As if ravenous creatures mimicking treasure wasn't bad enough, the mindmic takes things to the next level. This tenacious creature reads the minds of its foes to take on the form of what its victim wants most. In this way, the mindmic sets the bait to an irresistible trap and will snap with its massive jaws, line with razor-sharp teeth.

However, the mindmic also offers a dynamic treasure if successfully killed. Sometimes, an orb infused with the mindmic's power is left behind, allowing the user to expend mana for its shapeshifting abilities. The corpse of the mindmic is left behind in the form of the object that it had last taken, and this was obviously something incredibly valuable to the adventurer....
