I apologize to everyone for how long it’s taken me to give this update of my health. I wanted to wait until I was actually sure I was getting better
About a year ago I was diagnosed with hallux limitis, and I also suffered a minor hand injury. Unfortunately, I have what I now recognize as a counterproductive fear of being injured and I continuously over rested when I felt even a little bit of pain which led to muscle atrophy and chronic pain cycles. Thankfully, as of the last couple months I’ve realized that feeling muscle pain while trying to build muscle after atrophy is normal, and I’ve been improving at a much faster rate.

However, I still can’t write as much as I used to (although I will probably be able to sometime in the next year), and even besides that, it’s been so long since I’ve thought about anything other than doing what I need to do to get better that when I go back and read CSCRMKB I find it extremely cringe. I had originally intended to write four books but I’m not sure if I’m still going to want to do that. Still, there are a few more chapters I had drafted in my head that I do plan on writing. I’m not sure exactly when they’ll start to come out, probably three months from now if I had to guess. I apologize to everyone for the silence, and I don’t intend to quit writing.
