An oddly soothing numbness washed over Zalroth; he slowly began to regain his consciousness and felt his body surface from the endless expanse of the glowing azure-coloured aether ocean. Zalroth opened his greyed-out eyes and stared up at the starry night sky. He continued to look up at the sky as Chronia(in her young form) slowly drifted over to Zalroth until the two lightly bopped heads
"The sky here sure looks pretty," Chronia half-heartedly remarked as she lightly chuckled.
"It probably is if you're saying so," Zalroth mentioned calmly whilst Chronia climbed onto Zalroth's tails on the left side of Zalroth's body. Chronia jokingly asked if Zalroth had gone blind in the few hours the two of them were separated but audibly gasped when she saw Zalroth's blind eyes.
"So, you used Luri's special technique before coming here did you?" Chronia asked. Zalroth heartedly said it was the best thing he could think of at the time. Chronia deeply sighed and rested the back of her head on Zalroth's chest; she asked Zalroth if he believes they'll run into Lurioku and the others. Zalroth said it was unlikely given the reincarnation process is pretty fast. Chronia mumbled it sure is a bummer that they won't be able to celebrate any more of Lola's birthdays or meet Lola's future children; Zalroth agreed with her but added there is a possibility they could meet them in their next life or even their descends, with Chronia saying it wouldn't be the same since they won't have their memories.
"I could help with that," a voice that sounded eerily similar to Lola's said; Zalroth and Chronia darted their heads around before Chronia spotted Codex(from(Un)Lucky Box) sitting on a small dinghy made from her small pink cluster cubes. Chronia relievedly sighed when she registered that Codex wasn't Lola.
"I almost died there... again," Chronia mentioned.
"Yeah... it sure would be heartbreaking if after all your efforts your own daughter ended up here... well your world's Lola," Codex remarked. Chronia asked Codex what she meant by that but Codex said she was just being semantic.
"Anyways, so you want to see this Lola person's birthdays and also would like to meet your grandchildren?" Codex asked; Chronia nodded her head affirmatively and passionately grabbed Zalroth's face.

"You can do that?" Zalroth asked as he pulled Chronia's hands off his face; Codex nodded her head and gathered a few of her cluster cubes into a box.
"Although I'm not actually one, you can sort of think of me as the god of wishes," Codex remarked. Chronia asked if there were some sort of strings attached; Codex explained that under normal circumstances people usually have some sort of physical toll placed on them when she grants their wishes: loss of senses, temporary loss of body/body parts, literal loss of body parts and other stuff she'd rather not describe, given that she is a child after all.
"But given that you two are really strong those things won't happen... probably," Codex awkwardly stated as she lightly tapped the tips of her fingers together and nervously giggled.
"Then what would happen... would we be required to fight some sort of super strong force of nature?" Zalroth cheekily inquired, which made Chronia sigh with an unsurprised tone.
"That's not likely... actually would that be an appropriate balancer?" Codex asked as she darted her eyes down at the cluster cube box; Codex appeared to have a revelation as she looked up from her cluster cube box.
"So... do you guys want to make a wish?" Codex asked. Chronia smugly grinned and pressed her cheek against Zalroth's face; Chronia continually rubbed her cheek against Zalroth's face until Zalroth smugly sighed.
"I suppose we could give it a try," Zalroth uttered. Codex happily clapped her hands and made the cluster cube box hover over to Zalroth and Chronia; Chronia grabbed one of Zalroth's hands and guided it over to the cluster cube box.
The pair placed their interlocked hands on the box; The box began to glow and as its components began to shake the aether around the duo started to circle and form into a whirlpool. The whirlpool continually expanded and its ferocity drastically increased as a bright light deep beneath the aether ocean began to rise to the surface. Chronia glanced down at the light before turning to Codex to ask her a question; however, all Chronia could do was watch Codex as she sailed away on her cluster cube dinghy.
"Have fun you two~" Codex cheerfully exclaimed as she waved at Chronia. Chronia defeatedly exhaled and muttered that Codex somewhat reminds her of a more carefree Lola.
"I'd say she's more free-spirited," Zalroth remarked. Chronia agreed before a strong rumble from deep below the aether ocean caught the couple's attention; The two looked downwards and were greeted by a massive geyser of super concentrated glowing cyan liquid aether that completely obscured Chronia and Zalroth as the light from the hundreds of erupting geyser illuminated the sky.
