Chapter 4: Dual legends

After the teachers outburst, everyone saw what had happened, the green stone for testing for mana force compatibility, actually exploded, the entire hall was silent no one made a sound.

The teacher conducting the test finally broke out of his daze and looked at Ana, with a smile on his face and said,” her mana force compatibility is Legend rank, the highest level of compatibility possible.

Everyone except me was standing in a daze, even the shitty father and son's arrogant faces had disappeared, and were dumbstruck.

Aunt Tayla was just as surprised, except she started to form a smile, and looked very happy and proud at her daughter.

Uncle Fang stood there with his mouth open, and than he started to laugh, everyone looked at his direction and broke out of their stupor.

The crowd started talking loudly saying, ”is that even possible, or she is a genius gifted by the heavens, and our country will flourish because of our princess.”

They all were shocked by the turn of events, Julia was surprised but just had a smile on her face after all this was her friend and was like a sister to her!

Ana completely oblivious to the others reaction asked the warrior teacher in an indifferent tone,” can I test for my warrior compatibility now?”

The warrior teacher this looked at her smiled and said,”of course princess,” hearing this she put her hand on the stone, but it just had a dim shine to it, the teacher seeing this was disappointed, and said,” warrior compatibility moderate.”

Everyone hearing this was also a little disappointed, after all if someone had Legend compatibility for mana force, and a high compatibility for warrior, she would be considered a monster.

Thinking this everyone let go of their disappointment, one can't be too greedy, the heavens have blessed her to be a genius Magi, it's already amazing.

Ana hearing this wasn't disappointed in the slightest, she moved over to the red testing stone, to test her her attributes, putting her hand on it two different colors shined bright, one was a light dark brown color, the other was pure black and was almost shaped like a flame.

Seeing this the teacher was startled, and said in a hard to conceal shaken voice,” two attributes, earth and fire,” she took a minute before saying,” the flame is a unique attribute.”

It went quiet again, and everyone thought,” legend rank, two attributes and one is a unique attribute? This girl is a monster”

Everyone stared at her in awe, after seeing her attributes, Ana calmly walked down the stage and walked over to us, completely indifferent to the people around her.

Upon her reaching us, Julia ran up to her gave her a hug and said,” Sister Elli your so amazing! Not only do you have legend rank compatibility, you have two attributes and one is unique, I have never heard of something like this before.” She said in a cute voice looking at Ana, with sparkles in her eyes.

Letting out a soft chuckle, Ana looked at me with a sly grin before saying to Julia,” I'm not the only that's so amazing, brother Wey Is just as amazing as me, if not more.”

Everyone hearing this was shocked, a legend rank saying that someone else was just as amazing, if not more than her?

All I could do was give a helpless sigh and gave shrug, than I walked up to the testing stones and looked at the teachers and asked,” is it okay for me to do the test now?”

Looking at me they gave a smile and nodded their heads, after thinking for a minute, I gave a small grin and first tested my mana force compatibility, after the teacher had replaced it.

It only shined brightly before teacher gave a small sigh and announced, to everyone present” Mana force compatibility Moderate.”

Hearing this a few people were disappointed others sneered, and Oliver even laughed and said,” haha you dog, so what if you come from a major sect, your compatibility is pathetic you should go back to your precious sect, and lever leave trash.”

After saying this, his father had a cruel smirk on his face, Aunt Tayla Uncle Fang and Julia had ugly expression's on their faces, before they could say anything Ana said looking right at him with cold expression said,” why don't you shut your mouth, before I rip out your tongue so you can never speak again, you worthless piece of garbage.”

Everyone present was startled the cute and gentle second princess said such harsh words? They all looked at Oliver who was livid, he was about to say something till he saw Ana's expression, than looked away.

As he was looking away he looked at me and gave me a sneer, ignoring him I looked at the warrior teacher and asked,” can you test my warrior compatibility?”

Looking at me he gave a nod, putting my hand on the black stone everything flashed and everyone was momentarily stunned.

After regaining their vision they were shocked the black stone broke, the teacher was looking blank for a minute before he put on huge smile saying in a loud voice,” warrior compatibility Legend rank!”

Once this was said, the crowd was startled and yelled out” two legend ranks?! Heavens this is ridiculous, one is destined to be an amazing Magi, the other a Warrior.”

Oliver and his dad seeing this paled, me seeing this looked at them with a mocking grin before saying,” trash indeed”

Hearing this they both gave me a murderous look, ignoring them I walked to the red stone and asked the teacher,” is it okay if I test for my attributes?”

The teacher looked at me and gave me a brilliant smile, before nodding her head.

Putting my hand on the stone two flashes exploded out of the stone, one was an ethereal blue almost transparent, the other a golden color almost shaped in a lighting bolt.

The teacher seeing this was shaken, and said in a slightly scared tone announced,” two attributes one ice, the other lighting,” the teacher stopped before saying,” the lighting attribute is also unique”

Everyone was flabbergasted, they just stood there in a daze before it exploded in conversion.

Ignoring them I walked over to my family, seeing me walk over Julia gave me a big hug saying,” Brother Wey is so cool, your just like Sister Elli, so amazing! She said with a huge grin on smile on her face.

