"Do you want to talk about what happened earlier?"
Sitting at a table near the expansive glass barrier of the mall, they enjoyed their ice creams. From there, they had a panoramic view of the hustle and bustle below, with people passing by and the inviting brightness of the stores. As he posed the question, Light fixed his gaze on hers.
"Can I avoid it?" She asked, clearly upset, not hiding her apprehension about addressing that topic.
"If it makes you uncomfortable, we can change the subject," Light said, with a calm smile. "How about we talk about something lighter? Like your plans for next weekend?"
Utaha pondered for a moment.
"Actually, I have nothing scheduled for this weekend," she replied, giving him a suggestive look. "Are you thinking of inviting me out?"
"Absolutely, why not?" Light replied, smiling. "Would you join me next Saturday?"
"Hahaha, I admire your audacity." She laughed, and bringing a hand to her face, licked her lips to remove the ice cream.
Seeing her act so enticingly, Light's gaze grew more intense.
"It looks like you're trying to provoke something by looking at me that way," Light remarked. "Are you doing this on purpose?"
"I don't know what you're talking about~" Utaha answered, avoiding Light's gaze.
With a gentle movement, Utaha brought the ice cream to her lips and began to savor it slowly.
Realizing she was evading the subject, Light decided not to push further.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Utaha inquired. "Is it that interesting to watch me?"
"You're enchanting," Light replied, smiling. "Isn't it natural to admire something we find beautiful?"
"Oh, you know how to be annoying, huh?" She made a face and stuck out her tongue. "Now, look somewhere else."
Light let out a soft laugh.
"Alright," he replied, directing his gaze to the lower floor of the mall. "Look, Utaha, do you see that man over there? He seems to be about to propose to the young lady with him."
"Really? Where, where?" Utaha asked, excited.
Quickly, she stood up and, leaning on the glass railing, tried to spot the scene Light had mentioned.
Light rose, positioning himself beside Utaha.

"It's the man wearing that blue suit, holding a large teddy bear," Light explained, gently taking her hand, and together, they pointed towards the man. "Look, he's handing the bear to the saleswoman in that boutique."
"How are you so sure he's planning to propose?" Utaha turned her attention back to Light, curious.
"Notice his sweaty forehead and..." Light continued cautiously, "He seems to exhibit clear signs of nervousness and agitation."
"Oh, you have such a keen eye, I wouldn't have noticed those details from so far away..." she remarked.
With a smile, Light nodded in acknowledgment.
Until that moment, Utaha hadn't realized that Light was still holding her hand. Even after they had stopped pointing at the couple, he continued to hold it, leaning together on the railing.
The man in the blue suit finished handing the large teddy to the saleswoman and, in a gesture that caught everyone's attention, knelt before the young woman, clearly making a proposal.
The young saleswoman, with eyes shining with surprise and emotion, nodded in acceptance.
The people around, realizing what was happening, began to clap warmly.
Utaha turned to Light, her eyes expressing surprise: "It really happened!"
Her gaze conveyed genuine astonishment. When Light had anticipated what the man would do, she had been skeptical. However, upon witnessing the event, surprise was written all over her face.
"Didn't I tell you?" He remarked.
"You did, indeed. I guess I owe you an apology for doubting." She confessed, smiling: "It was an amazing experience. I never imagined I'd witness something like that today."
"A kiss and I forgive you," Light proposed, with a teasing look.
"Dreamer~" she retorted, showing her purple-tinted tongue.
"Utaha, your tongue turned purple from the ice cream," Light observed, laughing.
"Show me yours," She instigated. "I want to see if it changed color too."
"How about we kiss? That way, you can taste the chocolate instead of just looking," Light suggested with a mischievous smile.
"Tsk! No need to show anymore..." Utaha retorted, giggling. "You're quite bold today, aren't you, Mr. Know-it-all?"
"What can I say?" Light replied, with a half-shy smile. "Your presence is so captivating that it's hard to resist the urge to kiss you."
With blushing cheeks, she looked away, her lips quivering slightly: "Stop saying such things..."
Utaha looked around, lightly biting her lower lip. Soon after, she sighed.
Light laughed, noticing her shyness.
In response, Utaha stepped on his foot.
"Ow, that hurt..." Light complained, with an exaggerated expression.
"Dramatic!" She retorted, laughing: "I didn't press that hard."
Checking the watch on his wrist, Light remarked: "It's getting late, I think we should leave, don't you?"
She also checked the time. Realizing it was approaching nine o'clock, she agreed: "Yeah, you're right. Let's go."
As they left the place and arrived at the train station, she bid farewell: "Until next time, Mr. Know-it-all~". She added, "About your proposal earlier... I'll think it over. I'll let you know if I decide to accept."
"I'll be waiting," Light replied, waving goodbye.
Utaha's eyes sparkled with mischief, and a sly smile formed on her face. When the announcement indicated the train doors were about to close, she swiftly approached Light, moving lightly and agilely.
Rising on tiptoe, she gave him a kiss on the cheek, almost brushing his lips with hers.
Whispering in his ear, she said provocatively: "That's what you put me through today~".
With the same lightness, she hurried back to the train, her eyes flashing with audacity.
"You didn't see that coming, did you?!" She called out, her voice full of satisfaction.
However, as soon as the train moved, she ducked down, her face beet-red with embarrassment, clearly worn out from her earlier exertion.
Outside, Light sported an amused smile as he left the train station.
Reaching a more secluded area, and ensuring with his Haki that no one was nearby, he formed a pair of wings made of intense purple lightning and took flight.
