Haha, i managed to get one out the next day, new chapter coming out in a few days.

Anyway, the school ark finally starts next chapter, so this is gonna finally get exciting, only 6 chapter's later i know.

Chapter 6: First breakthrough

Noticing something warm on his face, Weylan slowly wakes up, covering his eyes with his hands from the sunlight that suddenly blinds him, he starts to yawn after a few minutes he get's used to the bright light.

Feeling something on his arm, he looks down to look at an adorable little girl with dark blue hair, down to her waist, at the bottom of her hair it is blood red, just his mothers, she is currently curled up into a ball, while hugging his arm.

Smiling warmly, he shook her a little and said,” Julia it's time to wake up.”

Making small grunts of noise, the little girls starts to move, than she starts rubbing her eyes cutely, before yawning.

Getting used to the light, she opened eyes completely and stared at Weylan, smiling sweetly she said,” good morning brother Wey”

Chuckling a little, he rubbed her head and said,” good morning little girl, I'm gonna take a bath before I go down for breakfast, do you want to join me?”

Nodding her head, she said cutely,” uhn!”

Getting out of the bed they both headed to the bath, once on the inside they saw a huge hall with a waterfall falling slowly, on the floor there is a is a hole that drains the dirty water.

Next to the waterfall there is a giant pool full of water, with steam rising slowly, they saw someone with a towel on, they walked over.

It was Meira Weylan's mother, noticing them come in she smiled warmly before saying,” did you two sleep well?”

Both nodded their heads, and started to undress and put their clothes off to the side, where there was a small hole in the wall, it was a chute, leading down to the basement to be washed.

Standing next to the water fall, there was a few stools and buckets, sitting down on one Weylan started to lather on a soft smelling liquid into his hair, seeing this Julia asked,” Brother Wey, do you want me to was your hair and back?”

Weylan looked at her smiled and said,”sure, I'll help you and mom next.”

Both the girl and women smiled sweetly.

After washing the boy, he stood up under the waterfall to make sure he got rid of all the soap before washing his Mom and cousin.

Done washing, they walked over to the pool and sat in the warm water relaxing.

Julia was playing around in the water, splashing water at Weylan, laughing he started splashing back, until it turned into a war.

Playing until they were exhausted, they sat back down in the water on the benches that were carved into the stone.

Julia leaned onto Weylan's shoulder smiling cutely, Meira who was watching warmly finally spoke up,”Weylan what do you plan on doing, school starts a month from now, and I'll be busy taking care of your siblings, you can stay at school in a dorm, or you can travel from here, everyday.”

Listening to his mother Weylan answered,” I plan on meditating and training for the next month to breakthrough, so I can start cultivating my qi, then I'll learn a couple of martial skills, I'll also travel from here to school, I'll just wake up an hour earlier than normal.” in a firm and serious tone.

Meira hearing this smiled and said,” that sounds like a good plan, and thank you for deciding to travel back and forth, this way your siblings won't grow up without you,” in a warm voice.

Weylan smiled and nodded, Julia listening in said,” brother Wey is it okay if I train with you? My daddy will teach me, but I want to stay with you longer, and this way we can train with people our own age.

Surprised at first than he smiled and said,” of course you can, It'll be fun, hopefully I can help you break into the first realm, along with me and Ana.”

Julia gave him a big hug and said,” thank you! Is Sister Ellia coming over to train as well, since your dad is an amazing Magus he should be able to help her”

He couldn't help but be startled, than he smacked himself on the head and said to himself,” of course! How did I not think of that, dad can help her train, and we can be together everyday, training and having fun.”

Getting out of the bathtub he dried off and put on pair of fresh clothes, he walked over gave his mom a kiss on the cheek before saying,” Mom I'm gonna go call Ana, and let Dad know, the house is gonna get a little bit more crowded for the next month.”

Watching him walk off, she smiled sweetly, before saying to Julia,” child what made you want to start training all of a sudden, and are you sure your mother will let you stay here for an entire month, it's the last month before school starts, and you guys don't have a transportation formation, that's connected to the capital.”