Uncle Fang came over and lightly punched me on the shoulder with and said with a smile,” I knew you wouldn't let you mom down, she was really nervous about this, her face will be priceless when she hears about this.”

This was the first time I was shocked and yelled out,” Uncle Fang you said so many words, I think Mom will be more surprised about that, than my compatibility rank.”

Uncle hearing this let out a little embarrassed hmpf sound seeing this me and the other just laughed.

The teachers made a loud ahem noise to get our attention, seeing that they had achieved this, the male mana force teacher smiled and said,”thank you everyone for coming to today, but alas these things must end at some point, for those of you who passed our tests,female's please follow Mrs. Durn, males please follow Mr. Durn so we can get your measurements, once this is done you can you can leave.”

Continuing he said,” in a month when you come to the academy where clothes will be ready just show your Identification card to the lady in the reception hall and she will give you your clothes, along with the necessary items, that is all.”

Before leaving him and the other two teachers gave a bow to Aunt Tayla saying,” your majesty,” than Mr Durn said “ boys this way, and Mrs Durn said,” girls this way.”

Aunt Tayla and Uncle Fang said,” we'll be waiting outside” Me Ana and Julia nodded, Ana and Julia went over to Mrs Durn, and me to Mr Durn.

Oliver seeing me walk over just gave me a glare before looking away, getting in line everyone just stared at me, like I was some kind of animal, it was very uncomfortable.

This went on for awhile until it was just me two kids and Mr Durn, the kid in front of me was someone I remember during the test, he didn't stand out much even though he had elite level warrior compatibility, it was because his mana force was weak rank, and his attribute was water, for a warrior and qi cultivator, water isn't good as qi cultivator, it's main properties are used for defense and healing.

And the best way to bring these out is with mana force, it's not that it's useless as a warrior, just it's very difficult to train in.

He had short blue hair, brown eyes, a big build for a child anyway, he looked very fit and In the future he would be muscular, just like Uncle Fang he also looked serious, and had an aura of leave me alone.

Seeing me look at him, he was surprised and looked away and started to walk off into a corner until he tripped, and smashed his face into the wall, he just stood there with his face in the wall while a silence enveloped the hall we were standing in, than he started to shake, and I started to laugh uncontrollably.

After calming down, I saw that he turned around and his serious face had all but disappeared, in it's place was someone with an embarrassed face, and tears in his eyes.

Wiping away the tears in my eyes I walk over and stretched my hand out and said,” hi pleasure to meet you, my name is Weylan Azura, sorry for laughing it was impossible not to, when you had such a serious face on, than fell into the wall.”

Seeing my hand and hearing what I said, he was surprised at first than got even more embarrassed, haha I can't stop laughing in my head, this guy is funny I should try and make friends with him.

Shaking my hand he let out a shy smile before saying,” hi Weylan my name is Taylor Durn, it's nice to meet you,” in a quiet voice not befitting his image.

I just smiled and we talked for awhile, I got to know him a little bit, even though he has water as his attribute it doesn't bother him, in his words,” than I'll create my own path and become powerful warrior using water.”

I was surprised when I heard this, but I was also impressed, the door to the room opened up and someone walked out, it was the person before with elite mana force and ice as his attribute, he glanced at us before leaving.

Than Mr Durn walked and looked at Taylor and said,” son what are you doing here, you could have just gone home and, got your measurements there.” in an tired tone.

Taylor hearing this started than just looked very embarrassed, I let a little chuckle, Mr Durn looking at me said,” it's you huh the naturally born warrior, well come on than let's give this over with.” with a small grin on his face.

I just shrugged and and went into the room, once in the room he turned and looked at me and said in sincere voice,” please look out for Taylor, I'm not asking you to go out of your way, but if's he's being bullied or in trouble help him, he's a shy boy despite how he acts, and with his attribute not many people will look at him kindly.”

Hearing this I just looked at him smiled and said,” no problem he's a good kid, and I think people will regret looking down on him, he has a very strong determination.”

Mr Durn just said,” thank you” in a sincere tone, once I was done I walked out and said my goodbyes to Taylor and Mr Durn promising to see them in a month.

Walking outside I see Aunt Tayla and Uncle Fang, and I spot Ana and Julia walking towards them as well, seeing me walk towards them they waited for me to catch up than Ana grabbed my right hand, and Julia the left they started swinging them on our way over to Aunt Tayla and Uncle Fang.

Once we got there Aunt Tayla immediately gave all three of us a hug than kissed us on our foreheads saying,” I'm so proud of you three, Ellia your father will be very happy, Wey your mother and father will be so excited as well when you tell them, Julia congratulations, I know your mother will be very happy as well.”

Uncle Fang hearing this gave her a hug, and a kiss on her cheek and said.”of course she will, and I'm so proud of you honey,” in a warm voice.

Julia Started to giggle and gave him and Aunt Tayla a hug back saying,” thank you.”

I patted her head and and Ana gave her a hug, afterwards we got in the carriage, to head back home, while leaving I looked back at the academy and said with a childish grin on my face,”Royal Academy huh, let's hope it's as amazing as everyone says.”
