With a spring in her step, Faithilia sprinted down the streets of Lumios City at blinding speeds, fluidly dancing around every obstacle and individual in her path. While it seemed to have a mind of its own, the dragonoid's tail flicked and thrashed about, slashing the air with violent ferocity. She slapped her wings against the tail, hoping to reign it in enough to save her any potential liability payments to the shop owners.
As she managed to stabilize her tail with precise muscle movements, Faithilia continued on her way while decreasing her speed, aiding in keeping herself in check. Despite all Faithilia's antics, Temperance continued to be dragged behind her, snagged to her tail as it was coiled on his ankles to keep him in place. Even though he expected to slam against the floor, especially earlier with how crazy Faithilia's tail moved, Temperance never once met the ground, the speed Faithilia moved at being fast enough to keep the guy suspended off the ground.
"Still, I can't believe our names sort of match," Faithilia remarked cheerfully as she effortlessly vaulted over a crate, swishing her tail upwards, taking Temperance with it and narrowly saving the crate from being smashed to pieces but did accidentally knock its top off.
"Huh?" Temperance uttered.
"You know since our names are the same as the ones in the six prophecy thing," Fathilia explained as she reached out to her side. With a soapy pop, a rose-red transparent mana bubble formed at the base of her palm. Faithilia reached into it before pulling out a book adorned in anthropomorphic chibified cats with extremely stylized letters all over its cover.
"See," the girl added, pointing to the book's title with one of her wings. Despite having it pointed out to him, Temperance could barely see any detail of the book, let alone the title. He mumbled in fake acknowledgement, knowing that asking any questions to a person with an even more energetic demeanour than Nakamai would undoubtedly lead to his ears falling off.
As abruptly as she slammed her foot into the ground, Faithilia slid to a grinding halt, a small trail of dust left in her wake before a light thud sounded behind her. With a flowery flick of her wrist, Faithilia pointed towards the nearby building, not even bothering to look where she was pointing as Temperance hopped to his feet.
"Care to explain why you not-so-basically kidnapped me?" Temperance asked whilst smacking the dust and dirt out of his hair. Faithilia dismissively huffed, flicking her dragon tail in Temperance's direction before gently patting the guy's chest with it.
"My good fellow, it's only kidnapping if the person doesn't want to be taken; so, in this case, it's an unexpected trip~," Faithilia said cheekily, leaving Temperance with a dumbfounded expression.
"... I suppose it's not inherently incorrect," Temperance uttered as he brushed the girl's tail off his chest and turned his head to the building he had been brought to, "So... why'd you bring me to a bakery?".
"That's-". Taking a moment to think, Faithilia felt her brain buffer, leaving her frozen with a rigid smug grin on her face as she forcefully turned her head to look where she was pointing. The imposing form of the large golden teddy bear head loomed over her and she turned faintly pink, especially when she saw the sign displaying a deal for couples with equal strength would get a free order. Struggling to hold back her embarrassment, Faithilia swung her head back to Temperance, defensively throwing up her arms and flailing them around as she realized how things looked.

"This- this isn't where I meant to point!" Faithilia exclaimed, shouting loud enough that it briefly caught some passersby's attention. Temperance glanced at the Golden Bear Bakery's sign bearing its name, feeling every inch of its existence exuding a sense of nostalgia as the scent of baked goods filled the surrounding air.
"That's a shame, I kind of wanted to see if that deal is real," a pompously obnoxious male remarked nearby.
A terror of shock shot up Faithilia, forcing her body to tense up before she shivered at recognising the voice. With her fight or flight instinct kicking in, she sprung from her spot and jumped near Temperance, throwing her fists up into a boxing stance as she stared down the two males before her.
(Kalkino is a tall, tanned eighteen-year-old humanoid kitsune/polar bear hybrid; he has glowing super long dark pink to purple to green gradient hair with cyan ends styled like waves, azure cyan eyes with bold slit-shaped pupils with seven small three-pointed stars on the edge of his eyes, dark grey areas of skin [palms, soles, and around eyes], seven long[double his height] extremely fluffy kitsune tails that match his hair colour with large sphere-shaped ends, fuzzy animal ears which are a cross between a kitsune and a polar bear, and metalic opaque ice-looking fangs)
(Kalkino is wearing a large white fur coat with dark cyan fur around its collar and cuffs, black jeans, black sunglasses, large golden shackles around his ankles, and black winter boots)
(Yosuken is a slightly tall twenty-year-old humanoid kitsune/harpy hybrid; he has fluffy neck-low dark green hair with a metalic texture and pale purple ends with a snow texture, cyan to crystally ocean blue gradient eyes with six-pointed star-shaped pupils, pale skin with crystal-textured ocean blue engravings running down his arms and dash-shaped engravings under his eyes, eight long [twice his height] and slim kitsune tails that matches his hair colour with large ring-shaped ends, and two large and long[triple his height] made of snow which matches the colours of his hair)
(Yosuken is wearing an ocean blue bodysuit [covers his torso, legs, and feet], baggy white fur trousers, and cyan silverwood getas)
"Given how you scare females away with that demeanour of yours you'll never know," Yosuken whispered under his breath, his voice only intelligible to those with super hearing. Kalkino slowly swivelled his head towards Yosuken, an agitated smirk on his face, finding his older sibling's remark vaguely amusing as he turned his grin into a toothy grin filled with contempt.
"It almost sounds like you're trying to pick a fight, murmur bird," Kalkino barked, his voice emanating competitive aggression. The male siblings stared each other down, one erupting with explosive fury, the other with silent antagonism. As the tension in the air heated up, Faithilia nervously darted her eyes between the duo, streams of heavy sweat running down her face. In contrast to the nervous girl, Temperance itched his head in confusion, feeling nothing but bewilderment at how suddenly the situation changed.
Without warning, the duo lunged at each other, leaving a thunderous whiplash as they forced the air out of their way. They smashed their foreheads together with a violent bang, their collision kicking up enough force to create a mini-shockwave and kick up the nearby dust from the ground. Being situated closer to its epicentre, the shockwave slammed into Faithilia like a raging bull, flinging her off her feet and sending her flying. Temperance ducked, taking a moment to calculate his options before letting Faithilia hurtle over him. Groaning in anger as she went, Faithilia spiralled over a food cart and crashed face-first into the open crate of gelopines(various coloured pinecones made of gelatin).
"Don't think just cause you two are big shots I won't get my revenge on you for this!" Faithilia exclaimed as her dragon tail slumped over the side of the crate.
