After knowing and experiencing human Kyle’s perverted, new and deeply hidden desire for this sister of his? Fucking never.
Granted, that desire had only appeared within the last week or so before Tov Kyle took over and after she’d changed... but it was still there. To get over those emotions, human Kyle and even decided to go to an appointment he had scheduled with an old female friend he’d once tried to start a romance with.
Kyl cleared his throat. “That’s a complicated issue. He’s still healing from his injury.”
“Okay, we’ll talk about this again later.”
She then made a beeline to the cash register, where she stopped to pick up several packs of different batteries. Then she put everything on their dad’s credit card and they left.
As they walked towards the bus stop, she looked around. “That’s weird. I thought for sure we’d see something weird going on in the—oh, there it is!”
He looked to where she pointed. Wasn’t that just a small corridor between two massive buildings? He couldn’t even see people at this point.
But, trusting her judgment, Kyle walked into the alley with her. Slowly, they snuck behind a trash can and peered into the darkness.
That was when he saw it, a girl with blonde hair in twin drills, dressed in a sailor girl uniform battling a writhing, twisting mass of slimy disgusting red tentacles—seeming mockeries of his own beautiful black and clean tendrils. These creepy things extruded from a dark break in the fabric of the universe. Just looking at it made his eyes hurt.
He swallowed, grabbed Hanna’s upper arm, and pulled out the small plasma pistol he kept in his back pocket. They were not supposed to be here. They were certainly not supposed to see this!
This sight had him questioning everything he’d learned in his physics courses in cadet training school. And yet, his sister just, calmly watched as if this was a Saturday morning cartoon show.
“Who knew this world had magical girls,” she whispered as if entertained. Then she grimaced and murmured so low he could only hear it because of his superior Tov hearing, “Genre aren’t supposed to mix like this.”

And now that he was staring, he realized that the girl—still fighting the twisting mass of limbs—wore a mockup of a classic sailor uniform. One that a woman might wear for her significant other to spice things up in bed. It did not cover nearly enough of her body.
She appeared to be fighting it off with something he couldn’t see, but he could tell that it was connected to a crystal wand she waved around.
Suddenly, the creature grabbed her ankle and lifted her high into the air.
“Kyyyaaaaa!” She tried to cover her underwear but by doing so, she accidentally dropped her wand.
A laugh that seemed to come from the deepest part of the universe echoed through the alleyway. ”Hohohohoho. Finally! You’re mine.”
Then the slimy tentacles began rubbing the girl in much the same way he’d—
Blushing, “Shouldn’t we help her?!”
Hanna glanced at him with a flabbergasted expression. “Kyle. I’m a realist. I’m a normal weak human. If I even throw a mere soda can to try and distract that thing, what she’s going through would be my fate as well. Hell, it might even just tear me apart.
“That said, if you have a way to help her, please, fucking do! But I know that I’d merely get in the way, or make things worse.”
That, actually, was very sound logic. And Kyle did have a plasma pistol. While he didn’t know if it would work on the creature, he couldn’t just stand by and watch a girl get molested by some multi-dimensional entity.
But just as he was about to step out of hiding and shoot the thing, a man ran into the alcove from the opposite direction. He carried a massive stick as thick as a small tree. Using it like a baseball bat, this new guy hit the creature’s girl-holding limbs. This freed the blonde girl. She quickly collected her wand and together the two-beat off the monster.
The girl used her invisible magic to cut back the constantly regrowing limbs, and the man used his stick with inhuman strength to force those things backward.
Slowly, its ugly squirming red tentacles retreated into the tear in space.
With a snap, reality returned to the way it was supposed to be. And as these two warriors stared into each other’s eyes, that was when Kyle recognized the two.
The blonde was his sister’s deskmate, and the other was the famous athlete of their school year, Zander Payne.
But the strength he used was greater than the pathetic human strength he’d seen on this world so far.
“This Zander might be the Lusandai we’re looking for,” he whispered into Hanna’s ear.
“Is there a way to tell for sure?”
He nodded. “But I don’t have it on me. Do you know where he lives?”
She shook her head.
Faster than humanly possible, both Zander and Tina vanished down the opposite end of the alley.
“Shit!” Kyle was about to follow him, but Hanna grabbed his hand.
“He’ll be at school tomorrow. Following him at this point would just make him suspicious.”
She was right. Tomorrow would be a much better time to test him. He would just have to hope the bastard didn’t impregnate any helpless earthlings before Kyle could murder his ass.
