Afternoon rolled around and Chloe White was playing in the woods with the animals. A few deer, five birds, and a wolf sit around the girl.
“You silly bird... It’s an easy tune... Here, let’s try one more time...” Chloe White said and whistled a tune at the bird.
As the bird is about to respond, a crash and thud noise occurs, scaring all the animals. Chloe White rises from her tree stump chair to find the seventh of the group of men had tripped and fell.
“Oh, dear... Are you alright, sir?” Chloe White asked, approaching.
“Y-Yeah... This happens often...” the seventh man said.
“Quite the clumsy one, aren’t you, then?” Chloe White asked.
“Y-Yeah I suppose! I was sent to find you!” the seventh man said.
“Are the others awake?” Chloe White inquired.

“Yes, yes they are,” the seventh man said, “Follow me.”
Chloe White followed the man back to the cabin once again and found all the men were gathered around awaiting her arrival.
“Hello,” she said, smiling shyly.
“Hello, again. We were about to head off to work, but we though we could at least introduce ourselves first,” the third man explained.
“Oh, that would be nice,” Chloe White said, “I’m Chloe White, by the way.”
“I’m Slate Fisher,” the first man said.
“I’m Grant Severn,” the second man said.
“My name is Reynold Thornton,” the third man said.
“I’m Steve Fort,” the fourth man said.
“I’m Sir Chancealot the Third!” the fifth man said.
“THAT’S NOT YOUR NAME!” Grant yelled.
“Aw, fine, my name is Joey Fielder,” the fifth man said.
“I’m Indigo Sickle,” the sixth man said.
“And I’m Clint Seaton,” the seventh man said.
“Nice to meet all of you, and thank you so much for allowing me to hide here from the dreadful Mrs. Dranaj!” Chloe White said.
“No problem...” Steve said.
“You’ll be fine here while we go to work, won’t you?” Indigo asks.
“I... I should be... You don’t think anyone will find me, do you?” Chloe White asked.
“Not at all!” Reynold said.
“Then I’ll be fine...” Chloe White said.
“Alrighty! Well, boys! It’s off to work time!” Steve said.
“More like, off to work ourselves exhausted...” Slate said with a yawn.
“QUIT BEING LIKE THAT!” Grant grumbled.
