Previously on To Remember...
AN: So tomorrow seems to be the day of travel. As I promised earlier, will greet y’all when I come back with three chapters.
Anyways, I finally have time from all the packing and moving and applications so HERE:

Agnes looked around and spotted the couple she had been traveling with sitting across each other and in the middle a crackling fire. She wanted to get out of the wagon and get closer to them but then she heard the man speak.
“Tch, if I knew she’s be this much trouble, I wouldn’t have bothered taking her to the capital” he sounded agonized
“You said she’d get us money if we sold her as a slave. But she’s eaten up half of all the money we have on us!” the lady shrieked angrily in response.
‘Slave…?’ Agnes thought. It was a word she knew. Lamia used to be one of those. And Lamia said those were awful.
Agnes’ eyes widened and she realized that this situation was not a good one. But she was just five years old so she didn’t really know what to do. She looked around and decided to get out of the wagon.
Instead of letting her creep out quietly, the wagon creaked then tilted and made her fall off.
“Ouch” she grimaced rubbing her elbow.
She heard the crunching of leaves and Ruby and Cameron made their way towards her.
“Are you okay?” came Cameron’s sweet voice
“Did you just wake up?” Ruby’s gentle voice followed.
Agnes was scared. They were acting very different from a while ago. She slowly moved her head from the left to the right.
“Oh? Then you’ve been awake for a while?” Ruby smiled and placed her hands behind her.
Agnes shivered at that smile and then stood up startling Ruby and Cameron.
She opened her mouth to speak then with a swift motion took to her heels.
Ruby’s eyes widened, “Bitch! She heard us!” She slapped Cameron’s back and ran after her.
Agnes was running furiously but she could hear footsteps behind her. She tried to increase her speed and saw fire in front on her and immediately stopped, tumbling in the process.
She felt the back of her dress grabbed and was spun around to face Cameron whose face no longer held the sweet look.
He cackled, “Did you really just try to outrun us?”
Agnes shook her head furiously.
“Oh?” he smiled viciously, “Then what were you doing?”
Agnes was shaking, ‘What are they going to do to me’ She wanted to cry for help but was too scared to move her mouth.
“I asked, what were you doing?!” Cameron roared in her face.
“I-I-I-I…” She began. She glanced behind him to see Ruby smiling cockily.
Then she saw something by Cameron’s leg. The moonlight had directed her attention to it. It was glass. Broken glass. She looked right into Cameron’s eyes and began to struggle to break free.
His grip was very tight and Agnes could barely move. But with all the struggling movement, Agnes was now at arm’s length from the glass.
She was panting furiously.
“Oi, Ruby. This one is troublesome” Cameron smiled.
“Did you just notice?” Ruby chuckled, “Just put her in the wagon. At least we don’t have to act anymore”
“Yea, yeaa.” Cameron laughed.
At this point, Agnes grabbed the glass and stabbed the hand holding her dress with all the force she had.
He screamed furiously and let her go.
Agnes stared at the two in front of her. She was feeling dizzy and unsteady. She kept panting loudly.
“This bitch!” Cameron screamed and charged towards her.
Agnes felt herself move and everywhere went purple then black.

Ruby watched as Cameron darted towards the little girl.
“He’s so hotheaded against a little girl” She scoffed but what happened next baffled her.
The girl glowed purple and moved steadily from the path Cameron was charging into. Cameron was obviously enraged and he charged at Agnes without care and the small bleeding hand that held and green broken glass moved upwards and Cameron found himself stabbed in the heart.
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
It was then that Cameron seemed to come to his senses, “Wha---?” he asked baffled with another swift motion, Agnes let the glass fall and with her right hand hit the right side of his head. Instead of hearing a crack from the impact, the gruesome scene of a head falling from its body followed and Cameron’s lifeless body hit the floor.
Ruby couldn’t make a sound. She didn’t understand what just happened. The crunching of leaves was heard and she found herself facing the purple glowing blue eyed Agnes.
The face that looked at Ruby was lifeless and unlike Ruby’s assumption, Agnes’ eyes were black. There was no hint of light in them. Agnes looked just like a demon to Ruby.
Suddenly after staring at her Agnes took a step forwards and at this Ruby let out a bloodcurdling scream.
“NO! Don’t come any closer!”
Agnes took another step forward.
“I’m begging you!” Ruby was scared beyond belief. She couldn’t believe what was happening. Not at all.
Agnes suddenly charged at her and she screamed in fear then she felt the wind brush past her and looked up. Agnes was gone. She turned around to see a small glowing figure moving further away.

Agnes blinked and found herself in a thick covering in the forest. She looked around and saw no one. She didn’t understand what was going on. After the blackness she remembered nothing. She felt for where she was lying down and used her arms to sit up. She felt inexplicably weak for some reason. She felt her head wanting to split and grabbed it with her left hand. Her right hand felt weird and she looked at it. She couldn’t see well so she moved a little towards the light and realized that it was not night anymore.
Her stomach rumbled and she grabbed her stomach with her right hand and looked at her now dirty yellow dress. She patted her head realizing that her grass hat was gone too.
She scooted weakly towards the morning light seeping through the leaves and let go of her stomach. She stared down at her yellow dress that had hints of red from her parents and began to cry.
She raised her right hand to wipe her tears and then stopped. She looked at them startled there was dry blood on them. It was not her parent’s blood she knew that very well. Ruby and Cameron had helped her wash the blood off her hands.
‘Whose blood is this?’ she pondered and patted herself down but she could find no deep injuries on her body. She cocked her head to the right obviously confused.
She closed her eyes and remembered Cameron holding her by the dress and then the glass beside him. Then she realized that she couldn’t remember what happened after Cameron charged at her. She tried racking her brain to jolt the memory but that just gave her a head ache.
She sighed and rested on the tree stump behind her.
“What could have---“ she began to speak but then countless images rushed into her head and she held her head tightly as it threatened to fall off from the information overload.
Her eyes darted around confused and then it widened.
“What is this?” She asked herself baffled. In her head, she could see her hand cut off Cameron’s head. She stood up shakily, “There’s no way, I would do this...” she muttered absentmindedly.
Then Ruby’s scared image floated into her mind.
“No…” Agnes muttered and with an earthshaking roar once again, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!”
