Instructing while practicing turned out to be a positive experience.
'This outcome was surprising...'
Light believed that, even if he had practiced alone, he would have achieved a similar result.
"I'll take my leave now," Light announced, adding, "Raynare, remember to show Asia her new accommodation."
"Understood, Lord Light!" Raynare confirmed in a solemn tone.

Soaring with his dark purple lightning wings, Light surveyed the city streets. Suddenly, he halted his flight. Swiftly, he descended and, in a blink of an eye, found himself in a deserted alley.
Emerging, he walked calmly, bearing a placid expression.
Adjusting his tie, Light strolled until he spotted, in the distance, three individuals: two women and a man.
As he got close enough, Light greeted them, positioning himself before them, "It's been a while, Himari, Rinko, and... Yuto."
"Light..." Yuto displayed displeasure on his face.
"Yes, it's been a long time," Himari and Rinko replied in unison.
Yuto's demeanor darkened upon seeing the girls' friendly greeting towards Light. However, he might have misunderstood, as they merely greeted him politely.
"There's something in your hair, Himari," Light observed. As he saw her trying to remove it, he added, "Allow me..."
"Light?!!"
Yuto, who seemed lost in thought until then, seeing Light get even closer to Himari and reaching out to her face, couldn't contain his indignation and exclaimed with noticeable anger in his voice.
"Here..." Light displayed a green leaf he had taken from Himari's hair, seemingly ignoring Yuto's outburst.
Yuto, whose view was blocked by Light, misinterpreted the situation. He grabbed Light by the shoulder, shouting, "You bastard...!"
"Stay away from Himari, you insolent!" He yelled, throwing a punch as he turned Light to face him.
Yuto's fist was about to strike Light's face, but Himari's delicate hand unexpectedly shielded him.
"Young master, there's been a misunderstanding..."
Himari tried to clarify.
"Damn it, Himari!" Yuto interrupted, clearly irritated, "Why are you defending this guy? Don't you see he's trying to take advantage of you?"
"Yuto!" Rinko intervened, "I saw everything. Light just took a leaf out of Himari's hair... You're getting it all wrong!"
"Rinko!" Yuto stared at her, "You've always been naive. I'm sure there was no leaf; he probably had it with him and used it as an excuse to get close to Himari!"
"You're being irrational, young master!" Himari was taken aback by his response.
"Irrational? I'm being irrational?"
Something about those words seemed to ignite Yuto's anger even more.

Himari sighed and, turning to Light, apologized, "I'm sorry about this, Light-san..."
"It's okay, I understand," Light replied understandingly, with a gentle smile, "He must be upset about something; I won't take it to heart."
"I'm glad; you're kind, Light-san," Himari said.
"Kind, him?" Yuto was livid, "Damn it, Himari, can't you see you're being deceived?!"
At Yuto's reaction, Himari was at a loss for words, her expression tense.
Himari wore a distressed look, rendered speechless as she shifted her gaze between Yuto and Light.
Yuto's gaze towards Light already had a touch of displeasure, and now it intensified. He even thought that Himari and... Rinko's attitude that day was repulsive.
The feeling of being betrayed for not trusting what he said grew, and Yuto clenched his teeth tightly.
"Young master..."
Himari noticed Yuto's gaze and felt a bit disappointed with his reaction.
"I'm not wrong!" He exclaimed, "Both of you are idiots, I don't want to hear it anymore!"
Yuto disregarded her and, with a cold demeanor, left without uttering a word or looking back.
He felt that if he stayed any longer, he might lose his composure and try to hit Light again.
Ever since he could remember, he had never felt such aversion towards someone as he felt towards Light.
Light was, undoubtedly, the villain here!
His mere presence was a monstrosity to him.
However, today, the blame was mostly on Yuto, who misinterpreted Light...
And this aversion wasn't recent; since his 16th birthday, Yuto felt this growing animosity towards Light. It seemed that the more he saw Light, the more unbearable he became.
'I am right, it's his fault for getting so close to Himari using those cheap tricks!' Yuto thought, trying to justify his actions.
"We apologize for this...!"
Visibly embarrassed, Himari and Rinko apologized and quickly left.

A system alert echoed in Light's mind, and a holographic page appeared before his eyes as soon as they moved away. A playful smile emerged on his face, for everything had unfolded as he had planned. No, it was even better!
Himari, although being an impulsive Ayakashi, was astute. She realized who was really at fault...
With just a few maneuvers and confusions he intentionally created, Light managed to make Yuto lose his composure.
Now, Himari wondered: Had Yuto really changed so much since they met in childhood? To her, Yuto had always been an upright, kind, and determined human.
It's worth noting that a large part of Yuto's recent fortune increase came thanks to Himari, who is a Bakeneko. In recent days, even without the 'Light Ferry', Yuto must have had many opportunities, raising his Fortune Value to 200. However, after this incident, this value dropped to 80.
'It was too easy to mess with him...' Light laughed in his mind and thought, 'Is it because of my Predetermined Villain Halo?'
Yuto's reactions exceeded his expectations. Light only intended to create a small rift in the relationship between Yuto and Himari. However, the outcome was even more surprising.
Yuto had even received a bonus from Rinko, who, although also one of Yuto's heroines, played a smaller role, and therefore, she had little Fortune Value.
Upon returning home, Light was noticeably in a good mood.
'Confronting those Chosen by Fortune is truly rewarding...' Light reflected, with a satisfied smile.
"I'm home." He announced as he walked in.
"Hey, big brother!" Sayu greeted him, running to the door. "You took a while! Were you with some girl?"
"Haha, something like that," Light replied, not denying it.
After changing his shoes, he entered the house.
"Really? What's she like?" Sayu, curious, asked. "Introduce me to her someday!"
"I will," Light nodded. "I'm exhausted, I'm heading to my room."
"Remember to introduce me to your girlfriend, okay?" Sayu called out as he walked away.
Light simply waved in response.
Once in his room, he turned on the computer. After a few clicks, he uploaded a previously edited video to his channel: Scream.

"Getsuga... Tenshou!"
The voice of a young teenager echoed through the school corridors.
"It turned out perfect, Motohama!"
"Really, Matsuda?"
"Yes, it did!"
"What are you guys talking about?"
A third boy joined the conversation.
"Issei!" Motohama exclaimed. "Didn't you watch the latest video from Scream?"
"Oh, no, I didn't," Issei admitted.
"What's up, Issei?" Matsuda asked. "You seem a bit down."
"It's just..." Issei hesitated before continuing, "It's about my girlfriend, Yuuma-chan..."
"What? What are you talking about, Issei?" Motohama laughed. "Since when do you have a girlfriend?"
"Hahaha!" Matsuda also laughed, teasing, "Let me guess, you're playing one of those dating simulation games and think she's real, aren't you, Issei?"
Issei, ignoring his friends' mockery, asked, "You really don't remember Yuuma-chan?"
From a distance, Light cast a glance towards Issei.
'He still breathes, however...' Light sighed, 'Regrettably, he's no longer Chosen by Fortune.'
Not that Light held high hopes that Issei would continue to be Chosen by Fortune after having his Fortune reduced to zero and being killed by him. However, to say he had no expectations would be a lie.
"Light Yagami."
Hearing someone pronounce his full name, Light turned around.
"Sona Sitri-kaichou," Light inquired, "Is there something you'd like to discuss with me?"
"Yes, if it's not too much trouble," she replied, adjusting her glasses. "Could you meet me at the student council after classes?"
"Of course," Light agreed.
