“Thank you, my lady. However, let's discuss the compensation at a later time. We cannot afford to waste any time, as we do not know when that abomination will fully evolve. Every second is precious.” Moler concluded, waving his hands. A young girl with a pale face began to materialize behind him, and once she fully appeared, Moler was about to introduce her but then, a man seated within the Divine Faction seemed to sense something:
“MOLER!!, WHO DARED TO ATTACK MY GRAND-DAUGHTER??” The man yelled angrily when he realized that he couldn't sense the precious protection charm he had gifted to the young girl at her birth.
That man is Orion Astrelle, the Grand-Father of Zara Klion, the family head of the Astrelle family, A very prominent family residing in the Cosmion Divine Kingdom. Moler glanced at the man, then continued, entirely ignoring him,
“I would like to introduce my precious daughter, Zara Klion, to everyone present. She is the contractor who has full control over the life of Abdo."
Zara, who was mentally shaken from her father’s earlier otherworldly presence, and now being abruptly brought into a meeting of Demi-Gods, she couldn’t handle it anymore and fainted.
Moler, who expected something like that to happen, muttered:
“Arcane transference”
Immediately, the air around Zara began to shimmer and distort. After merely a few seconds had passed, Moler could be seen holding a scroll in his hand. He waved his hand once more and Zara disappeared.
Holding the scroll in his hand, Moler thought for a moment, then tossed the scroll to Alder, who stood up and bowed to Moler:
“Thanks a lot, Sir Moler. We will never forget your contribution."
‘You better not..’
“Don’t mind, It’s all for Valtari.”
Alder then bowed to everyone then said:
“Everyone, please excuse us. We will make sure that the threat is neutralized as soon as possible.” Then he and the other ten Divine Children disappeared.
——-
In a well-lit room, with an intricate table at its center, eleven people began to appear. Some looked uregnt while others looked calm and relaxed, they took their seats and started discussing at a rapid pace.
“Fucking Moler! Just because the prophecy doesn't concern him, he dares to act so arrogantly.” Alder exclaimed through gritted teeth, his anger palpable.
“We will be discussing this later, we need to address the upcoming calamity first,” Auriel said, she then looked at Seraphine and asked.
“Seraphine, will a Divine Kingdom truly fall if we don’t take care of that seventh Demon?”
“Yes, I can feel it, no, I’m certain.” Seraphine answered back timidly.
“We must take care of that Demon. We can't allow any chaos to descend upon Valtari. Let's do it like we did the first time, with everyone evenly contributing Divine Energy." Alder said urgently.
“I refuse.” a deep and ominous voice emerged from what seemed like a shadowy figure.
“Kael! How dare you betray us at this critical juncture? Do you not realize the amount of destruction that will occur if the current power balance is disrupted?” Alder yelled angrily.
Meanwhile, Kael ignored him. He was a hundred percent certain that the Divine Kingdom to be destroyed would not be the Noctivus Divine Kingdom, so why should he care? He had only contributed the last time because it was the will of the Gods. There was no way he was going to waste any more precious Divine Energy.

“I also refuse.” said a booming, thunderous voice that emerged from a man with lightning that seemed to be dancing around him. This man was Aelius, the apostle of Fulmenor.
“I also refuse” Zephyra, apostle of Aerathos said.
“Please..” Seraphine pleaded while gritting her teeth, if she had time she could have pleaded with the Gods, but there was no time like last time. She could feel it.
“I also refuse” Gaius, apostle of Terravox said.
Despair almost fell upon Seraphine, but thankfully no one else voiced their refusal.
“I will remember that.” Alder said coldly.
After a minute of silence, Auriel said:
“We will be creating a Mythical Knife. then we can send it via the StreamNation, but it will need to be upgraded before we can send the Mythical Knife. Therefore, we will also create a rankless Mythical Promoter. We will only need Divine Energy to create two Mythical items.”
A smirk could be seen on the face of the shadowy figure.
“Actually, we will need four Mythical Promoters, since the StreamNation is composed of four distinct items.” it was a gentle, feminine voice who corrected, she was Luna the apostle of Cosmion.
A pale face could be seen on some of the apostles who didn’t know such information. They cursed themselves for not refusing, but convinced themselves that it was all for the sake of Valtari’s peace.
