While driving towards Heywood construction work was going on in City Center causing the road leading to Heywood to be closed, this wasn’t ideal as now the only way, I could get to Heywood was by going through Westbrook but even that turned out to be a struggle as getting onto the road, a car crash happened further up the road, it wasn’t hard to hear the people involved in the crash. I'm pretty sure that all of Night City heard them yelling.
“USE YOUR MIRROR YOU FUCKING DUMBASS!”
“YOU'RE THE FUCKING ASSHOLE WHO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO USE THEIR FUCKING INDICATORS!”
I could tell that this was going to be a while, so I texted Suzi to let her know about the car crash and how I would be late.
Max
“Just letting you know that two idiots have crashed their cars into each other and are currently making a big scene about it. It's actually kinda funny”

About 20 minutes later I managed to arrive at Paradise Ranch. Walking inside it looked like a typical fast-food place, I spotted Suzi sitting under the table which was weird.
The first time I met Suzi was in 2077 when Luca, Henry, and I were hiding out in the Badlands for let's just say we did something that kinda pissed off Arasaka but that’s a story for another time.
Back on track while the three of us were hiding out in the badlands we were greeted by the presence of Suzi in the form of her using her netrunning skills as she was able to find out who we were, where we were hiding, and why we were in the Badlands.
Luca didn’t like this, he wanted to kill her as he saw her as a threat to the family. However, I was able to convince Luca not to kill her and let her help us with our situation.
“Suzi I'm not having a conversation with you under the table. Come up from under there.” I asked
“No thanks. Comfortable here anyway and no one can see me,” she responded.
I let out a quiet sigh. “Well, I'm not having a conversation with someone who is sitting under a table.
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
I took a glance around the place and noticed someone who worked here looking back at me before beginning to approach.
"Suggest you get up now. Someone’s coming.”
Suzi decided to get up from under the table which was a relief as I felt that I would look like a mentalist talking to someone who was under a table.
“So, what is it you wanted to see me for?”
“Can I help you sir?” a worker asked.
The sudden appearance of the worker caused me to jump.
“Woah... No thanks, I'm fine” I responded while trying to calm my heart rate.
“Are you sure? How about trying out a new limited-time “Spicy Mexican Chicken Meal with Our New Curly Fries?
To be honest, I hadn't eaten anything today and I did like the sound of that meal, but I knew I wasn’t going to be here for much longer and I had a feeling that Suzi would need me to go do something tedious.
If you don’t like the meal, it's on me.” the worker added.
“Sure, I like the sound of that, but would your boss be okay with you offering free meals?” I said curiously
“You are in luck, sir. As I am the owner of this wonderful establishment. I will be back with your meal shortly.”
The owner walked away from the table and proceeded to make his way to the kitchen
“Weird.” Suzi said.
“What’s weird about the owner wanting to offer someone a free meal?”
“It's the fact that you weren't going to order anything but as soon as he mentioned it's free you instantly accept.”
True, it was a little bit weird for an owner of a fast-food place to offer you a free meal but maybe he wanted to give a good impression.
“He probably does this with new customers wanting to give them a good free meal which they would enjoy wanting to come back for more. A smart business decision if you ask me”
“Your meal sir... If there are any problems, feel free to ask.”
I thanked him for the meal and proceeded to eat and to my surprise, it was really good. The chicken was nice and crispy with a little bit of a spicy kick and the curly fries were amazing, with a nice crunchy taste and the same level of spice as the chicken. It does make me want to come back for more.
Like I said smart business decision by the owner.
Even Suzi wanted to try the chicken as I noticed her sneakily grab a piece and I could tell by the expression on her face she enjoyed the chicken.
After the meal, Suzi wanted to get back to what she originally wanted to talk about. She turned over her laptop screen that displayed the coordinates of a building. I decided to ask what these coordinates are.
“This is the location of something that I would like you to help me investigate, It's nothing like what you and Henry did with the Redeye, but it could be the work of a cyberpsycho.”
Normally I would turn down the offer but because it’s a cyberpsycho and because Suzi is a close friend of mine, I decided to help her out with the investigation.
“Thanks for this Max. Bring Henry as well, the more the merrier. We can meet him at the location.” said Suzi
“No need to meet Henry at the location,” I said. “We can just pick him up at his place, he lives in Santo Domingo anyway.”
We got up from the table and made our way to the exit not wanting to be rude. I left the owner a tip for the meal, and I felt as though it would be a bit disrespectful if I didn’t leave something for them as a way to thank them for giving us a free meal.
