On Abdin's part, he had a myriad of questions. Should he accompany them to see for himself or should he interrogate them here and now?
His hesitation in responding prompted one of them to lunge for his neck, while the other reached for his sword.
Abdin evaded to the left and swiftly thrust his hand forward, piercing the ribs of the one closest to him. He retrieved the pulsating heart, causing the golem to immediately collapse lifeless before him.
Before the other golem could draw his sword, Abdin seized his hand and snapped it in two.
His victim's screams were muffled as the broken end of his hand was shoved into his mouth.
Subsequently, Abdin subdued him with a surge of cultivation, rendering him unconscious.
And then it came:
[Nuhu's bloodline: 64.1:35.9]
His bloodline level was at 64:36 before entering this realm, but it seemed to have changed by one ratio after killing one golem and rendering the other unconscious-an increase of one for him and a decrease of one for whoever was attempting to claim his skill.
This realm was unique. Men were scarce here, with demon beasts constituting the majority. Whenever Abdin visited, he usually hunted and killed demon beasts to obtain Ayrids in the process.
Only a few of the beasts yielded Ayrids of value, as their cultivation level determined the worth of the Ayrids. Discovering a level five or higher Ayrid was always a challenging task, and obtaining a green or black Ayrid was something almost mythical, even to the realm's residents.
Most of the demon-beasts exhibited human-like behavior and thinking, forcing Abdin to expend a significant portion of his cultivation before acquiring what he desired.
That wasn't all; beasts from the realm could still pursue him as he departed. Sometimes, they could follow him back to the castle. That had been the reason why he had initially warned Juwaira's team about the occasional disappearance of certain structures or the sudden appearance of Eycigan portals out of thin air.
However, it primarily occurred after he had opened a portal.
Now, contrary to his usual expectations, Abdin encountered his replicas in the most unexpected place. Had something changed?

Meanwhile, at an enchanted cave, a perplexed Munniq stood, gazing at two golems. One stood motionless, its eyes vacant, while the other was rapidly dissolving into a sticky goo.
Beside them stood an assembly of over a hundred golems, all resembling Abdin.
"What is the matter, Madam?" a shocked Laluri inquired from the side. "Why do they seem to perish so suddenly?"
Munniq had no answer to that. She was as bewildered as her minion. At her level, she had never encountered any issues with her creations before. Once she made them, they remained as they were.
"Commander..." she said, taken aback. "That boy is attempting to reclaim his bloodline skill."
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
To some, she might appear overly confident. However, Munniq had earned the right to be arrogant, considering that this was the only time in a millennium she had experienced a setback.
"How can this be happening?" Laluri asked in confusion. They had spent a month of arduous labor crafting these golems. It was the task her mistress had devoted the most attention to lately. How could problems arise after such dedication?
Munniq chuckled. This Commander of a boy was starting to captivate her. She had a fondness for brilliant individuals. However, this time, he would face fierce resistance.
As she pondered this, the other rigid golem also began to dissolve and soon perished.
But it didn't stop there; the remaining golems followed suit, melting away. Within an hour, more than fifty had turned into goo.
Munniq let out a roar and slapped the table in front of her, causing it to disintegrate. Her month's worth of effort vanished in an instant. It was inconceivable. She resolved then and there to torture the so-called Commander so mercilessly that he would regret ever being born.
The only obstacle was that she couldn't kill him without claiming his bloodline skill.
"What shall we do about the directive from above?" Laluri inquired once more. "The four-week ultimatum given to us has already expired. Don't you think the counselor will be furious with us for not completing the task?"
Laluri understood her mistress's predicament, but she couldn't remain silent after wasting so much time. Over the past month, Munniq had done nothing but focus on the creation of these golems.
In the process, she disregarded the orders from Origin to eliminate this world. That was why, despite the message from the Satedel, nothing extraordinary had occurred thus far.
Instead of attending to her instructions, Munniq had forgotten about everything else and concentrated all her attention on these golems. And now, even before they could be utilized, many had dissolved into a wasteful heap of goo.
"Barahan has yet to kill Yunus," Munniq replied. "We don't have any trouble as far as this continent is concerned. Everything could be destroyed in a matter of seconds. However, without claiming this time loop skill, everything would be a waste."
She let out a deep sigh. It never crossed her mind that this minor operation would take so long. Even the creation of golems was initially estimated to take just a week. Yet here she was, a month later, and everything was falling apart.
Creating another set of golems wouldn't solve the problem, and killing the Commander would be pointless. It appeared that she needed the assistance of that other boy who had offered to work with her after all.
As for the Satedel, Barahan would be held accountable for not killing Yunus quickly.
"Find Binan and tell him I agree to his terms," she instructed Laluri.
Binan was the young man she had encountered after acquiring Abdin's limbs a month ago. He had offered to collaborate with her to eliminate Abdin.
She didn't agree at the time, but now she was willing to do so, especially since he seemed to possess knowledge about the time loop that she lacked.
She would kill him later once she obtained what she desired.

Back in the forest within the other realm, Abdin had successfully slain about fifty golems. He hadn't fully grasped the situation yet, but since the act helped him reclaim his lost bloodline skill, he was determined to continue.
Investigations could wait; for now, killing them was the only option available to him.
No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't extract any information from them. It eventually occurred to him that they couldn't remember anything about their past lives, much like Queen Aureya and her subjects. All they recalled were finding themselves in this realm.
The only thing he managed to gather from them was that they had a single leader whom Abdin had yet to encounter, and they all resembled him.
Their spiritual sense and souls were that of golems, leading him to suspect that it was the work of Munniq. However, he couldn't comprehend how they were able to appear in this realm. Could Munniq have the ability to come here at will? The residents of this realm were unaware of the world he originated from, just as the outside world was unaware of them.
It would be quite problematic if Munniq knew this place. But it didn't feel like that.
He was silent for a moment, contemplating. The way Nuhu's bloodline gave him the advantage to visit this realm could also be the way Munniq could...
So he discarded any caution and proceeded to eliminate the golems. Although they were on the same level as him, he had the advantage of Nuhu's bloodline and the might of the castle behind him.
In record time, Abdin killed every golem present in the forest.
