Pt. 1 Chapter - 4: A Painful Anguish

On the day of the search, a policeman came to their house for taxation and caught Frank's mother beating them again. The policeman arrested her and put her into custody while Frank and his sister were put in an orphanage. They were now free of the endless torment their parents had put them through. Although Frank's sister died of starvation. The saddest part about it was the fact that Frank didn't even know what his sister's name was. He just called her 'Sister' and that was about it. It never occurred to Frank that he didn't even know his family members' names. He was never taught to ask for names either. It was quite unfortunate. An unlucky fate. Frank would never be adopted and would leave the orphanage at the age of 7 to survive on his own. It was rough, to say the least. He worked for a newspaper printing office and would be offered a bike to deliver newspapers. "Why do newspapers still exist? Doesn't this take place in the 3rd millennium?", you might ask. Well, Frank is in a rural area or more specifically, a town where modern technology is forbidden. No phones, no computers, no internet. Frank had Josh and he was his only friend. Frank lacked social skills. He never talked a lot and didn't make many friends during elementary school. He was lucky that he managed to get himself into one. The fees for the classes were highly inflated due to the state of their economy. The Quadarium sector was literally in an inter-sector war with the Alarion sector. And also Frank's town was being attacked by filthy Alarics in the countryside!

What to write:

Frank and his sister are left with their mother who became a drunkard and became abusive as she was unemployed and they went bankrupt. Until one day when a search team is warranted to search Frank's house. Some could say it was the happiest day of his life. He continued to become a paperboy and managed to save enough money to go to college.
