The < Dragons > faction rarely had all their leaders at their base simultaneously.
But today, it was one of those days. Although it wasn't the usual catch-up reunion, it was Ben Higgs's much-anticipated presentation.
"And this all would result in a new sunset!"
When Ben finished his presentation, everyone looked at him as if he was insane.
"Can you even do that, Dinna?" Ginn asked.
"Oh, yeah. It's expensive, though. It'll cost more than half of our liquid assets. And that's possible because we've been preparing to buy a new area and invest in it, so we have a lot saved up."
"Not that expensive, is it?" Matt Mack commented.
"She likely means only the teleportation device, right Dinna?" Emma Goldspear explained.
"Yes."
Matt became speechless.
"It's worth it, though," Ben commented happily.
He worked tirelessly, so Ben eventually formed a decent plan for the < Dragons > to take the Sunset Ruins over.
"Would there be more rooms like the one you detailed?" Mirana Liam asked, interested in the alchemy materials.
"I wouldn't know," Ben replied.
"Do you think there would be more?"
"Very likely, given the size of it. But hold no expectations on that, though."
"We should still consider potential wins and loses. Unexpected things happen all the time," Louis Krat added.
"You must consider it, but I'm not presenting a bet. My base proposal is this, and I can't guarantee anything else."
"I would've asked for a small team to be sent first, but you have already done that," Anne Highpeak said.
"I would've asked for a weapon analysis, and you also have already done that," Silver Redriver said.
"You did everything you could, didn't you? Everything else you'll reply with: I wouldn't know." Yukk Green asked.
"Yep." Ben smiled.
"No wonder you were grinning so much lately," Ginn commented, looking at his wife.
"I was lucky to be involved with the preparations, so how can I not be excited?"
Meanwhile, Eden sat open-mouthed while he held his sword close to his chest. Knowing the origin of the gift shocked him.
"How do you do it? Is it via unanimity, or do you vote?" Ben asked.
"Let's skip that. It's perfect. Should we start preparing today?" Emma asked Ginn.
"Yep. You know it."
"It was easier than I expected," Ben commented.
"Was it?" Eden asked.
"It was."
"It didn't look like it."
Ben only smiled and didn't want to comment further.
"Again, we aren't leaving, are we?" Louis asked, feeling the headache incoming. He knew they would all have to stay on the base for a while. And so many canceled plans were bound to cause issues.
"A few will leave, but to Sunset. Right?" Ben rhetorically asked.
"If I get a green card, I can get everything ready in three weeks. But everything else will be put on hold, and I won't mind the expenditure."
Dinna looked forward to setting-up something so fancy, even to their level.
"Dad, am I really going?"
"Yes. It was one of the requirements. Anyway, Ben, I'll begin looking at your breakthrough once we stabilize in the new base."

"I have a few centuries, so no hurry."
"We can keep this?" Mirana asked, holding into a Dual Spirit Synthetic Core.
"Yes," Ben answered.
"Hey, give me your too," Mirana whispered to Max Bluebear, who sat at her side.
Being remembered, Ginn stared at the Core in his hand.
As he focused, everyone else in the room went silent due to the increasing pressure in this room.
Once he released his power, Ginn enveloped the Core and absorbed it.
He acted curious and careful.
"How unlikely," he said after spending a minute in silence.
"Isn't it weird?" Ben asked.
"Yes. There is a couple of this size around, but none with clashing energies."
"That's why I think they failed. It's too wild."
"I'm going to struggle with this. I may sound egotistical, but I didn't think I would struggle in this aspect."
"You might be all-powerful, but you aren't omniscient or omnipotent."
"Fair. It's also a good change in direction since I've been quite bored lately. Diplomacy has been too numbing."
"You can always go anomaly hunting. It's not that difficult to find those."
"If only I could, but I have other priorities. At least, this time, it aligns."
Ginn looked at his friends with eager eyes.
"We have a new home. It's moving time!"
---
The world soon noticed that the < Dragons > had changed gears.
Yet no one knew exactly why, but most could guess it was because they found a place to move, as they've been searching for it for a while.
Most of their neighboring sects began acting with even more prudence.
The issue they had was that no one knew what exactly happened since no information leaked.
As the weeks passed, more and more eyes focused on this growing faction. And their preparation became evident by then.
