I chanted as fast as I could , he was about 100m away from me so ducked and made ice path in his way, he did not have any weapon so he is martial artist, by the time my spell was complete he was just 10m away from me, in less then 3sec he slipped because of of ice under his feet, he was disbalanced for second and I wanted to use this opening to end the fight, I jumped and used blunt part of my sword and my aim was back of his neck but he seems to predict my movements and ducked below me and was about to punch me in gut but I reacted first and stopped his first with my crossed arm I felt some impact but it wasn't much suprising my opponent, but it was short lived he dashed towards me ones again and ice beneath his feet cracked

"Haha nice trick it would have worked on other D-rankers."

He said with intense glim in his eyes, as he punched towards me I ducked using my size to advantage against tall man but he kicked after seeing me duck, I slid to side and used my movementum to get back on my feet but his relentless attack didn't stop he ones again used his big right first to launch punch towards my face I doged my ducking but I didn't know his other first was going towards my gut.

I cursed as I had to take this attack as I didn't have time to react, I again crossed my hand to tank his hit , and hit it did my bones shook from impact but I used that impact to do back flip to gain some distance between us and while I was in air I emitted mana in my surround and shaped mana in form of blades, once I landed I just have to complete the spell

After chanting spell I aimed at him and shot the spell with everything I got, he wasn't able to react and was hit by it, but he also used his arms to black most of the impact, he was stunned because of impact so I decided to use time to finish this fight, I attacked him with my sword ones more but at end I could see his smirk and alarm bell rang in my head so I did most logical thing I threw my sword towards him and propelled it further with wind magic and I backed down he reacted to my throw easily indicating he wasn't stunned at all.

"Good instinct's you got their missy."

He complimented me,

"But now you have lost your weapon, though your decent at magic I get the feeling you are not experienced in fight with it."

He commented and with each word I grited my teeth 'I was seen through' after saying that he ones again dashed towards me with more speed then before but this time I was ready he ones again launched punch towards my gut but I could see through it this time it was just feint so I decided to jump backwards to dodge any form of attack but I didn't account for his kicks reach but I could react to his kicks I decided to catch his kick it was risky but I decided to go with I caught his kick and impact rattled bones in my arm but using his momentum against him and slammed him in ground he was so surprised by my move he couldn't defend against my chop to his neck thats what I thought but somehow my chop felt like I have just hit metal I used mana sight and found he used his mana to strengthen his neck so he could survive my chop but bell rang and with it 3minuyes were over. I sighed in relief as I didn't have any more ways without killing him to stop him.

"Geez your full of tricks aren't you miss.

I felt as if I am fighting other D-ranker."

He said with sigh but this was great compliment for me.

"You havent been knocked out at the end, if it was up to me I could've promoted you to D-rank but oh well, congratulations on becoming E-ranked Adventurer."

He said as he tapped on my back and laughed heartily I was stunned for second but I came out of my stupor when Risa approached us.

"Tyrak you went to far, targeting young girls face is no good!"

She scolded Tyrak who just awkwardly scratched back of his head, but after scolding him some more she turned her attention towards me.

"You were amazing ! I have never seen anybody fight with both sword and spells this well at your level, give me your guild card I will upgrade it for you."

I said my thanks with bow.

Risa also praised me and I was really happy about praise so I nodded and handed her my card, she left after that.

I turned my attention towards Tyrak ones more.

"Thank you for guidance Mr. Tyrak."

"You can rest for today meet me at guild tomorrow at first morning ring."

He said and saying good bye he left. I also returned to Inn for day after that I practiced magic some more and went to sleep..
