Renga and Sulat had also arrived at the same conclusion. For the past three to four weeks, they had been guessing about Abdin's intention. Will of San had the strength to protect the castle, so their invitation was understandable. But the two towns only had ki condensation stage cultivators - Abdin didn't need them for protection. So there must be another reason. It was only now that they found out about it.
Did that mean Abdin cared about them? Most people only cared about their cultivation progress, it was unlikely that there was no other reason for them coming to the castle.
But if the castle expanded in their direction, their destruction would be imminent. Even if there was an ulterior motive, Abdin still saved them. Although, something still didn't seem right.
At that moment, Renga felt something heavy in his throat. The way he looked at Abdin changed. To him, it didn't matter why Abdin saved them. The only thing that mattered was that he saved them. He had been holding a grudge against Abdin for kidnapping him, but that grudge instantly evaporated.
He stood and bowed deeply. He didn't speak a word but his expression said it all.
Sulat was caught in a dilemma. He had been too quick in alerting Biyakis. If his town was obliterated, even if Biyakis conquered the castle he wouldn't get anything significant. The capital wouldn't just give him a brand-new town. If all his people died and he didn't have any land, then he would have exhausted all his use to Biyakis. Right now, Abdin was his last ray of hope.
He fell on his knees and bowed deeply.
At that moment, the meeting was interrupted by an emergency call from the gate.
They adjourned and walked toward the gates. The castle was currently filled with people, with some apartments holding up to three families, so although it was night time their small party was easily noticed. Some young men tried to follow them but were stopped by the guards.
When they reached the entrance, the gate was open. A brand new castle was visible through it. The surrounding men were looking with gaping mouths.
It was time. Abdin turned to Renga and quickly ordered. "Assign a hundred men to guard this place. Everyone else, follow me."
Without waiting for his reply, Abdin rode through the gate and into the new castle.
Origin wanted to swallow the entire world and the inhabitants weren't doing enough to stop that from happening, Abdin would occupy the entire world with his castles. He would replace every empire, from the level 6 empire to Jud-Hawzan to the religious clans, with his castles. He would then see who would dare to swallow the world.
This was only the first expansion. He didn't want to go back to the beginning and lose another sixty years.
He rolled the green Ayrid in his hand but eventually put it back in his bag of holding. Juwaira was still missing. Without knowing what happened, it was unwise to create a new save point.
He rode toward the gate of the new castle. Over two thousand soldiers rode behind him, with Tairen, Renga, and five others leading the fleet.

They arrived at the gates in about two hours. Abdin stationed one thousand soldiers under the lead of Tairen and Renga at the gates. Another five hundred were stationed on the walls. Whereas the last five hundred followed Abdin into the castle to hunt.
Sulat had chosen to stay at the old castle to 'protect the weak'. Nobody expected the old man to do anything stupid so they didn't bat an eye when he asked to stay behind.
Abdin was focused on the invading army. Anybody that came into the castle, he would know through his soul disc. It was easy tracking them.
The first group consisted of about forty people, a couple of hundreds of beasts, and a handful of undead skeletons.
Abdin was able to see them climbing out of the ground. His earlier assumption about their hiding position was right. But why couldn't he find anything when he dug in a previous loop? A question for another time, right now he had an army to conquer.
He didn't bother communicating with the group and just attacked them.
The group of forty or so warriors was startled at the sudden turn of events, but they quickly drew their weapons and changed to a battle stance. They'd originally come for war so they were ready and equipped with different weapons. Each was riding different beasts and wearing glowing robes, making them look vicious and otherworldly.
Both sides roared and attacked.
Abdin fired some hundred bolts of lightning in quick succession. Even before the bolts hit the target, he fired another set of lightning bolts. It was a simple, crude bolt but when it carried five hundred years of pol, it looked like a completely different skill. And when you had two hundred of such bolts, the scene became dazzling.
When Abdin arrived at the position of his opponents, there was nothing but coal and cinder. The soldiers following Abdin came to a sudden stop. Wali, the son of Renga, felt his hand shaking as his grip loosened from fear. He'd read about this kind of raw power in books, the peak of the core formation stage called Negrinki.
Fear filled his heart. The fear slowly turned into awe. No matter how much you paid him, he wouldn't turn against this man.
He looked at Abdin's back and swallowed hard. He should have followed his father's advice and asked Abdin to accept him as a disciple. That only seemed like a distant dream now.
Abdin didn't even spare the men behind him a glance and rode toward the next group.
In just five hours, he'd cleared the castle. No longer any foreign invaders remain in the castle, be it from Nanata or belonging to Silver Mask.
He rode back to the castle gate without any sign of fatigue. When he arrived, Tairen and the soldiers he'd left behind were locked in an intense battle against another group that was attempting to break into the castle.
The group outside the gate numbered a thousand. Countless mutated hyenas stood at the front of the army. In front of the army, three women floated in the air. Abdin immediately recognized them, they were the women he killed in a previous loop when the castle expanded.
Just as he'd expected, the invaders had gotten into the castle through the underground and the gates. A few of them had also flown over the walls. With the eradication of the army inside the castle, this army he was facing should be the last group of invaders.
Abdin smiled wickedly. As long as Silver Mask didn't appear, none of them would escape alive. His greatest strength came from his nigh-infinite casting ability. As long as he didn't meet an opponent that was way more powerful than him, he could always turn the tide of the battle given enough time.
He walked forward and observed the battlefield. The invaders had used three ladders to climb the city walls. Many of them were currently fighting with Tairen and his men. Different body parts littered the ground. And blood flowed like rain.
The battle must have begun not long after he left. Though he was quite surprised at the outcome. Most of the soldiers he left behind came from Will of San, he didn't expect them to stand their ground and fight with their lives on the line. Something must have happened to stimulate them like this.
He swept his gaze across the wall. Besides Tairen, one old man was standing tall. He was at the peak of the foundation establishment stage. Right now, he was holding a man by the legs and swinging him like a sword. Without using any special weapon, the old man had killed more than a hundred people.
