I was standing in front of Melita cities Adventurers guild, after coming this close I finally noticed something that Adventurers had that I was missing , I did not not have any weapon or Armor in excitement of leaving orphanage I have forgotten about it, so I made my towards weapon shop, Owner of weapon shop was acquaintance so I entered shop.

"Oh lass I remember ya "

A middle aged man said in heavy accent.

"Your lass that delivered coal from old man Barnes."

He added.

"So what do you need today lass?"

He continued sorting all weapons.

"I would like to buy a sword and leather armour."

I said briefly , he humped and nodded.

"You have unlocked your status uh lass ?"

He guessed, I only nodded and he began skiming through swords he had arranged he picked a normal Iron sword, and handed it to me it's weight was just right and balance was also good so I asked.

"How much for this?"

I asked with little worry as I can't afford if it is too expensive.

" don't you worry it's only 2 silver."

He said and laughed heartily, I sighed in relief I was able to save about 40 silver coins in the last 6 years so I would have quite a bit of money left even after buying sword, as I was swinging sword trying to get handle of it shop owner was already looking for leather armour for me after some more swings I have gotten used to this sword which has different than my practice sword.

"Here lassie, this breast plate armour is best leather armour I have on me."

He showed me height breast plate armour it was perfect for my size so I wore it.

"This armour is Also 2 silver here sheath of yer sword."

He said handing out sheath of sword which I placed on my waist with belt I brought after that after paying him and saying thanks I left the weapon shop and headed towards adventurer's guild once again.

I walked for some time reaching a big double door of the Adventurers guild opening it with all my strength, I feigned confidence as I strolled towards the receptionist with the least amount of Adventurers in front of her after some time it was my turn .

"Welcome to the Adventurers guild what can I do for you young lady?"

Receptionist asked in pleasent voice,

"I would like to register as Adventurer."

I said with determination, this is it time for truth.

"I see! Have you unlocked your status?"

She asked in relaxed tone.

"Yes."

I replied briefly.

"Not much talker are you."

She said with wry smile, I could only blush in embarrassment due to nervousness I was only answering questions briefly as possible while I was musing over my nervousness, Receptionist lady brought out large ball sized silver sphere,

"In what profession should I register you?"

She asked in same pleasant tone.

"Swordsman, would be great."

I replied with little nervousness.

"Wonderful! I have these form you will have to fill."

She said handing me a form, I quickly filled the form it was common information like name, age, race , profession etc. After feeling information I handed over my form to receptionist who quickly began to store it in sphere, after while she was done and she hand me small needle and sphere.

"Drop of blood on sphere please."

She said with a smile , I prickled my ring finger and a drop of blood fall on sphere, sphere gained green shine after a while .

"Your registration is complete here this is your Adventurer's plate , it is proof of your Identification so don't lose it."

Receptionist said with same smile handing, A bronze coloured plate with F written on it, indicating my rank as Adventurer, after that my basic information was also written on it, I took it and tugged it in my bag.

"You can take any requests under F- rank board."

She said lightly I nodded

"Thank you miss?"

I said with questioning tone.

"Oh dear, I haven't introduced myself my name is Risa you can talk to me if you have any doubt?"

She said with genuine smile this time, smile before that seems fake somehow.

I nodded ones again , right now was still morning time so I decided to take a look at request board. After checking request board I chosed A request for Dias flower

It came with discription and I have seen it before and it is only F-rank request which is outside the city where I can find as well as level up by fighting low level monsters that I will most likely encounter.

I took the request sheet to Risa again who had already dealt with last Adventurer in her line , I approached her .

"I would like to take this request miss Risa ."

I said with bit of exhilaration. she nodded with smile.

"Herb gathering request are most dangerous F-rank request, are you sure ?"

She asked worriedly, I was surprised aside from old librarian nobody has been worried about me before, I could only nod in response with smile.

she still looking at me worriedly processed the request.

"You can go now, you have to find 40 flowers before end of tomorrow and you will get designated pay."

She explained in same worried tone.

"Thank you."

I said softly she only chuckled softly and nodded, with that I left the city through city gates for first time ever.

I was finally outside the city I was nervous as well as excited for first time in while, I began looking through outskirt of forest and sand route, that connect this city with next town , I wanted to enter the forest but I decided to complete my request first.
