Theria decided that the next thing she should do was to check in with the Settlements in the glades of the Night Elves to see how they fared and how relations between the Dawn Elves and Night Elves had developed, and if diplomatic relations might be entered to, especially with the Army relatively near and due to travel past. Theria opened a portal to the temple of the Night Elves she had spent the most time at previously to make contact with them and stood before the Soultree, which had previously been the ceremony of Assassination Tree but was now surrounded by green soul fire. Theria blessed the Soultree again, making the tree grow taller, broader and appeared stronger, and the green fire around it intensified. She did this while simultaneously waiting for the High Priest to arrive. Night Elves and Dawn Elves watched on warily from a distance but with curiosity.
The obviously quickly dressed High Priest, still adjusting their robes, arrived relatively promptly and bowed to Theria, and offered Theria hospitality; Theria's ring of discernment glowed green, so she accepted. A table was prepared and tea made, and the village Chieftan, the High Priest and the Warband Leader joined Theria at the table. Theria started things by telling the tale of what had happened to her since she had left the village. She also offered the friendship of the Five Free Orc Cities, the Clan of Adalbern, and the Kingdom of Fecundity. She then further offered honeymooning in Hibernation City for anyone who would want it and the opportunity to visit any places under Theria's influence for the population if it would help them. Theria opened Portals between the ten villages in the Night Elves Glades and the Village she was in. The Dawn Elves sent messengers through, letting the populations of the other nine villages know the offers Theria had made; this included the three Night Elven Villages that Theria had avoided. After this, Theria asked the Dawn Elves to tell her their experiences since she'd left.
The High Priest said, "Night Elves weren't happy about the change generally, but the Dawn Elves were; they enjoyed good relations, and some Night Elves had asked the Dawn Elven High Priests for blessings and had slowly transformed into Dawn Elves. Thank you for helping us to feel closer to the light of the creator and feel the power of the Valar, something our ancestors missed out on, as we were already deep underground when the Call of the Valar was sent out to the Elves, we never got the call to the sea or to see the Light of Heaven before the dawning of the Sun, we never followed or rejected the call as the call never reached us until you unleashed your primordial nature blessing upon us and then a version of the call was received through the green light, but still no call to the sea that other Elves feel."
The Chieftan said, "We welcome good relations with our neighbours and thank you for bringing us new alliances."
The Warband Leader said, "We are no longer actively looking to assassinate anyone nor taking on commissions. Other Night Elves may still operate, but if so, it is only on a very small scale. I note you do not have a mount with you this time. We breed Shdow Tigers here. Perhaps you might like a gift of a mount?" Theria asked, "Might I bless your streak of Shadow Tigers, and see what they become and then, if I could have four mounts, that would be most helpful." The Warband Leader said, "If you can make them all stronger, then yes, I can let you have four."

Theria visited the streak of Shadow Tigers and blessed them with Force of Nature: storm surge and green mist and green lightning imbued the beasts with power and transformed them into much larger DireTigers, with an enhanced sense of the presence of others, massive sabre tooth fangs and a chameleon skin complexion that enables them to blend into the background. The Warleader was most impressed and gifted Theria with eight of them. Theria then opened a series of Portals, giving one first to Princess Tystin, because she was nearest danger and might need it; she loved it, and then one to Dawn, who decided to join Theria with her DireTiger, and meet the other Dawn Elves. She offered a further two DireTigers to the Tigerlady and Findel. The two largest, most vital breeding pairs she sent to Hibernation City to breed a streak where her fellow Bearkin could keep an eye on them; of these last four, Theria hoped to have cubs soon. Two other Dawn Elves asked Theria to bless their ShadowTigers streaks which she did, and they both gave Theria Ten DireTigers each; in return for the transformation these she also sent to Hibernation City to breed except two, one she sent to the Den Mother, who was delighted and the other she kept to ride while the GreaterDireBear hibernated.
A few Night Elves came to Theria to receive her Blessing and become Dawn Elves, and Theria was happy to transform them. A Night Elf asked to accompany Theria to learn more about her for the time being, and as Theria's ring was blue, she allowed this to happen.
A couple of Dawn Elves asked to visit the Fey Orc Free Orc City, and a portal was opened; shortly afterwards, two Fey Orcs shaman stepped through the portal as diplomats to the Dawn Elves. Two Night Elves for who Theria's ring was green, plus those Dawn Elves who wished to were all allowed through who wanted to have a Honeymoon experience of blessed fertility, were portaled through to Hibernation City. Some Dawn Elves asked to visit Far Bear, Little Bear, Big Bear, Jade City, and Theria opened portals to each of these places and some of the Dawn Elves when through to visit each place. From Little Bear, a group of twentyone Soldier Giant Ants and forty-two Worker Giant Ants came through the portal to help the Dawn Elves; they included Seven Queen Ant Eggs for the seven blessed villages; the Dawn Elves were delighted, and they split up between the seven Temples and started there nests under the temple, Five more giant soldier ants came through they also carried through one young Queen giant spider and four young giant spider defenders they all stayed at just the main temple. Theria asked the Dawn Elves if they would like this Village defended as a City in case the glade of the Night Elves was invaded; they'd have one place to run back to defend, and the Dawn Elves Agreed, so a Portal was opened to the Mines of the Ironchest Dwarves and also to the Adalbern Embassy at Jade City, Workers form half the Jade City guard, and two-thirds of Clan Adalbern Embassy staff were allocated to assisting the defences, with some help from the bust Ironchest Dwarves, the Feybear Dwarves lent a hand as well as Giant Worker Ants building defences to make a fortified city, this is as was being done to the Free Orc Cities.
