The beheflea queen resides within a behemoth's fur unless the host of her colony should die, then she will seek vengeance.

The queen can coordinate the rest of the flies, even going so far as resurrecting the fallen behefleas into a new army. Her magical prowess is not something to be trifled with. While her vitality is low similar to the normal behefleas, she can heal herself rapidly which can make the beheflea queen tough to kill if unable to deal significant damage in a short period of time.
