Alliyah
She had been wondering what it would be like to taste Rayne's lips for months, moreover, she was not disappointed. They absolutely did taste like cherry.
The kiss was cut short since neither of them could help but smile. However, they repeated it once, twice, three times, each attachment of their lips lasting longer, until they were both breathing hard.
Alliyah had sneaked her hand to Rayne’s inner thigh, making her squirm under the magnetic touch. The smile on Alliyah’s face had turned back into a smirk.
She enjoyed teasing her, previously exclusively with words but now, with her touch. Thoughts of it never happening again were out of her mind. She knew how Rayne felt about her. She had perceived it before, but the reaction to her picture, then her telling her about her gender identity, the way she responded to her touch... It was confirmed. Rayne felt the same. It was exhilarating! The possibilities! Alliyah was excited about it all.
“Oh, I almost forgot I have another plan for you.” She said, pulling her hand away completely.
“You teas-” Rayne mumbled under her unsteady breath.
“Excuse me, what?” Alliyah pretended not to know what Rayne was going to express.
“Nothing, what is your plan?” She replied, fixing her own hair.
“There’s a special Halloween event at the aquarium, I think you’ll like it.”
“Oh, superb.” She said and meant it.
Alliyah stood and held her hands down to help Rayne up.

“Thank you… Darling.”
Rayne spoke with uncertainty in her voice, which Alliyah would clearly not let slide by.
“’Darling’, uh? What are we, girlfriends, or something?” She playfully pretended to dislike the idea.
“Yes.” Rayne didn’t skip a beat.
“Oh, I don’t remember agreeing to this.”
“Well, I do not care. You’re stuck with me now. And I know where you live so I can kill you in your sleep.”
Alliyah couldn’t help anymore, and a big grin molded on her features. She held Rayne by her waist, pulled her close, and kissed her forehead.
“Okay then… Girlfriend.”
She noticed Rayne biting her bottom lip to contain her excitement before they shared another kiss and made their way to the aquarium.

The event was the enactment of a ghost shipwreck, and its ghost crew wandered around interacting with the few people that were visiting.
They held hands while watching all the cute animals and, in deserted parts of the place, kissed as blue lights lit up their features.
In front of a tiger shark, Rayne wrapped her arms around Alliyah’s neck and looked into her glimmering eyes:
“I cannot believe that the most marvelous person I have ever met is now my girlfriend.”
Alliyah pressed her lightly against the glass, inhaled her lovely scent, and kissed her softly before speaking:
“And I’m living the dream of many artists: dating my literal muse.”
This made Rayne laugh louder than usual.
“Hey, I’m serious!” Alliyah grabbed her hand, intertwining their fingers and they resumed walking. “In many years, after I’ve died, they’ll go through my art and be like ‘Wow… They must have been such great gal pals’.”
They both erupted in laughter, attracting the attention of curious people around them, without even realizing it. None of them could help but allow smiles to embellish their faces throughout the rest of the night.
On their way back to their respective houses, not even the subway rats could ruin their joy.

Alliyah was overflowed with inspiration to start yet another masterpiece. It would be them, together, at the aquarium. She didn’t know it then, but it was going to be in a surrealistic setting and colored essentially in blue and gold.
And a museum in San Francisco was going to buy it for a grand amount of money…
