Its one of those rare times that I have to ask myself if my soul is playing craps or something in a dream casino, because a lot of things have kinda hit all at the same time. First, was my father getting hit by a second stroke, and going to the hospital. Where they found that he has calcium in his brain which is hard if not impossible to remove. So, they decided to put in a stint, an object that keeps veins and arteries open, into his femoral artery, the ones in your neck.This was very expensive, even after having three insurances to draw on. So I am working on helping the family where I can, mostly with physical work.

Next came the weather which turned the spring like weather into something usually found in the arctic tundra. Apparently, Minnesota wasn't prepared for this and my house's pipes all froze solid along with many places in my little town. So, now I am working on fixing that in addition to everything else.

Sigh, I wish I had a chapter I was releasing today, but it's just been way too much going on to know when I am going to have the mental or physical energy to write more. In that regard I am going to try to say next Monday, 1/22/2024, I will return to my usual releasing of chapters. With an eye on still completing the story in March.