“Five… Fine, Valtari’s peace deserves this much from us…” Auriel muttered
An Energy, that was so pure, that was as ancient as the existence, started pouring from Auriel, the agreeing Apostles who saw this, also started channeling this pure Energy, the Energy started merging together, it looked alive as it started taking shape, even time seemed to slow down as it seemed to be affected by it, after what seemed like an eternity, a Knife and four otherworldly-looking Scrolls finally took shape.
Seraphine said weakly: “Please end it”
Alder took the Promotion Scrolls, and before sending them, he asked Seraphine one more time, “Seraphine, with the strength level of Abdo, even if he strikes the Demon, he won't be able to kill it. The Demon will be seriously injured with no way of recovery, but it might survive. Are you sure this is a certain way to resolve the Calamity?”
“Yes, the Demon will live for a few days, but it will certainly die, even Infernith himself won’t be able to heal it.” Seraphine confirmed
Hearing Seraphine assurance, Alder sent the Promotion Scrolls to Abdo via StreamNation Email. He then channeled mana into the Slave Scroll and ordered Abdo to upgrade his StreamNation.
They all watched as the live stream went offline for few seconds but came back online again, Alder then sent the Mythical Knife and ordered Abdo to strike the Demon with it.
They all watched as Abdo summoned the Knife, then walked slowly to the sitting Demon, the Viewers count jumped like crazy, reaching a staggering 7 billion live Viewers.
All viewers could see tears uncontrollably falling down from Abdo's eyes. He was becoming illusionary as the Mythical Knife was disintegrating him.
“Even I would have gone mad from all that pain” A bald man with a calm face commented. that man was Spirien, apostle of Spiritus.
All the apostles watched intensely, will he reach and strike the Demon, or will he get disintegrated first?
“He will strike.” it was Seraphine, who spoke with confidence this time
——-
Pain... unimaginable Pain. Please, I can't take it anymore. Someone, please do something to relieve me of this Pain. I would have thrust the knife into my head to finally be at peace, but I couldn't. I couldn't even control my body anymore. It wasn't mine. I couldn't see anymore. It was like being in an eternal prison of pain.
I don't know how I haven't gone mad yet. Something is protecting my sanity. It feels the same as the inner ability that fought against the Demon's presence. I loathe it so much. Just let me fall. Please let me fall into insanity.
——-
Even though many were watching the stream and didn't know what was happening, they all felt that this was something very important, that this was a great sacrifice. The viewership count broke past 10 billion, but no one even wrote a single word. It was silent.
——-
The apostles watched as Abdo thrusted the Knife into the Demon, an otherworldly scream escaped from the Demon’s mouth, and that was the last thing they heard before the stream went offline.
——-
Alder watched as the Slave Scroll in his hand disintegrated, he heaved a sigh, feeling pain for the loss of so many Godly treasures, but it was a must sacrifice for the well-being of Valtari.
“Finally it ended.” Seraphine heaved a sigh of relief, she could feel that the Calamity was finally stopped.
The apostles were all about to disperse, but suddenly, a huge whirlpool of mana started flooding into Seraphine. The symbols etched on her band started shining very brightly.
“A Prophecy…” Auriel muttered.
“A sneaky shadow striked…” Seraphine muttered.
Confusion started appearing on the faces of all the apostles, they warily looked at Kael, who in turn yelled.
“WHAT, WHY ARE Y—”
He couldn't finish his outburst, for they all heard an explosion emanating from Seraphine. They looked on in horror as her white band became fully soaked in red, with blood dripping onto the ground. Seraphine face fell into the table.
Auriel immediately appeared beside Seraphine and yelled:
“WHAT DID YOU SEE”
“I was wrong..” Seraphine muttered very weakly.
Auriel shook her intensively while yelling:
“PLEASE, TELL US WHAT, DID YOU SEE?”
Seraphine, who was still in a shock muttered:
“A Catastrophic Calamity, a Horrific Disaster that cannot be stopped will be coming for Valtari.”
Hearing such a statement, the faces of the apostles started getting paler, mixed with fear.
“Tell us more details, what is the magnitude of the destruction, please Seraphine, this is very important,”
“The… destruction … of … the Divine Kingdoms…”
“HOW MANY??” Auriel pleaded Seraphine for answers.
“All.. of .. them” Seraphine managed to squeeze out then fainted.
