I walked home with mu heart on my sleeve.
Did I really want to be a dungeon explorer?
I realized just how difficult it had become.
And I had barely scratched the surface.
In fact, I had all this time to do stuff but wasn't society quite grand anyway. I had made new friends and even gone on a grand adventure.
I knew I had enough exp to craft another item so on my way home I asked the dungeon system if I could trade my exp and tomorrow's dungeon for a unique item.
It said
>As congratulations for being the first party to ever accomplish beating a dungeon together. You can use your exp to craft a unique item.
If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.
I decided I needed to know where this life of adventuring would take me.
I had an idea that had formed from the creation of my first unique item.
You see the power of unique items was they could ignore the rules of the dungeon.
I knew what I needed
>Craft coin of Fate
>Yes
I clicked it and with that, a coin dropped into my hand.
I needed to ask the question after all now that the party system had been introduced I might never have the chance to craft another unique item.
Everything was out of my control.
Heads I'm going to die in a dungeon and not get revived tails I'm going to live happily ever after.
I flipped the coin and as it went into the air there was an explosion.
For just a split second I could see a mirage of the ever ticking hands of time.
It went away and I caught the coin it was heads.
I knew at that moment my adventure should come to an end.
I felt remorse in my heart but that was a unique item that had fate in the name!
I opened up the group chat and sent one final message before quitting the game on my way home.
~Ill catch you guys on the flipside