Julia smiled cutely before saying,” it's okay, mommy will let me as long as I go back every week for a day to see her, it'll be fine.”

Continuing she said,” as for training I don't want to left behind by Sister Elli, and Brother Wey, they are my closest friends, and Weylan is like a big brother to me, he's only a 6 months older than me, but he's always been patient and cares for me, even though he hasn't said it, I know he loves me, same with Ellie, so I need to be strong enough to stand next to them.” In a serious voice, with determination in her eyes.

Meria swam over to her and held her in her embrace and said,” your my little brother's daughter, and your like a daughter to me as well, Weylan adores you with all his heart, he would never abandon you no matter what happens, but I agree with you, training is very important, and I hope one day you can stand together with them, but your gonna need to try hard, and it's best to start early, so this is a good opportunity for the both of you.”in a loving voice.

Julia chuckled and snuggled up against Meira, enjoying the contact.

Weylan after leaving the bath headed straight for the cultivation field, sitting down he crossed his legs, he put hands together and entered into a trance.

Blocking out the outside world he started to feel the energy surrounding him, he tried to bring the energy into his body, but was unable to, even though he could already sense the energy there was no way to utilize it.

Unable to cultivate after a few hours, he decided to go eat and contact Ellia.

Done eating he contacted Ellia, who replied back saying, she'll be there in a week, she needs to take care of some things.

After eating Julia and him went to the training hall, where they trained with each other for a few hours, after which he would go back to opening his qi channels.

This was the schedule he set for himself, he would meditate as much as possible, then train and repeat,on the third day Julia started to meditate with him.

A week later Ellia showed up, and they all started to train together, during this time they went out into the woods and would train by playing games, some would involve tag, to increase reaction time, hide and seek, to conceal their presence, and few others turning them into training methods.

On a certain day two weeks later, with one week left before they started school, the group of three was sitting in the cultivation field, meditating.

Weylan with his eyes shut, suddenly furrowed his brow, and he started to concentrate intensely.

He smiled slightly before a loud noise sounded in his head, his bones started to shake, and in the middle of his stomach, a small amount of shapeless energy started to form, it was white blue, with a trace of gold, this was his qi forming his elemental sea!

Small popping noises continued for a few minutes, changing the structure of his body, his skin started to become soft, and looked like jade.

This went on for an hour before he finally opened his eyes and smiled brightly, taking a deep breath, he felt lighter, and his body felt stronger.

Looking around he saw Julia and Ellia staring at him, smiling.

Taking the chance to speak, Ellia said,” hmm so little light broke through, now you can truly start to cultivate, hmph I was planning on breaking through first.” in sulky voice while pouting.

Laughing Weylan got up walked over and rubbed her head saying,” it's okay Ana, you'll breakthrough soon, it's harder for you even though we cultivate the same, our energy's are different, so as a magus, it's harder to train and use magic.”

Nodding her head she agreed she knew this perfectly, one type of energy is meant to strengthen the body, and use qi, the other is meant to use spells using purified elemental essence and absorb it into their body, then direct the natural elemental essence to produce spells, creating magic.

So they gather the same energy from the heavens, but utilize it differently, it's why an accomplished magus is so rare, because it's harder to use this type of energy, and they need a lot of it.

Sitting back down she looked at him and said,” you should go clean off, your filthy, then you should go and start training and learn a few martial skills, we only have a week left you might be able to learn one,” in firm tone.

Laughing at her seriousness, Weylan looked down and some filth on his body sticking to his clothes, and walked straight to the baths, after bathing and getting dressed he went back to the cultivation field.

Seeing Julia depressed, and knowing why he walked over hugged her from behind and whispered to her,” Julia, don't be so down, I know you'll breakthrough soon, and it might be even before we go to school, it doesn't matter how fast you can cultivate, if you don't work hard.”

Listening to his words, she nodded and new determination welled up inside her, she sat back down and tried to break into the first realm.

Seeing her determination, he nodded and headed to his mothers room, walking in her saw her sitting in rocking chair feeding his siblings.

