The first half of Arc 1 was lacking in a lot of areas such as storytelling, plot, descriptions and even the information given. I plan to eventually go back and add changes and rewrite some parts.

I will list some changes below. However, some of these changes will not be added into the first half of story just yet as I haven't yet worked on it.

1. Emi- When we meet Emi, she is a helpless child. I will be changing this. She will now be a teenager and she will have some useful skills. I will be adding her more into the first half of Arc 1 as I realized there’s not a whole lot of use for her character and she hasn’t really impacted the story much.

1. The Fear Demon- In the beginning of arc 1, Amaya comes across a type of demon Known as a Fear Demon. She is left near death, but the Demon allows her to get away. But why? I realize I didn’t explain it much, so here’s the explanation.

Fear Demons are a type of demon that thrive off the fear they make others feel, as a result it makes them stronger. The Demon allowed Amaya to live, while sending her off with some words “Keep On running.”

This way, Amaya will continue to live, looking over her shoulder with the fear that the demon will come back. This way, the demon thrives off her fear.

What to expect in the future of this story.

Character development- I will be putting immense effort into how my characters grow, and I will be adding more depth to them. This way, they won’t feel bland to the reader.

The Cult of 'Him'- some of these cultists made an appearance earlier in Arc1, then the readers may feel as if it was just a random happening and that I might’ve forgotten about that plot point. They will be playing a role in the future, perhaps in late Arc 2 or Arc 3.

Amaya- she may be dumb and weak, but I want her to grow in all areas with time. Not just in strength, I want her to learn to use my brain and solve problems within the story.

Katsu- He started off as a a parody character based of numerous characters mixed into one, but I’ve ditched that idea. I him to be his own character, not based on anything. I want to add more depth to him, such as emotions he may feel for things/people, and standard he may have.

Things I may have confused you about.

There might be some things I might have confused my reader with, so I’ll add some information.

Maya & [Rage] - Maya portrayed in the story is Amaya’s subconscious, her alternate persona. A version of herself that doesn’t have limits set by emotions such as fear. In times of need, she may take over Amaya’s body. But Maya cannot just do this anytime. (For the sake of the plot I won’t spill to much, but for reasons, Maya can’t take over as she pleases)

Whenever Maya does take control, Amaya blacks out having no memory of what happened while Maya was in control.

This can sometimes be confused with Amaya’s [Rage] ability, which also causes Amaya to black out if she gets angry enough, leaving her unaware of what happened while [Rage] was activated.

Note: If anyone has things they may be confused about, be sure to comment. I’m open to suggestions and criticism.

I don’t mind giving an explanation to things that i might’ve confused my reader with.

And do not worry, I will edit the story as needed to make things less confusing and easier to understand.
