During the midday heat, they continued their long journey towards the near Underworld.
Under the scorching sun, Kaizoku complained continuously. "Huff, huff, huff... How much longer? I'm completely exhausted..."
Everyone was sweating, the heat far beyond normal.
Kaizoku continued his complaints. "Why don't you use Void Walk? It would be much easier if you used that spell, Sylphy!"
Sylphy could only glare, too weak to even hit Kaizoku.
"Are you crazy? In this blazing sun, you want me to use Void Walk? I'm too exhausted to cast it, and it's impossible to transport three people at once!" she said with an annoyed expression.
"Why do I have to enter a world like this? I just wanted to travel between worlds, get beautiful wives, and have children without all this journey and relationship hassle." Kaizoku whined.
Sylphy reached her breaking point and, with her remaining strength, punched Kaizoku's cheek very hard.

Kaizoku was sent flying, falling limply onto the dry ground.
"Ow..." he moaned in pain.
Gabriel placed Thomas on the ground, intending to separate Sylphy and Kaizoku.
"Alright, alright... Let's rest for a moment," Gabriel said patiently, holding Sylphy's arm.
Looking around, Gabriel noted the lack of water.
"Looks like we'll be thirsty for a while."
Sylphy could only suppress her anger, sitting on dry ground.
The others sat beside the still-pained Kaizoku.
Kaizoku wanted to complain again but held back, afraid of angering Sylphy further.
To break the silence, Hizo asked Gabriel. "Uh... How much longer until we arrive? And what if this place is just a myth?"
Gabriel answered wisely. "Well, even if we find nothing, at least we'll gain adventure experience I guess. And don't worry, we'll get your grandfather back no matter what."
Suddenly, Kaizoku spoke up, even with his red cheek. "Can we use transportation when we return from this forced labor? Because I absolutely will NOT walk again with bare feet."
"Hmm... We can, but we'll need to stop at Auricomous village to buy a wooden cart and horses, and that won't be cheap." Gabriel replied, glancing at the hot sky.
"Auri-what? The village names here are so strange and hard to remember." Kaizoku complained.
Gabriel explained again. "Auricomous, not far from Underworld and the snowy mountains. Its distinctive feature is extremely slippery, muddy terrain..."
Kaizoku couldn't stand his filthy, smelly clothes because of his sweats.
"Whatever its drawbacks, I just want to change. This tuxedo is completely dirty and stinking, I regret liking this clothes."
Hizo interjected into the conversation. "Lucky I'm wearing a plain white shirt. I can't imagine how hot it would be wearing a dress like Sylphy's."
Sylphy answered with her still-irritated face. "Oh, don't mind me. I'm used to hot clothing. We hybrid-wolves have extremely strong temperature resistance in extreme conditions."
Kaizoku replied casually, "Of course... We humans could never do that."
They rested for a while, under the hot sun. Kaizoku continued to wipe sweat from his forehead nonstop.
"Anyone bring water? I'm so thirsty." said Kaizoku while his mouth very dry.
"Anyone? Gahh..."
Nobody bring any water, Kaizoku only can give up.
