting her body’s original owner with talk of boys and getting a rich man right out of [High School/Junior College]. One who could take care of her so she didn't have to work. From the experiences of her past life, this was a fucking fallacy. And obviously meant to keep her down, with the belief that she could just rely on someone else.

So she cut off that relationship like the dead end it would lead to. But this meant that she ate alone, with no one but her smartphone to keep her company for the past couple days.

Not wanting to feel like a complete loner today, she’d headed over to her cheaply gotten brother’s honor class.

She briefly observed this new brother of hers. He had reddish brown hair and green eyes like her own, but his hair was darker. His body type was that of a swimmer, leftover from when he used to be part of the school’s swimming club.

Objectively, he wasn't bad looking, but he didn't have the noticeable traits of a main character. Thank fuck.

He sat at a few pushed together tables with a bunch of his friends. But there was a seat open and she brazenly set her lunch down and sat.

The table quieted. Everyone had an expression on their face as if she was going to start berating them.

And now that she thought about it, the original had done that on numerous occasions. She’d criticized their hair, clothing, and cellphones. She’d kinda been a bit of a bitch to each and every one of them.

“Ah, Hanna,” Kyle Ivy, her new brother, said, “what are you doing here?”

“Hanging out with you and your friends during lunch.”

His eyes sparked with annoyance. “Did you have a fight with your friends or something?”

She shrugged and opened her lunch. Since their mom had packed it for them, they looked the same. Three triangle rice balls, rolled sweet egg, tomatoes on lettuce, and octopus-shaped sausages, “They weren’t good friends, so I dumped them.”

His eyes grew wide. “It took you long enough to figure that out.”

She sent him a smile. “I know. I’ve decided that I’m going to become an astronomer, no matter what.”

He winced. “Your grades—”

“—are not very good. I know.” She winked at him. “And that’s why I decided to ask you to help me study. Not now, of course.”

He opened his mouth. She had the urge to toss a riceball inside it. Instead, she looked each person at the table in the eye. There was something she needed to make right. “I also want to apologize for the harsh comments I made in the past. I know you all probably won’t forgive me right away, or at all. But know that, those were not things I ever really thought of myself. I’d just been echoing what my terrible friends told me to say.”

She then looked down and focused on her meal.

At least she did until a girl in the year below them walked into class and up to the blue haired guy with kind eyes sitting at the tables next to the Ivy siblings. According to the original’s memories, his name was Paul Gibson and the girl with the same hair and eye color was his [Cousin/Adopted? Sister], and honor student from the year below theirs named Kelli Gibson.

For some reason, Hanna thought she’d like some popcorn. Well, her lunch worked just fine.

“Older brother,” Kelli simpered. She pleaded with her big cerulean eyes.

Oh boy. Here we go.

“What’s wrong?”

“It’s my, um, bra strap. Could you help me fix it?”

“Can’t you get one of your friends to help you?”

Hanna thought that she would have offered to help, but the girl, obviously was not there to have her bra strap fixed.

“Or what about Hanna? I’m sure she’d help.”

Fuck. Why was he bringing her into this? She would thank them to leave her out of their incestuous relationship!

Sure, cousins could technically marry in most places but that didn’t make it less weird.

After sending Hanna a quick yandere warning glare, Kelli pouted cutely. “It won’t take long... We’ll just go behind the curtain there and you can help me. I don’t want a stranger touching me.”

“Fine.”

Then the two went behind the curtain.

First of all, what kind of classroom had a heavy curtain to cover the windows instead of simple blinds? Secondly, Hanna knew what they were doing back there and while she was positive they would end up fixing the bra strap, that would not be the only thing they’d be doing. But seriously, who wanted to do that, behind a thick dusty curtain, in a classroom filled with people who could actually hear everything?

Why?

She continued to eat her food.

A short time later she heard the soft slap of flesh pounding flesh coming from the back corner.

Hanna tactfully ignored it and pretended to be mindless, just like the other background characters.

On the way back to class she accidentally bumped into a hard chest.

”Sorry, ” she casually apologized and was about to be on her way when she looked up to find that the one she bumped into had a muscular frame, a face that some women would die to kiss, and platinum spiky hair that gave off Main Character vibes. She wasn’t quite sure what his story would be since this guy eschewed all relationships to study or workout, but he was definitely a main character.

From Original Hanna’s memory, this was Brandon Fluxx.

After he gave her an expression that said, ‘You disgust me, good day, Ma’am!’ she attempted to ignore him and keep going but he crossed his arms and said, “Really? This is what you’re going with now?”

Huh? She ran through the Original’s memories and, indeed, Hanna had tried for months to go out with Brandon, the top student and the hottest guy in school. But the Original had given up on him a month ago and had yet to figure out her next target.

Hanna stopped and turned to look into his cerulean eyes.

“Mr. Fluxx. I apologize for bumping into you.” She smirked. “But I don’t have any time to waste on lost causes or narcissists. You won’t find me looking for you anymore. Toodles!”

And then she left, her stride light and purposeful.

Indeed, Original Hanna had left her a mess to clean up.
