Chapter 25.5: I’m Coming to Get You!

-Ilene’s POV-

We find ourselves deep within the mines, just west of Solaris. The sound of grunting a screams echoed throughout the chamber. Rubble is seen flying across the room. It was an explosion of frustration and anger. It was... Ilene.

“ARGGGG!” (Ilene)

“Onee-chan, Can you stop please?” (???)

“No-Arg! Can-Arg! Do-Arg! Jessica! ARG!” (Ilene)

Ilene was releasing her pent up stress by smashing an unfortunate ore deposit. She prided herself in following her mother’s footstep. Her dreams was to one day return home and proudly show her mom her very own police-uniform. Last night she failed her own mom’s expectations. This was the first time she ever, EVER, let a criminal escape.

She continued to smash the boulder. Her sister, Jessica, could only sigh in annoyance every time Ilene decided to cause havoc in her mining area. Jessica was not a miner but she needed a lot of ores. Why? Well, she not a blacksmith either.

Jessica had a very unique class; she was the very first (and only person) to obtain the class ‘Inventor’ in the game.

“Geez, Onee-chan! Can’t you at least help me mine ores?!” (Jessica)

“...” (Ilene)

“Onee-chan?” (Jessica)

Ilene stopped her blind destruction and gave Jessica a sinister smile. Jessica’s two ponytails stood on end. Sweat started to trickle down the back of her neck. Jessica was more afraid of her sister now than when she was smashing boulders! She knew this wasn't normal. She had to get out.

“Ah-I need to finish my weapon-” (Jessica)

“JESSICA!” (Ilene)

“Y-yes onee-chan?” (Jessica)

“We’re leaving Solaris!” (Ilene)

“Huh?! Why?!” (Jessica)

“To catch that son of a bitch!” (Ilene)

“Wa-wa-wa-wait!” (Jessica)

Jessica knew it was pointless to resist. They both lived under the same roof. Ilene was her older sister and attended college. She worked full time and rented her own apartment near school. Jessica was bumming off Ilene ever since she started her first year at Fukuoka High. They were close. But whenever Ilene blew her cap off, Jessica had to follow through with her sister’s crazy demands. This was one of those moments.

Grabbing Jessica by the arm, Ilene gave her no chance to escape. Ilene wanted to catch the bastard who sullied pride and honour of the Koyanagi! Ilene knew his name. She wouldst stop to she finds him. She wanted that man, dead or alive.

“Just you wait Marcus! I’m coming to get you!” (Ilene)
