"Restructure.", the man spoke, pointing his finger at Zen's head.
The head connected to the body, it was unidentifiable that they were ever separated.
"Preserving Coffin.", the body was cloaked with a translucent, light green coffin.
Time stopped moving inside the coffin.
A week passes...
Zen slept on a beat-up futon, in a cave. Opposite the cave was a vast forest.
Zen's eyes flinched, opening soon after.
"Awake are we now?"
Zen sat up with a jolt.
His hands quickly grabbed his hair.
"NO, NO, NO, NO WHY'D I DO THAT WHY WHY WH-
"Persevere.", the man that 'saved' Zen said, leaning on the entrance of the cave, his hands crossed.
"SHUT UP, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT LOSING YOU-
"One who lives in the past has no time to prepare for the future.", the man continued.
"One who worries only about the future, has no time to experience the present."
"One who lives in the present, eventually ends up regretting his actions."
"In the end, the only one who wins is the one who learns from one's past, lives in the moment, all while preparing for the future."

"HOW'S THAT SUPPOSED TO CHANGE THE FACT THAT ALL OF THE PEOPLE I'VE KNOWN SINCE MY CHILDHOOD ARE DEAD?!", Zen replied, starting to tear up.
"It's not.", the man started walking towards Zen.
"But its a good life lesson.", Zen looked up to the man, who was now standing in front of him.
The man pointed his finger at Zen.
"Name's Hyasu.", "Reversal."
A dark green aura surrounded Zen.
Zen felt his Qi and Mana returning. Another Otherworldly energy*, subtly yet surely, it settled in Zen's body.
"Spar with me.", Hyasu ordered.
"Wha-
He grabbed Zen's hair and dragged him out into the sunlight.
"Spar with me, impress me and you shall live.", He threw Zen a few meters across.
Hyasu joined his hands horizontally, dragging the top one towards Zen, a sword was created.
"Stand up.", he threw the sword, landing right next to Zen's hand, which was still on the ground.
"O-okay."
*Sigh*
"This won't do.", Hyasu thought.
"Unorthodox Unrivalled technique: Free Flow Fist.", his hands emitted a pale aura, he launched towards Zen.
Zen's eyes widened, reacting to the attack and the fact that this man was an unorthodox faction member.
Hyasu ran, his spine almost level with his waist.
Zen quickly slashed downwards, aiming directly at Hyasu's head.
Hyasu dodged the attack, hitting Zen right in his jaw with a rough yet swiftly moved fist.
Zen's jaw was dislocated, he tried to run, but was hit with a hard hit to the shoulder, followed by many other, each hitting non-vital spots.
"I have no time for incantations!"
"This will have to do."
Zen bit his index finger off his left hand. Blood Splattered on Hyasu's face, solidifying soon after.
"This will stall him a while!"
The solidified blood on Hyasu's face seemed to burn off.
Hyasu launched another hit, but Zen was nowhere to be seen.
"BLOOD QI MOO-
Zen was stopped mid-incantation by Hyasu, who was now holding Zen's sword with two of his fingers, Hyasu's face still facing the other way.
*Snap*
Zen's sword was snapped.
"How?! I was pouring all my Mana into my swor-
Hyasu flicked the broken blade of the sword at Zen, the broken blade grazed Zen's left cheek, dividing his ear in two.
"ACK-
"Good enough", Hyasu interrupted.
Zen felt the subtle otherworldly energy grow, it enveloped his Dantian**, followed by enveloping his Mana veins***.
"Chamber of Growth.", a box, the same color as the coffin that Hyasu made 7 days ago, now contained Zen.
"Sable.", The box turned Black from the inside out.
