Looking at the system menu Meng Lin raised an eyebrow at two things that caught her eye, the increase in her percentage and the new daily mission.
For the percentage Meng Lin thought it made sense considering the sudden gain in power she felt when she regained the black tortoise seal, as for the daily missions she had forgotten about it.
Out of curiosity Meng Lin dove into the daily mission section and a panel quickly appeared in front of her, it was her daily mission.
Meng Lin glanced at her daily mission and discovered four straightforward tasks awaiting her.

Meng Lin chuckled, appreciating the simplicity of the tasks. Performing the alchemy and blacksmith was not going to be hard as the system didn't specify the item that would be created, and circulating qi through her body wasn't difficult, although the time left was 2 hours and 13 minutes, she could complete both qi circulations in under an hour.
It was the reward that interested her, 1000 Experience points, she doesn't know how much that will be converted into a percentage however she was interested to find out.
Meng Lin quickly set her plan into motion. She decided to tackle the tasks in order of complexity, starting with the Elemental Qi Convergence Method.
It was a practice she was the least familiar with, but in her current state, she felt that it would serve as a warm-up for the more physically cleansing task.
She found a quiet corner in her cultivation room, sat down in a lotus position, and began to focus on her breathing. As she inhaled and exhaled, Meng Lin visualized the Elemental Qi within her converging in her body, circulating through her Spiritual Veins. The process was smooth, and Meng Lin managed to complete the 100 circulations in just under fifty minutes—a little more than she had thought.

With the first task completed, Meng Lin turned her attention to the Alchemy and Blacksmithing tasks. She moved to the villa's specially designated crafting area, where all her materials and tools were neatly organized.
For Alchemy, she decided to concoct a batch of bone-strengthening pills—a simple pill with some spiritual plants from the market along with those from the sect rewards. The process was second nature to her, and she quickly set up the cauldron, brought out the High-Grade Rootless Flame, and began the alchemical process.
She watched how efficient it truly was as she saw ingredients being purged of any impurities and in less than a minute a batch of middle-grade pills were laid out in the cauldron.
Repeating that process with another pill recipe, within the next ten minutes Meng Lin had successfully crafted ten batches of different pills, each batch containing more than ten pills, far exceeding the system's requirement.
Blacksmithing was next. Meng Lin quickly bought an ore in the system market, Silver-Rock Ore was the main ingredient, because of its large size she only needed to add one or two other items to the cauldron to forge a set of medium-grade spiritual daggers, a task that would usually take a considerable amount of time.
However, with the High-grade Rootless flame, Meng Lin significantly reduced the time from 15 minutes to just 2 minutes, after that four daggers were made, each gleaming with a sharp edge and a faint spiritual glow.
Meng Lin repeated the actions she took, this time she didn't change the weapon recipe, and within 20 minutes 30 middle-grade daggers were laid out in front of her, fortunately, there was still half of the Silver-Rock Ore remaining.
Finally, Meng Lin performed the Physique Cleansing Sutra. This technique was designed to purify and strengthen the body by expelling impurities and enhancing the practitioner's physical capabilities.
Meng Lin found a peaceful spot in the garden and executed the sutra's circulation with grace, each motion flowing seamlessly into the next. The process not only cleansed her physical body but also aligned her spiritual essence, leaving her feeling refreshed and invigorated.
In less than 10 minutes the last task was completed and Meng Lin checked the system menu. The tasks were marked as completed, and she eagerly awaited the conversion of the 1000 experience points into her percentage, wondering how much she would get.

