Some days later, Frank, Amelia, Fritz, and the rest of the recruits were tasked with sabotaging the garrisons near the I.N.C.Q. The I.N.C.Q was a tall tower about ~7 kilometres tall with over 2000 stories, responsible for managing information and news outlets that were approved by the official Quadaric Information and Communication Welfare Approvements(Q.I.C.W.A) and funded by the I.F.Q.S directly. It was so tall you could see above the clouds from the very tip of the tower but there was no balcony or rooftop up there. The base of the tower was a huge area of about 700 metres by 700 metres with four ginormous structures at the base that prevented the tower from collapsing. The shape of the tower was that of a cone but more pyramid-shaped. The area around it was heavily guarded with another whopping 3 kilometres squared land. It was protected by huge impenetrable walls which encircled the entire outskirt of the grass field surrounding it. It was surrounded by an invisible force field that protected it against all projectiles. There were four gates leading into the I.N.C.Q. They allowed only workers and staff as well as high-ranking officials with high security profiles. Before being let in through the gates, there was an inspection of the vehicles and body for any unwanted objects. During the inspection, the gates were closed. If a group of revolutionists managed to sneak inside, there was still one problem, the identification check. The identification check was everywhere in the tower and it was impossible to get into the more private and secretive parts of the tower without getting caught. Once caught, the suspect would be interrogated and brainwashed to forget about everything after leaving the place. The tower contained all of the vital information to the A.Q.C from propaganda videos to censored news articles and banned information. This would be the perfect way to free all the citizens of their brainwashed minds. The garrisons ranged widely from just policemen to guardsmen to QRTs(Quadaric Royal Troopers). It was way too heavily defended. The VTOLs patrolled around the walls with searchlights scanning for any unwanted intruders. The walls themselves were made from a special type of material that was classified but if you touch the walls your hand will start burning and melting. To make it even worse, invisible drones were watching your every step. There was almost no way to break in stealthily or more yet, unnoticed. The workers and staff had to take amnestic pills given to them at the end of their working hours. High-ranking officials included only Q.H.C.Ms(Quadaric High Council Members) and the Senator of Quadaria, Q.H.C.M. Asreilius R. Watson. They came in convoys with dozens of QRTs protecting them. Tanks, jets, and all sorts of vehicles would be on standby, ready to protect important figures of the entire I.F.Q.S. There were also an unusual number of androids, robots, and other AI-controlled systems. How were they going to break in? Well, an insider. Mr. Marcelle Wilfred the 2nd was a long worker of the I.N.C.Q. He had a family tradition of working for them. Down to his great, great, great, great, great grandparents. His ancestors had been working for the I.N.C.Q long before the war even began. Wilfred however, wanted it to end. He didn't want to work for the I.N.C.Q anymore. He found the work boring, tiring, and exhausting. Especially now that the days of the Quadarium Empire were coming to an end. They started getting paid less but got even more work. The working conditions were getting quite bad.
One morning, Frank was sneaking around the city, trying to scout out whatever he found useful before the operation commenced. While he was walking, he saw 5 Quadric Royal Troopers heading his way. Frank had to act quickly and get out of the situation but then one of the QRTs grabbed him by his shoulder.
"What are you doing around here, citizen? It's way too early for you to be outside your home.", the trooper spoke in a deep, muffled, and terrifying voice.
Frank panicked. He didn't know what to do in the situation. Then, the QRT spoke again.
"Answer, citizen."
Frank immediately thought up a lie.
"I-I have a job that starts early in the morning!", Frank answered not so suspiciously in an uncouragous and nervous voice.
The QRT was suspicious of Frank so the QRT questioned Frank further.
"What job?", the QRT asked.
The other QRTs were leaving the scene and going to patrol around a different area. The QRT that was questioning Frank was getting impatient.

"Answer now citizen or I'll have to take you into custody."
Frank was panicking now.
"P-Please don't, sir! I-I have a wife and kids at home. Without me, they'll surely starve to death!", Frank answered fakingly sobbing.
