I looked around on the outer perimeter of forest after searching for half an hour I finally found foliage with Dias flowers There were only twenty flowers present in this particular foliage so after harvesting them properly I started searching for remaining flowers, at first after entering the forest I was quite nervous but after getting used to atmosphere I let down my guard and as if to punish me for that a shadow jumped out of bushes I was surprised but I was able to dodge whatever that had attacked me, I slid on ground and stood up again trying to get good look at my attacker it was rabit with one horn, it was unicorn rabbit, one of the weakest monster though they are considered E-ranked monster due to how fast they are, though they aren't very durable and even level 1 can harm them though defeating one is extremely difficult for someone at level 1 it is not that rare.

After identifying my attacker I looked at it with weariness even though it is weak I don't really have a way to defeat such a nimble monster, so I decided to rally on counter attack, after shaking it's head in surprise that I dodged him rabbit charged towards me with even more speed than before he jumped up to impale me with his horn so I dodged with everything I got , after some more thrilling dodges I got used to its speed so I decided to finish it with timed cleave after dodging his attack he charged at me with everything he got ones more I dodged Just like before and was about to cleave his head from side when bush behind me made voice on instinct's I dodged attack from another attacker it was different from rabbit, it had black fur coat with bigger incissors then even rabbit that attacked me, it was E-rank monster giant rat known for their extremely high birthrate, though they won't form any groups, it seems this rat sensed our confrontation and decided to show up to pick up some slack but after seeing that Rabbit would be slain easily and I will likely take prey away with me he decided it would be profitable for him if he created chaos in our battle, giant rats are considered smart monsters, though this one seems to be more intelligent than other giant rats, as if to break me out of my musings unicorn rabbit charged towards me ones again, though I decided to side step Giant rat though intelligent wasn't intelligent enough to remove himself in time from line of charge of rabbit rabbit horn skewered through giant rat and I decided to take this chance and lopped head of Unicorn rabbit after which ignoring ding, I stabbed in giant rats brain to finish him if to in one Swift move I could finally calm down as my first battle was more mentally taxing than it was physically. I flopped on the ground and heard a pleasant ding.

After seeing that I leveled up 3 times I wanted to dance in Joy . I distributed my stat points, HP and MP does not need stat points to grow, so for now I left it as is and distributed the points.

After analysing my gains from level up I harvested ears of both giant rat and unicorn rabbit along with Rabbits horn and rats giant incissors and stored them in my bag I wanted take Rabbits meat with me but I didn't know how to prepare it so I left it their and continued searching for Dias flower, after two more hours it was already late afternoon and I found foliage with more then 50 flowers I harvested all of them in hopes that I would get bonus from it, and headed out forest I didn't encounter anymore monsters and my journey back was quite uneventful I entered the City through gates and guard remembering that I was gone for about 7 hours allowed me to enter without asking anything, I reached Adventurers guild and approached Risa's counter she was still their after waiting in line for about 15 minutes it was finally my turn.

"Miss Risa I have completed the request I took ."

I said with big smile on my face.

"Oh your done already, it wasn't even been 10 hrs since you took that quest."

She said in surprised tone, I could only smile at her.

"Yeah I have seen what Dias flower look like in person before, so it was easier to find ones I entered forest."

I said in flow of things but I could see Risa's face turn angry.

"It's dangerous to enter forest when your just level 1."

She said angrylily Risa was disappointed she has seen many children entering forest after their awakening and not returning back, and she thought Mavis was smart girl and wouldn't do something like that.

"I was only on outskirts of forest some monsters even attack foot route do they not."

I said trying to defend herself.

"But it still dangerous you will not enter forest until you level up."

Risa said sternly.

"But I already leveled up! I killed giant rat and leveled up."

I said trying to hide the fact I fought two monsters.

"You leveled up huh, did you go looking for monster in forest, you could run away from monster guild keeps low level monsters for new awakeners to level up though your are only allowed to single one of them, after you complete 5 requests, I know it is slower but it is also lot safer."

Risa argued Mavis was little touched though it hasn't even been day since they met, still worried about me though I knew she was just worried about child, and wasn't at all for her specifically she would've said same thing to any other newcommer.

"It's not that, when I was searching for flower I stumbled upon Giant rat eating unicorn rabbit caracass, so while he was busy I took opportunity and beheaded rat, and harvested usefull parts from both aside from their meat as I don't know how to treat meat of monsters."

I explained with calm tone.

"So you were stumbled upon opportunity and took it while still being safe.?"

Risa asked seemingly convinced by my argument, I nodded at her.

"Could you also bye horn of unicorn rabbit and teeths of giant rat?"

I asked with bit of hope as I don't think I could leave on only meager pay of request so I was hoping I could get something out of useful parts.

"Yeah sure for both of this you would get 1silver in total."

Request only paind about 40 copper soother two are 60 copper I was glad that I could now save some money even though it isn't much I nodded and took money thanking Risa I left the Adventurers guild and headed towards poor part of city, this had cheapest inn in city and it was quite safe as owner was retired D- rank adventurer though not lot of people know about it. I quickly paid him for a weak with money for breakfast and dinner so with all that it was 5 silver coins , today expense 9 silver coins and I earned one silver coin and I was also able to level up and as I paid for weapon and armour along with stay for week in inn I was sure to save more in next week if I don't break or chip my sword. After thinking how eventfull today was a smile of contentment appeared on my face and I slipped to dream after having dinner
