*Chapter 5: A Bizarre Encounter*
Kagami and Astaria made their way to the farm where the bull-man was rumored to be causing trouble. The atmosphere was tense as they entered the premises, and it didn't take long for them to spot the creature.
The bull-man, resembling a Minotaur, sat amidst the cows, casually smoking as he observed them. The entire scene felt bizarre and uncomfortable, not only for Kagami and Astaria but also for the cows themselves.
"I guess we found him," Kagami said, letting out a sigh of relief as he observed the strange sight.
Astaria, with a blank expression, performed an odd little self-pep-talk, puffing her chest and lightly slapping her own face. It was an eccentric display that left Kagami feeling a bit weird and bewildered. She declared, "I am prepared now; let's go beat him up."
"Ah, okay, let's go," Kagami replied hesitantly.
Approaching the bull-man, Kagami wielded a dagger he had somehow acquired, or rather 'Found', while Astaria brandished a simple piece of wood as a makeshift staff. The bull-man, however, seemed unfazed and uninterested in their presence. He acknowledged their arrival but remained engrossed in his cow-watching activity, he was very focused in his business.
Kagami attempted to engage the bull-man in conversation, but the creature merely invited him to join in the observation of "God's perfect creation"-the cows. Kagami declined and tossed his dagger to the ground beside him inviting him to get this over with. The bull-man expressed his disappointment and quickly lunged towards them. With A huge axe in hand.
The fight erupted with a sudden clash of weapons and wood as Kagami and the bull-man engaged in combat that started fine, then changed to a strange and bizarre. Astaria watched in disbelief as the two opponents traded blows and posed dramatically. Each one trying to convince the other, that his combat pose is the Coolest.
Kagami, fueled by the strengthening spell Astaria had cast on him earlier, swung his dagger that he picked up again, with precision and agility. He dodged the bull-man's powerful strikes with a fluidity that seemed almost choreographed. It was clear that Kagami had some level of combat skill, though his choice of poses and expressions during the fight was undeniably odd and kinda awkward to both the preformer and the watchers.
The bull-man, while physically imposing, was taken aback by Kagami's unexpected fighting style. He had anticipated a straightforward battle from a straight forward man. but found himself in a contest of both strength and theatrics. Despite his confusion, he matched Kagami's poses and expressions, adding to the surreal nature of the battle. Kagami was slightly wining the fight, but the showdown was evenly matched.

As the fight continued, Kagami and the bull-man grew increasingly engrossed in their peculiar showdown. Astaria, on the other hand, watched in disbelief and disappointment. As they traded blows and continued to argue about the superiority of their poses who's the coolest and who's doing what wrong. She couldn't help but feel like an outsider, an unwelcomed third party. unable to comprehend the absurdity of the situation. She just watched with a blank disappointed and kinda disgusting face.
Then focused her attention on a bird that had landed beside her, teaching it tricks, clapping her hands, and singing to it as if the fight were of no concern.
After a particularly dramatic pose-off, Kagami and the bull-man paused, catching their breath. Praising one another. Astaria, returned to be baffled by the entire ordeal, couldn't contain her frustration any longer. She clapped her hands and spoke up, "Enough of this nonsense! Finish the fight already!"
Both Kagami and the bull-man turned to her, their expressions changing from theatrically serious to mildly embarrassed. They exchanged a glance and then resumed their combat, this time with a more determined focus on defeating their opponent rather than showcasing their poses. For they were embarrassed because of all the cow gazes coming thier way and also Astaria.
Despite the absurdity of the situation, Kagami's combat skills and Astaria's strengthening spell began to take their toll on the bull-man. With a final, well-executed strike, Kagami sent the bull-man stumbling backward, and he fell to the ground, defeated.
Gasping for breath, Kagami stood over his fallen opponent, his face flushed with victory. Astaria, still in disbelief, floated over and congratulated Kagami on their success. "Well done, Kagami-san. I must admit, that was a rather... unique battle."
Kagami, panting but satisfied, nodded in agreement. "Yeah, unique is one way to describe it. But game is game, and I was here to win."
With a complete shifted objective from what he started with, and With the bull-man defeated, the commission was seemingly completed, and Kagami and Astaria could finally put the bizarre encounter behind them.
After a while, the bull-man stood up, decided he had nothing more to "teach" Kagami and made a dramatic exit, bringing their peculiar battle to an end. The commission was seemingly completed, leaving Kagami to express his disappointment. "Well, that was disappointing."
Astaria, who had clearly had enough of the nonsense, offered a seemingly bright smile and retorted, "Stop lying, Kagami-san. I have never seen someone as happy as you were a minute ago." While her words may have been exaggerated, her tone left no room for amusement. Kagami quickly realized his blunder and apologized to her. Feeling he made two mistakes the first going with the play, and the second apologizing to Astaria.
With their first adventure, which had been nothing short of bizarre, behind them. The two sat there looking at the sunset, a bird by their side. And in a dramatic looking moment they couldn't help but reflect on the strangeness of their first adventure, in this new world. Kagami having a post action embarrassment, And Astaria with a blank face, teasing and yet somehow also praising him for Opening up more.
And so, their journey continued, with Kagami and Astaria ready to face whatever challenges and oddities awaited them in this mysterious realm(probably). Whether they were truly smiling while feeling completely empty inside remained a mystery, but one thing was certain: their adventures were far from over.