Noticing his presence she asked,” little Wey Wey, what are you doing in here, do you need something?” In a loving tone.

Smiling he answered,” I just broke through and can now start to cultivate, I was wondering if you can give me a few martial skills.”

Once he was done speaking she was shocked, he managed to breakthrough, to the first realm at the age of six? She couldn't help but feel proud of her son.

Smiling she said,” un I'll give you one, but I want you to rest for the rest of the week, and spend time with your siblings, your father is away right now, after instructing little Ellie he had to leave on business,” in a loving tone.

Weylan nodded and walked over to his baby sister who was in a crib, noticing him walk over she started to make noises to get his attention.

Seeing this he laughed, and gently picked her up before kissing her on the brow, lovingly.

Emily grabbed his finger and held it, she leaned her head against his chest, before slowly falling asleep.

Meira seeing this sighed and said,” how can you get her to calm down so quickly, whenever she is with you she stops caring about everything around her.”

With a big grin he smiled and said,” what little sister doesn't adore her big brother”

Meira hearing this laughed sweetly, and looked at her children warmly.

Leaving the room with Emily in his arms Weylan said,” I'm gonna go and see if the girls want to take a break.”

Walking back to the cultivation field, he saw the other two were standing waiting for him to come over, arriving next to them Ellia said,” me and Julia are gonna take a bath, after that we'll eat dinner and call it a day, I can feel the energy start to form, so I should breakthrough in the next few days.” in warm voice while smiling at him.

Nodding his head he went and sat down on one of the chairs with Emily in his arms, slowly getting drowsy, he fell asleep with his sister In his arms.

Hearing something he woke up to see his sister looking up at him, with her emerald eyes, smiling warmly he kissed her on the brow. standing up he walked over to his parents room and saw his mother smiling at him and said,” it's about time for her to be fed”

Heading down to the first floor to eat, he saw the girls already eating, and said” how long was I out for? And why didn't you wake me up?”

Julia hearing him smiled sweetly before saying,” for a little for more than an hour, and we decided not to because you looked so comfortable, with Emily in your arms.” in a joking voice.

A little embarrassed he rubbed his nose, but didn't deny it.

After dinner, they all went to his bedroom but before they could go to bed, Julia spoke up and said in a shy and nervous voice.” um brother Wey, sister Elli, um is it okay if I just call you big brother and big sister?” while looking away.

Weylan and Ellia hearing this were surprised and smiled warmly before hugging her and said,” little sister” in a loving voice.

Julia hearing this was excited and hugged them back, going to bed they all slept on Weylan's bed and slowly drifted off to dreamland.

The next day, Weylan stayed with his mother and helped take care of his siblings.

Thinking to himself he said, “this is actually really relaxing, and I'm having fun as well.”

five days before school starts, Ana successfully broke through, and was very pleased with herself, Julia with one day to spare managed to breakthrough, and was so emotional she cried a little.

On thesame day, they had a small little get together, to celebrate Julia's parents were there, same with Ellia's and Weylan's dad came back.

The house was filled with chatter and everyone having a good time.

During the party Weylan's mother pulled him off to the side and gave him a ring, and blue scroll and said” this is an interspatial storage ring, it's high grade so take care of it, it has money extra clothes, and other resources you need, I'm giving this to you because it's customary to give your child/student a gift for becoming a true cultivator” in a stern but caring tone.

Continuing she said,” this is a marital skill, in our sect we don't have many ice element cultivator's so we don't have a lot of skills, this is a lightning element martial skill, it's only a rank two low tier, but since your only at the first rank, this should be suitable for you. It's a gift from me and your father, use it well.” in loving voice.

Weylan getting a little misty eyed, gave her a big hug, and a kiss on her cheek saying,” thank you mother, I'll take care of the ring, and I can't wait to learn this martial skill,” in a soft and loving voice.

Meira smiling sweetly kissed his brow before saying,” your welcome my baby.” in a warm voice.

Opening the scroll he saw the title.
