I take breaks as I fly to look over the sea and enjoy the world, I spend one heat out here in the ocean within a cave filled with furs as a makeshift nest. I continue on my way passing by creatures ever increasing in size and energy as I go until I feel a barrier like structure in the path and push hard to enter and finally do, I could have passed through as a master, but it would have taken all of my energy to do so.

I enter the barrier to a small island nearby and a large open ocean despite the barrier there isn't much difference between the two sides that I can tell for now, the weather begins to warm as I get further in and soon there is islands with rainforests and tropical beaches.

I finally arrive at a human inhabited location which was a large island with a small sect on it, there is some people all over the island and a small population of normal people who grow the food and fish.

It is quite peaceful and if even a quarter of this continent is like this it shouldn't be too bad as they didn't even raise a brow at me being an omega, traveling further I come over a few more peaceful islands with some having sects on them and some just being pure merchant locations.

As I travel the amount of islands in this region is very large but soon I see a piece of land that I am unable to see the end to and know I have arrived in the 1st continent, getting down near a city I enter the place and can see many cultivators all over the place and most are body forging and a good amount of Jindan but the biggest shock was the 5 immortals I could sense the present of in this city alone when I had only felt two in my entire time on the 3rd continent.

Although people who feel like immortals are common in the 2nd continent it is the partner that gives that feeling while their actual level is more like that of a Jindan at most, though he did meet a few immortals like the priestess who said she technically counted as a master due to already having a partner she was just short the energy amount needed for the full effect.

But here this one city had 5 immortals, and it wasn't even a sect but a city that although seems filled with cultivators to one like me, may be common here.

I ask around and learn that this is a major city here but also it was considered an outer edge city so was the least popular major city out there, meaning this is considered less popular than some other cities out there and I wonder what a sect feels like here.

I ask for the currency, and they say spirit crystals meaning that is the same as the 3rd continent but soon realize that the crystals she speaks of and mine are different.

Spirit crystals aren't just condensed energy of earth but instead was the cores formed by beasts when killed and although I did have some they are all of the 2nd continent so when I take those out she freezes and bows welcoming as a grandmaster and wondering how she can be of service today, I need to gain some spirit crystals from here as clearly my act of these other crystals gives away my high cultivation which I was keeping suppressed to the Jindan level right now.

I sigh at the fact I needed to once more gain a completely different currency I set out after getting a night's rest at the inn, heading to find a place to work I ask around and they point me in the direction of a building meant for cultivator jobs.

Entering the large seven floored pagoda place with gold encrusted everywhere I know this is probably the right spot but feel uncomfortable with all this embellishment, I approach a woman at the front and ask for one of their better paying jobs and she says that the jobs are based on one's cultivation level so if I want to get a better job I would need to show my level.

On the 3rd continent if you took a job and failed you paid a failure price for going beyond your capabilities, looks like my quick cash try won't go as smoothly as I hoped.

I look through all the quest and submissions which varied from a simple finding something out in a dangerous area to hunt a three headed cobra in a highly dangerous forest, it is clear why they need to know the levels as so to help them find something on their level when I see a bodyguard want quest.

It is for immortals and up unless you had an ability to block an attack from those levels and I knew this is it I hand in this one and she looks like she wants to say something but as long as I prove my barrier can survive a strike from an immortal she has no right to refuse me taking the quest, I go to the house told and see nearly another 200 people all here and realize this is much bigger then I thought.

I stand surrounded by people nearly double my size and weight looking clearly out of place among these people, add on the clear omega scent coming from me and everyone probably thinks I am here to seduce whoever we need to protect.

The man comes out and I freeze as it is the same one from back on the second continent, he sees me and smiles.

It is clear people noticed this interaction because the glares coming my way are simply incredible, truly if looks could kill I would be buried all the way to the opposite side of the planet.

The man smirks and walks in front of before speaking, "The rest can go I already have my choice."

One of the men a well built one who is on the peak of the immortal realm seems to be pissed at this, "He is only an Jindan unless he can block my fist he shouldn't even be here, honestly omegas like him who think their all that just because people will fall over themselves to marry them can't protect shit. If you wanted whore, you could have gone to the red-light district."

