"So Enki, what do we do now?"
The priestess Maria, staring at the throne, couldn't help but wonder if it was a good idea to take the throne now. It seemed quite demonic. The best they could do was consult Enki, his specialty was in this after all.
[Depth's Third Eye]
Enki had that weird third eye growing on his forehead again as he checked the new throne.

Description: A throne imbued with the power of unknown substances. It can boost the wielder of the stone throne with unimaginable power. Those who look at the throne have the urge to wield its power. Feeding the stone throne with blood can cause it to grow stronger. It is still unknown what will happen if the throne continues to grow stronger.
---
"The throne doesn't seem to have changed too much, for now. It's probably fine to take it with us but it's best not to spill blood on it."
Hearing his report the party heaved a sigh of relief. It was already bad enough being adventurers and if they couldn't take any loot while doing quests, they would have no tears left to cry.
The goblin camp was already shabby and the only good thing was this throne, reckoned by its power it would probably sell for a lot in an auction.
"So how do you use the throne's power?"
The burning question that they all wanted to know had fallen onto Enki's lap. Today was a really bad day for him. He enjoyed not being bothered, but it seemed like it wasn't his lucky day.
He could only sigh and rub his eyebrows as he pointed to the seat of the throne, "Just sit on it."
"What if something bad happened?"
"Realistically nothing bad should happen if you sit on it, the goblin shaman was fine while sitting on it, it only activated once he died while on the throne."
"I assume the throne can only get stronger if fed with the flesh or blood of a dead organism, as Leo had cut his fingers before blood splattered, but the throne didn't take the shaman."
Hearing the explanation from Enki they couldn't help but agree with him, it seemed like the throne was a lot more safe than they had imagined. If you died on the throne, then you were already dead, it's not like the throne taking your corpse would do more harm.
The throne seemed to have fewer drawbacks considerably than they had assumed. The guild leader gave the throne another look through as he asked, "So who wants to take the first seat on the throne?"
"Me I want to!"
The priestess Maria couldn't help but excitedly jump at the opportunity, without waiting for the reply from the leader she already leaped onto the seat. They could only facepalm at her rashness.

"So how is it?"
Facing the question, Maria could only gasp out in pleasure. The stone throne felt so comfortable. It felt more comfortable than any cotton or silk she had sat on. It was like she was enveloped in the softest materials in the whole world.
"It feels amazing."
Thronie: Of course, I'm the best!
Hearing her moan and her words they couldn't help but be intrigued, was a stone throne really that comfortable to sit on?
"Is that all?"
"Nah, other than feeling comfortable it does give some good buffs."
[Increased EXP Gain: You gain 10% more EXP (Lasts for 30 minutes, sitting on the throne refreshes it)]
[Calm Mind: Boosts your intelligence by 20 points (Indefinitely until you get off the throne)]
[Mana Recovery: Increase mana recovery by 10% (Lasts for an hour, sitting on the throne refreshes it)]
[Increased Damage: Boost all your damaging abilities by 10% (Lasts for an hour, sitting on the throne refreshes it)]
Hearing the words from Maria they couldn't help but be shocked by surprise. Those were insane buffs, with just the drawback requiring you to be sitting on the throne.
The most important one was the Increased EXP Gain, items that boost EXP Gain were not only expensive but they were also rare and had incredible restrictions on them. This was the first item that they heard of that almost increased EXP Gain for free.
They knew they struck gold this time.
"What are we waiting for then? Let's take this throne and clear out the rest of the goblins. The biggest threat is already cleared."
Gillfried commanded the rest of the party as they took the throne with them. The throne was merged with the pyramid below, but simple problems required simple solutions as all they did was hack the bottom of the throne until it disconnected from the pyramid.

Thronie didn't feel any pain from being hacked at but knowing that he was losing HP wasn't comfortable. He could only hope that they get the process done soon.
Ragni carried the throne on his back while he watched the rest of the party clear out the goblin camp, it was only when the sun was rising from the sky that they were finally done with the mission.
...
"Have you completed your mission adventurers?"
"Yes, here is the corpse of the goblin shaman as proof."
Turning in the corpse to the attendant, Gillfriend couldn't help but get second-hand embarrassment. The attendant just looked in surprise at the corpse that he turned in.
The corpse was dried and shriveled up.
What had they done to this poor goblin shaman that led him to this state?
"Great, congratulations on your success!"
"As stated in the mission reward, you will get 5 gold, but the adventurer's guild takes a 20% cut, so here's your 4 gold."
"We hope you success in your next mission as well."
The attendant bowed as she handed 4 gold coins to Gillfried.
Hearing the words from the attendant Gillfried couldn't help but feel pain in his heart, 20% cut was quite a lot. But he could only take the 4 gold with a bit of pain in his heart.
Luckily it wasn't the mission reward that was the biggest gain this time, it was that mysterious throne. The party had thought of keeping the throne with them. Unfortunately, the throne was quite heavy and as adventurers, requiring someone to sit on the throne caused them to be immobile.
This can lead to very bad situations, as shown by the goblin shaman who was a sitting duck for Leo.
They would earn a lot more if they sold it. That money can help boost the party and make them stronger.
He had already contacted the chambers of commerce, those stuck-up bastards wouldn't even deem him worthy to talk to if it wasn't for the fact that he said that the throne could give a 10% EXP Increase, with little drawbacks.
Once they heard that, they were like dogs who were scrambling to their knees. He felt good but he also knew not to push his luck. Messing with the chambers of commerce could make him go missing.
So he agreed to sell it to them in an auction. The Sunlit Auction House was the biggest in the City of Cold Iron, only people with the highest status could be granted access. The items that were sold there were ludicrous and desired by many.
He couldn't help but feel proud, this was an item that was considered worthy of the biggest auction house. He just didn't know how much it would sell for. He could only pray that it was a lot, as the auction house took 15% of the money and they were only getting 85%.
The merchant from the chamber of commerce only told him that the throne would be an attraction.