That means if she were to do nothing but the daily quest every day then she would reach 100% in half a year, not ideal for herself who progressed to the Soul Wondering Realm in just a few months.
She shook her head and decided to walk out of the villa, she had noticed something before when she was setting up her villa but she only now decided to check it.
Walking out of the villa's barrier Meng Lin quickly made her way to one of the other villas far away, after walking for a few minutes she arrived and saw a villa in an open field.
As she approached the villa, she noticed it was an older, less maintained structure compared to the others. The aura surrounding the villa was deep and Meng Lin could sense a faint but distinct ancient spiritual energy emanating from the place.
As she arrived at the entrance of the villa, the barrier that was surrounding the villa was suddenly lifted and the Meng Lin saw a door with an intricate design.
"Enter," a familiar voice echoed from within. It was Senior Sister Liu.
Meng Lin pushed the door, noticing that it was quite heavy even for her, and stepped into the villa. Because it was nighttime, the interior was dimly lit with soft glows emanating from orbs of light scattered throughout the villa.
Senior Sister Liu was seated cross-legged on the ground next to the house of the villa, her aged face let out a smile and she gestured for Meng Lin to take a seat next to her.
Not bothering to ask why senior sister Liu was seated on the ground, Meng Lin took a seat across from her, her mind filled with apprehension and curiosity.
She had reached the Soul Wondering Realm and with it, her spiritual consciousness had grown to an astonishing degree, she could probe most beings in her realm without even being found out, however, she still couldn't probe this old lady, her spiritual consciousness was passing right through her as if she wasn't there.
Senior Sister Liu broke the silence with a gentle voice. "I sensed your arrival so I called, I assume you know why I called you here"
Meng Lin hesitated for a moment, gathering her thoughts. "Is it Luang Chen?"
"No, the sect was long informed about him, forget about him. Rather I've called you here to tell you about the opportunities ahead"
Meng Lin's curiosity was piqued as she listened to Senior Sister Liu's words. The sect already knew about the matter with Luang Chen, how she wondered. More importantly, she wondered what these opportunities were.
Senior Sister Liu continued, her voice filled with a hint of seriousness. "Because of the fight with the Scarlet Demon Sect, the sect has decided to invest a lot in us seven with Luan's Soul, I was instructed to open a lot of the restricted areas within this Mountain, and in a few weeks," she continued. " A secret realm will open up within the sect, the Ancient Spirit Pool Realm, we will enter it with the exceptional core disciples"
Meng Lin took in the information with slight excitement within her eyes, an Ancient Spirit Pool Realm, she has some knowledge of such a place.
"Senior Sister Liu," Meng Lin asked, her thoughts hidden, "what exactly can we expect to find within this Ancient Spirit Pool Realm?" She wanted to be sure that it was the same one she was thinking about.
Senior Sister Liu's eyes sparkled with wisdom as she responded, "You've reached the Soul Wondering Realm so I'm sure you have come into contact with Elemental Qi, spirit pools are said to contain ancient Elemental Qi, once used they can greatly enhance one's fighting prowess." She continued. "The ancient spirit pools are vast and vary in size, some hold ancient artifacts and even rare herbs, one of our 3 sect artifacts was found in such a place"
Meng Lin's eyes widened as she absorbed Senior Sister Liu's words. The mention of ancient Elemental Qi was within her expectations, however, the mention of Sacred grade items was a shock to her, on top of that it was ancient items, and she couldn't help but change her thoughts of the secret realm.
"This Ancient Spirit Pool Realm," Meng Lin murmured, almost to herself. "It is even more wondrous than I imagined."
Senior Sister Liu nodded, her gaze unwavering. "Indeed, Meng Lin. The spirit pools are not only a treasure trove of power but also a crucible of growth. However, the secret realm is filled with ancient beasts that have developed an affinity with elemental qi, they are quite dangerous."
Meng Lin's eyes sparkled with excitement and determination. "I understand, Senior Sister Liu. This is a rare opportunity, and I will prepare myself accordingly."
Senior Sister Liu gave a small nod of approval. "Good. Just remember to be cautious while, these ancient beasts are not to be underestimated"
Meng Lin nodded before swiftly leaving the place, she had much on her mind. The Ancient Spirit Pool Realm held the opportunity of further increasing the amount of Elemental Qi within her dantian, her main cultivation technique would be even more devastating afterward, Meng Lin couldn't help but think of the possibilities.
