After a long journey, they decided to rest in a vast green field at night.
Gabriel dropped Thomas to the ground, then started making a campfire with wood that Hizo created using his Creation Spell.
Meanwhile, Sylphy and Kaizoku built a large tent using discarded cloth.
The pieces of cloth were joined one by one to create a roof-like structure.
The remaining cloth was made into bedding to protect their bodies from the ground, and the rest was fashioned into a wide blanket.
"Huff, this should be enough for all of us." said Kaizoku, looking exhausted after connecting all the pieces of cloth into one large piece.
Kaizoku and Sylphy immediately lay down on the large cloth.
"Finally, we can rest after being under the sun all day." Kaizoku said while resting.
Gabriel finished making the campfire after lighting it with his light magic spell.
"The campfire's ready, we need to hunt something for dinner. One of you come with me."
After Gabriel said, suddenly Kaizoku and the others tried to hide behind the tent.
"Oh come on! We'll die of hunger if you don't want to hunt! Your turn, Kai! You come with me since you have a ranged weapon for hunting."
Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.
Annoyed, Gabriel tried to convince Kaizoku.
Finally, Kaizoku gave up and came out of hiding.
"Alright... I'll go with you." Kaizoku said with a weary and annoyed tone.
Hizo tried using his Instant Create Spell again.
"Hmm, maybe I'm feeling lucky..."
When Hizo tapped his hammer against his left hand, he suddenly succeeded in using the Instant Create spell again.
"Yes! I made more bullets for Kaizoku."
Ten bullets appeared in Hizo's left hand.
Approaching Kaizoku, "Kaizoku, bullets for you." Hizo handed the bullets to Kaizoku.
"Oh, thanks..." said Kaizoku, loading his revolver with the bullets.
After finishing, Kaizoku put the extra bullets in a small pouch on his back.
Kaizoku and Gabriel then began hunting, walking quite far from the tent.
"How far are we going to walk? I'm already tired from walking all afternoon."
Kaizoku complained continuously.
"Oh be quiet, you're just scaring away the animals." Gabriel replied with an annoyed expression.
As they walked, Gabriel noticed something.
"Wait..."
Gabriel stopped moving, followed by Kaizoku who also stopped.
"Crouch."
Gabriel and Kaizoku crouched down, leaving Kaizoku feeling confused.
"Look, a deer over there. If we get close enough, we can hunt it. Follow me."
Kaizoku could only sigh as he quietly followed Gabriel from behind. They hid behind a tree near the deer.
"The deer is still busy drinking water from the small pond."
"Alright, Kai, I'm counting on you this time. Aim for the deer's head, remember the head and make sure you don't slip because it will damage the meat." Gabriel said in a low voice.
"Heehh... Alright, leave it to me. I'll show you how good my aim is..."
Kaizoku carefully emerged from his hiding spot.
Cautiously, Kaizoku took Destion from its holster, making sure the deer didn't hear him.
Slowly but surely, Kaizoku prepared his aim at the deer's head.
"Goodbye, deer."
The ready Kaizoku pulled Destion's trigger. The bullet shot through the deer's head, penetrating from front to back, killing the deer instantly.