"Fine, you're lucky I'll let you go about your day but next time, not so much.", the QRT answered annoyedly and left.
Frank took a sigh of relief. He almost had a heart attack due to the sheer panicking-inducing moment that was, too weighed down by lies. The QRTs in their terrifying white armours with golden edges, their advanced weaponry, their terrifyingly cold demeanour, their helmets with the soulless eye sockets staring straight through your soul, and most of all their terrifying white trench coats with the bottom part rolled up. There's a reason they're called the 'Reapers in the form of Angels' or the 'White Reapers'. Their monotonous voice would instantly make anyone talking to them feel nervous, shivering in fear.
After that incident, Frank was more cautious than ever. His mission was to kidnap a high-ranking official and while the hostage negotiations were happening, launch an attack on the north side of the I.N.C.Q tower. The north side of the walls was a beach. The beaches were regularly patrolled by soldiers but not enough to defend against an attack. But that wasn't the main interest, instead, the main reason this seaside wall was so important was that there was a river that was connected to the water supply that went beyond the walls. Unfortunately, they couldn't poison the water supply as there was a water purifier and they also didn't want to kill innocent workers. This was the weakpoint and the A.Q.C was taking full advantage of it. The plan would continue with both the city guards distracted and the guards of the I.N.C.Q distracted too. The A.Q.C would use this panic and distraction to send in undercover agents AKA revolutionists. Frank would be one of these people. Using perfectly timed events, the A.Q.C would essentially sneak in during the midday without being immediately caught. This was where the 2nd biggest problem of the plan arose, the inside of the tower. For all the A.Q.C knew, they had little to no information about the inside of the tower. Wilfred wasn't much help either as even getting him to remember was barely even possible because they had to keep giving him anti-medicates which were fed to him after he came home to reduce the effects of the amnestic pills but almost nothing would even come out of him anyway as he wasn't a very explorative guy and making him map out the tower would make him even more suspicious than he already was. If one problem was solved another just kept popping up. It was amazing how the A.Q.C was able to keep up with all of this. Perhaps the A.Q.C had something more intelligent that was controlling them and secretly helping them out from the shadows. Something far superior to the human mind. Something mechanical.
Some days later after he almost got caught, Amelia and Frank were having a conversation in the countryside. They were in a cafe. The lovely plain fields of grass looked stunning but that was not where his attention was. He was lost staring at Amelia's beauty. In her wonderful green dress and her nice hat, she looked more beautiful than ever. Her face shone against the sunlight. Her slim and fit body. She was the perfect woman. It was then that Frank realised that Amelia didn't have her helmet on. This sudden realisation combined with Amelia's beauty pierced through Frank's heart like an arrow of Cupid. They conversed for hours without realising that it was already sunset. It was only when Frank's watch started beeping to show that it was already near curfew. Once he realised this, he took a car and drove back to their hideout. While on the car on the rough road full of potholes, Frank was feeling quite unpleasant driving the car. Then Amelia decided to say something she'd been hiding from Frank as she thought this was the right moment.
"So Frank," Amelia spoke.
"What is it?", Frank asked.
"I want to know what your feelings towards me are, Frank.", Amelia asked passive-aggressively.
"I start to feel like this relationship between us is just not going forward the way I expected."
Frank was confused.
"Frank, I-I love you! I always have! I fell in love with you the second I met you."
Frank was caught off guard and almost crashed the car by accidentally turning the steering wheel.
"Woah, Frank! Look where you're driving!", Amelia said in panic.
Frank meets Friedrich and goes to complete the mission but Josh tries to stop him. Josh sides with Frank and helps him. The A.Q.C has horrible ambitions so Frank leaves and gets shot by one of the members. The A.Q.C fell after they were raided by QRTs. Frank had spread the truth and now a huge Quadaric uprising began causing the fall of the Quadarium Empire. Friedrich abandons the A.Q.C, leaving only Reagel and Amelia. Reagel died in the raid so no help from him.
