As the meeting came to an end, two gods found themselves reluctantly present. They had both grown indifferent to the ongoing conflicts among the gods—one had been sleeping for a long time in heaven, while the other was addicted to playing human video games in the depths of hell.
Since formal introductions were customary among the gods, they reluctantly complied.
“My name is Vita,” said the God of Life.
“And I am Mors,” replied the God of Death.
“As expected, you two don’t know formal manners,” remarked one of the hell gods.
“Don’t mind him,” said a heaven god dismissively.
“So, why were we summoned here?” Mors asked in a lazy tone.
“To save humankind on Earth,” one god explained.
“What’s happening on Earth?” Vita inquired urgently.
“There is an infected outbreak,” another god responded.
As the gods elaborated on the situation and answered the questions posed by Vita and Mors, the two of them slowly realized the gravity of what was happening. Soon, they were being transported to Earth.

**During the Transport**
Vita and Mors in Human Form
“They seemed to be in a rush,” Mors said to Vita.
“Yeah, from what I can see, they had no choice but to send us,” Vita replied.
“This is really annoying,” Mors said, clearly irritated.
“We owe them a favor; there’s nothing we can do,” Vita responded.
“But forcing us into this annoying task is frustrating,” Mors complained.
“This might be fun,” Vita suggested.
“Yeah, it was starting to get boring in hell,” Mors said, sounding happier.
“We set the terms for them not to watch us,” Vita reminded him.
“And now a hundred years together is going to be interesting,” Mors added with a smirk.
“Our powers will be locked for a bit, though,” Vita warned.
“It has to be, and we need to be in human form to communicate with those Earthlings,” Mors explained.
“Let’s focus on where we’re going to spawn,” Mors said.
“Knowing them, they’ll probably put us in the middle of danger,” Vita noted.
As the transportation came to an end, the two prepared and looked at each other more closely.
“Why are you so chubby?” Vita asked Mors.
“I’ve been lazy,” Mors admitted.
They started joking around to loosen up a little.
“SYSTEM ONLINE,” announced the system window.
“Looks like they’re using the system to show us what’s coming,” Mors said.
“I don't even know what to do down there,” Vita replied.
In Mors's mind, he asked the system about their powers.
**System:**
- **Control (A)**: The ability to control any living organism's mind, both physically and mentally.
- **Empathy (P)**: The ability to understand others' feelings and emotions.
- **Body Perfect (P)**: A body that requires only sleep to function; all other basic needs are unnecessary.
“These are good,” Vita said.
“Useful, indeed,” Mors agreed.
The transport ended.