The man's face turns neutral and responds to this in the most flattest voice I have ever heard, "The request is a body guard so you are right so how about this, there is a training hall out back and you can use your best attack to hurt him as much as you want, but in exchange if you fail to break the barrier he gets to do the same back to you. Oh, and I will permanently put a ban on either of you that fails at the mission acceptance hall."

He is using this so I can't back out of this if the man agrees, I agreed to it by default when I showed up but unless this man actually agrees it won't have to happen.

The man grins in joy turns and says, "Go out back to be my punching bag and if you do well enough, I might fill that pretty hole for you, of course after I get back from being a bodyguard for Mr. Li." Well looks like he has chosen his end as I may have gone easier on him if he didn't open his big mouth, and the so-called Mr. Li seems to know this as well if the smug air around him didn't make it clear then the upturned eyes sure did.

I enter the backyard and step in the round circle drawn onto the ground for spars like this, I need to protect him so moving out of the circle will be my loss as Mr. Li would then be vulnerable.

I grab the wooden staff from the weapons rack while he grabs a hammer clearly intending to use force at its highest level to crack my barrier, I enter the circle on the opposite side of him and let Mr. Li call the start as we both stare each other down him grinning in excitement and me with a neutral expression.

"Go" I don't even bother putting up a barrier as he charges as I am a sky mammoth, something even grandmasters can barely scrape with all their energy even if the beast is a level lower then it.

I redirect the hammer to the side using my wooden bow staff to counter act his high-grade metal hammer going at his full force that is so hard it causes spikes in the earth when it hit, I remain unfazed and unmoved from the confrontation while he is now out of the ring from the momentum.

"You loose." I try and squeeze the wording as he only fails the task if he can't break my barrier and I break his successfully, as long as one of those aren't done then the challenge is nulled.

"I left the ring, but I am not the one guarding so that rule doesn't apply to me." He is clearly pissed at my actions as he goes for another attack on my back which I deflect like the first one, again and again the man charges and I deflect but he refuses to budge in his small mind that an omega can beat him.

"If both of you don't comply with the use of barriers then both will fail, and I will ban you both." He sounds slightly bored and clearly had realized what I was trying to do.

I sigh in frustration at this asshole and so get to the center of the ring and throw the man out of it once more setting up my barrier without even a second between them, the man looks to the barrier now up and I can feel him concentrate all his energy into a single concentrated attack.

He is shot back by his own blow without even a small flutter from my solid as a wall barrier, the silence as the people realizes that there is a reason I am the one he chose.

The man is shaking in both fear and anger as he realizes he may had messed up big time as he used his most powerful attack and nothing, he swings his hammer as many times as he can with his energy but nothing as he stands there panting and I am a perfect state completely unbothered.

"Well looks like it is the others turn to hold a barrier for you to break, though it seems unfair so you can only use that wooden staff for the attack not even your energy can be used that should make this fairer isn't that right mister grandmaster omega of the sky mammoth bond." The weight of his words settles over the man who stares at me in horror as everyone knows that sky mammoths are so powerful even beings three grades above them can't kill them.

Whispers spread and looks thrown my way at the fact I came to such a task raises many brows, but another thing I can hear is the whispers of how good such an omega would be as a mate.

I know that this will get troublesome as now not only do they all know my actual rank but also what animal my partner is from when I was with the boy and he saw the distinctly sky blue fur only present on the mammoth named after it, all the other animals there are icy or deep blue only the mammoth is such a unique shade giving me away to him.

The man refuses to participate saying we set him up, but Mr. Li says he was warned off it by me on multiple times and he refused to budge, he only has his ego to blame for this.

The others leave but I am sure my existence will have spread by tomorrow making it tricky for me to live how I want without anyone's backing, this is probably what Mr. Li wants as clearly this is a set up just for this reveal as if he wanted, he could have just said it in the hall, but he made it into a true spectacle to make it spread quicker and make more believe it.

I stand there as I now have a yearlong protection contract with this manipulative bastard, I wish I had just taken a hunting request even if it was a lot less coins.

I sigh in frustration at this annoying brat that clearly only is used to getting what he wants and doesn't take no or people talking back well, following him as we reenter the home, I follow him as he walks through the halls whistling clearly pleased his little act went so cleanly.

I see many people peaking at me in curiosity, this is going to be a long year.
