It was just turning noon and the Ross Street Gang were active and ready, making all the necessary preparations for the heist. “Ok, people. Let’s do this, good luck.” Big G said. The crew all entered their vehicles, John and Jamal were to act as the gas control when the gas leak was activated, and then help steal the contents in the vault; Lelana and Aoi were the ones to put the gas in the air vents (Lelana also was the one to hack into the security systems) while Otto, Dice, Big G, and two other hired hands were the ones to drill the hole into the bank and steal the money. the plan was simple, take out the security, vent the gas, get the money, and get out.
The crew arrived at the bank; Lelana and Aoi parked just outside of the bank, John and Jamal parked near a building about a block away from the bank, and the drill crew arrived at the building behind the bank.
Aoi was the first to make a move, walking casually to the far left side of the bank where a ladder leading up to the roof was. Lelana hacked the security and shut the cameras and any alarms down, allowing Aoi to head up, “Cameras are down, drill crew, go to work.” she said.
“Copy, heading to the drill site now.” Big G said as he and the others with him entered the building and deployed the drill. They then started the drill and it quickly penetrated the old brick wall, “We’ve almost broke through, Aoi, vent the gas.”
“Yes sir.” Aoi said. She opened three containers of the gas and put them in the air vents, causing the gas to snake its way inside the building. “Gas is in.”
The people in the bank started to panic with as they started giving in to the gases’ effects, going unconscious. John and Jamal drove the van to the bank and rushed in, rifles in hand; they then made their way to the vault, where the drill crew had breached the wall. “Alright, let’s get rich tonight!” exclaimed Jamal, entering the vault, seeing shelves filled from top to bottom with credits (A newly developed currency that’s widely used Oriana, made from gold, silver, and copper), the silver dollar-shaped bars with golden, oval-shaped seals of the royal family, (which was an eagle holding a rifle and a scepter in its talons) and its copper corners shined in overhead lights of the room and vault. “This is what I’m talking about.” Big G said, impressed by the contents of the vault.
The crew carried in duffle bags and loaded them with the credits. Dice lightly nudged John’s shoulder and said with a chuckle, “I’ll bet the cops won’t see this coming, eh John?”
“You got right.” said one of the hired hands.
As they looted the vault, one of the bank clerks pulled a shotgun from under the desk and attempted to fire on the crew, but John reacted to this and quickly disarmed the clerk and knocking him unconscious. “We better hurry. We…” A gunshot interrupted John, causing him to duck behind cover.
“What the hell was that?” Big G asked.
Just then, that single gunshot was followed by a barrage of gunfire coming from the building across the street from the bank. Dice and Jamal broke off from the crew in the vault and assisted John at the front of the bank and saw that the assailants were the gang members that Dice and Aoi had attacked.
“These guys again?” Dice said.
“You know these guys?” John asked.
A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.
“No. but I may have killed a few of them.”
“You what!?” Jamal exclaimed. “Do you have any idea what you’ve done?”
“What? I thought they wouldn’t think too much of it.”
“Guys, can we argue about this later, please.” John said.
Outside of the bank, Aoi descended from the roof of the bank and entered Lelana’s car, that was driving past to escape the gunfire, “Lelana, we need to get behind the bank to pick up the others.” she said.
“Already on it.” Lelana replied, driving to the back of the bank, but before she got to the back, she noticed police vehicles approaching the bank. “Guys, we need to get out of here, now.” Lelana said on the crew’s communication system.
“You heard the lady, quickly, get those credits in the truck.” Big G ordered. “Dice, Jamal, John, come on.”
John, Dice, and Jamal made their way to the back of the bank where the vehicles were; Dice got into Lelana’s car while John and Jamal got in the back of Big G’s vehicle (which was a large truck). Before the vehicles took off, Aoi poked her head from Lelana’s car’s window and said, “Hey, John. Try not to die.”
“You too.” John returned.
The vehicles sped out onto the road; seeing this, the police and gang members chased after them with the gang and the police trading gunfire as they perused. The two vehicles tried to keep a single file formation with Lelana’s car in the front and Big G’s truck in the back In the back of the Big G’s truck, John and Jamal fired their rifles at the cops and gang’s bright yellow cars.
“We can’t shake them.” Jamal said as he shot the driver of a police car, causing it to crash into other perusing cars.
“We need to split up and loose them, once we do, we’ll rendezvous at a specified location.” Big G said.
“Affirmative.” said Lelana.
In Lelana’s car. Aoi looked in front of the car and saw standing in the road, a tall person, wearing light grey armor with red glowing lights emanating from his arms, legs and a small circle in his chest plate, the lights on his legs and arms were in thin tubes that formed a vein like shape. The figure wore a helmet with a thin, red-colored visor that gave off an intimidating look. The figure then took a firm stance and stretched his arms out forward with his palms facing together and his fingers shaped like claws, which by the way his armored gloves were designed made his fingers already look like claws.
“What is that?” Lelana asked.
Aoi and Dice both opened fire on the figure, but their bullets had no effect on him, only being able to slightly scratch the figures armor.
Energy and electricity began to emerge from the circle in the figures chest plate, the lights on his legs and arms increased in brightness as energy pulsated trough the tubes, moving to the circle. The energy and electricity formed a small, red-colored ball that levitated to the space between the figures hands.
The ball began to get brighter and it began to spin at a fast rate. The figure then clapped his hands together, shooting the ball towards the two vehicles. With a large flash of light, the front of Lelana’s car exploded, causing the vehicle to flip forward and land upsidown. Big G’s truck hit Lelana’s car due to the hired hand driving the vehicle was blinded by the light, sending it farther down the road. The driver of Big G’s truck stepped on brakes and came to a stop, but as it stopped, the truck flipped over on its side. Lelana’s car continued to move down the road until eventually stopping thirty feet away from the truck.
The armored figure looked at the truck and saw that none of the occupants of the truck weren’t moving. He started to walk towards the truck, but he heard the sound of the police approaching. He then walked off.
John, lying a few inches from the truck, his body covered in scrapes, bruises and open cuts, slowly got up and crawled to the truck to check to see if anyone in the truck was still alive. He saw that no one was moving and looked at Lelana’s car and saw that it was on fire, “Aoi.” he said weakly. John used all of his strength to crawl to the car, his legs numb from pain and the adrenaline pumping through his body, the only thing going through his mind being Aoi, “Aoi.” he weakly called out.
As John tried to crawl to Lelana’s car, a SOTF team arrived at the scene and one officer saw John crawling and knocked him out with the butt of his rifle. The police then took him into the back of a police vehicle
