Dungeon Creator #6

I fiddled with the group chat for a while before I got it figured out.

Everyone could talk but they could only see my messages so if they wanted to talk to each other they would have to go through me as an intermediary.

Meaning I could gain information passively this was the power of my unique item.

I told everyone in the group chat about how it worked.

They all seemed satisfied with my explanation but nobody really talked.

Probably because after the completion of my unique item they realized we were all in competition with one another because only one unique item of a certain type could be created.

That was fine my goal for today had been completed but man did my head hurt.

I went inside took an aspirin, right as I did blood leaked out of my nose.

I had done something dumb in my quest for making friends I had given myself a concussion.

I laid down on my bed. I woke up the next morning apparently I had suffered quite the head injury to have slept all day.

I checked the group chat apparently there had been an alert while I was asleep that everyone had reached the requirements to be level two and today would be the last day.

It also said that dungeoneers would no longer be given the right to create dungeons. The dungeons would be generated naturally throughout the day and participants could choose which one they wanted to join.

"~Attention, information on unique items is that they are very hard to make and my creation of one caused me to have a concussion. You must prepare adequately."

I typed that into the group chat in an attempt to get people to talk too.

~Usefull information

~Thank you

~Only a few have the exp to craft unique items

I scrolled through the responses then went out to eat breakfast with my mom.

As soon as I saw her sitting at the table a message popped up in front of her. More like it was projected onto my eyes to seem like it was in front of her.

It's hard to understand this system.

Dungeon Users will be protected from outside interferences

So my mom was an interference huh.

I didn't exactly know how it was gonna work but apparently, I didn't have to go to school anymore.

"I'm glad you're feeling good enough to go to school today honey"

My mom said to me with a slightly glazed over look in her eyes.

"I'm not feeling good enough to go to school today mom I'm staying home."

She didn't even register my words.

Instead, she got up washed her dishes all without looking at me, and seemed to watch some invisible person walk out of the room.

She looked towards the front door and said"Have a good day honey."

That was pretty creepy, what if I saw her doing something embarrassing?

I resolved myself to stay outside whenever she thought I wasn't home.

I opened up the group chat as I walked outside and typed.

"~Im going to try and conquer a living dungeon what rare item should I try and craft?"

~your not going to try and craft another unique?

~craft a book about enchanting and upload it

~just make sure you stay safe

With all these remarks but I didn't know who they came from the GC was best for just getting general ideas.

I wanted a book about herblore. The uses for that would be big plus I didn't know when I would get another chance at such easy items.

I found my dad's old machete from before the divorce and walked out into the middle of the backyard.

After the next update, we would have to adventure out to find dungeons but that was a problem for tomorrow.

Today I was a warrior, I envisioned green carrot-like monsters popping out of the grass all around me and attacking me and clicked Create Dungeon.

The first movement I saw was a tall shoot of grass moving toward me underneath the ground.

It was almost like a submarine with a periscope was heading towards me.

Before it got the chance to shoot out of the dirty ground I hacked down on it with my machete.

+3 exp Mandrake defeated

I was so busy reading the alert I didn't notice that another mandrake leaped from the ground and slammed into my side.

It felt like a child had just punched me.

Before it could get up from its strike my blade cleaved it in too.

I noticed that each time I defeated one of these things a random vegetable would be left on the ground.

I waited patiently and soon two tufts of grass came moving towards me.

They crisscrossed each other in an effort to distract me from my target.

Now that my enemy was in sight, I slammed the flat end of the machete against the ground and at the moment they stopped moving I slashed them horizontally and vertically for good measure.

A sunflower appeared on my vison and started circling me I turned to follow it.

One of the petals shot off of the flower and flew towards me with startling speed.