"Aren't you excited? That's quite the convoy." Ben asked.
"I can't believe what I'm holding." Alex Lux replied. He was in ecstasy due to being selected as the spatial array deployer.
"Do you mean what we're holding?" Ben joked since they were both holding into the compacted array.
"Yes, sir! Thank you!"
"I wasn't the one that chose you. Dinna did."
"Ben, I'm ready! Looked what mom did!" Eden arrived, running from inside the main building.
"You look quite funny."
"It's incredible!"
Eden's clothes were a mess due to a mix of styles. But anyone with insight could see that the protective measures were unbelievable.
In addition to the clothes, Eden had knives, rings, necklaces, and two swords at his side while he held on to what seemed to be a vase at first glance. However, it wasn't a simple object. It was instead a complex asleep array.
"Indeed incredible," Alex whispered.
"You seem quite energetic, but make sure to stay close to me. That should make things easier for your father if something happens."
"Sure!"
Following behind Eden came two Fighters.
Deniz Lorenz and Pax Highland carried a similar cylindrical container to the one Ben and Alex held.
"I hope you don't mind me joining in today, Ben. I will be in your care." Deniz commented.
"No worries. We're all just carriers, anyway. And the heavy lifting will be done by Ginn."
Standing slightly ahead, with his full sword-cultivator attire, Ginn solemnly waited.
His expression was sober and attentive as he scrutinized every cultivator around.
As expected, many organizations had sent people to observe from afar what was happening with the new apex cultivators.
It was unlikely for a fight to occur now, but Ginn wasn't taking the danger lightly. He also pressured everyone to stay even further than they were before, sending a sign.
Most of those were seasoned intel gatherers, so they all acted with prudence.
Noticing the completed convoy was waiting for him, Ginn turned around.
He first inspected if everyone was ready before turning to the gates of his faction's main building.
"No apex cultivator. Turtle up."
Once they received their sign, the gates closed, and a weary silence took over the building as the prepared protective measures took place.
Yet the group didn't leave immediately. They waited for the complex process to finalize and stabilize.
"Time to move."
Expecting this sequence of events, the group walked ahead and entered a special carriage that waited for them.
The style of the carriage was robust and simplistic, an ordinary design, but it had no creatures to push it.
Instead, it moved once Ginn sat on top of it and inserted his energy into the artifact.
Yet there was no crowd to say goodbye to, as that wasn't allowed. Instead, the only ones to notice the departure were the ones peeking at their actions.
The few intel gatherers that could, and had the mission to, followed Ginn. Or at least tried to.
Unfortunately, despite Ginn's menacing attitude, there was no easy way to peacefully avoid those eyes.
The movement of an apex figure caused too much fanfare. And even more when something unexpected was happening.
The < Dragons > convoy sprinted through the continent without stopping anywhere. They always traveled through the most isolated areas so as not to hinder any developed region.
But despite Ginn dashing in the open, the trackers still had a hard time not being left behind. And most of them couldn't keep up.
---
Seeing the sights passing through the window, Eden almost couldn't stay in his seat.
"Uncle Pax, is your family really from that city?"
"Yes. My lineage is from there. Although, I had my family reallocated decades ago."
"Do you remember this place?" Eden asked Ben.
"I came here not long ago."
"Oh yeah!"
"We're getting close, so don't be too impatient."
"We're slowing down," Deniz commented.
Arriving at their destination, Ben saw a sight he was familiar with, the Sunset Empire Ruins.
However, even then, they didn't stop. The carriage kept traveling into the city through the chaotic energy and only stopped in the Ruins' inner grounds.
Once leaving the carriage, Eden looked around curiously but made sure to stick close to Ben.
"Home sweet home?" Ben joked.
"It's as problematic as I remember," Ginn replied.
Everyone else stayed silent while waiting for Ben to move.
After he looked around for a few dozen seconds, Ben finally began moving again.
However, he didn't get far before stopping again.
He looked at where Ginn was before asking.
"An anchor?"
Yet, there was no one at the place, and Ben didn't even notice his friend taking action.
"Well, < shit is hitting the fan. >"
The rest of the group had already stopped as they followed closely. But they didn't react until they heard the weird yet now familiar expression.
As soon as those English words left Ben's mouth, everyone immediately tensed up.
